    A solid mining-platformer. It's a brief game, but the content here is good enough to keep you coming back to collect all of those trophies. It's often a pain to make your way back to the surface with your loot the deeper you go. The difficulty increases as you reach new areas underground and a death means a loss of your mined goodies (you can try to run back and get it). Luckily there areA solid mining-platformer.     It's a great game. One that could have used some more content and easier way to make it back to the surface. Overall though the gameplay is unique and fun enough to make it recommendable. I wouldn't mind seeing some form of sequel for this in the future. More content for this type of gameplay would be nice.    … Expand

Got this game from ps plus a while back and decided to check it out, didn't regret it one bit. For me and probably a lot of people, right away it has addictive gameplay, when I mean addictive, I mean farmville addictive, it shouldn't be as fun as it should be, but it is, the mining for some reason sucks me in. It feels rewarding grinding for money, and beneath the mining, is a decent and enjoyable plat former that I really liked. The story was pretty much exploring, that's it, and to be honest I didn't mind the lack of story or characters, the game was that addictive/good. The only cons is probably is that it's a real short game, you could probably finish this game in 2 hours if you're really good (as I finished it in 5, but got stuck at one part for a long time). However, I can't really complain because if the game was too long it would be too repetitive, which honestly I wouldn't enjoy as much as I did. Basically an indie game where everyone should check out, especially the on the go vita owners.… Expand

    I loved this game. The only negative about it, if there is one, is that it could have done with one more "area" as three was just one too few. I don't know what you could have put in it as it had more powers than I could have thought of, but I didn't want to put it down once I beat it. You can improve your scores and I'll probably try that one day, but I would have loved to see what elseI loved this game. I have it on PC and Vita and I greatly preferred it on due to the better controls and pick up and the play anywhere factor. If they make a sequel and put it on the Vita, I'll definitely buy it.… Expand

    Western atmosphere, upgradable robots and lots of digging and drilling. If you like the sound of that, you won't be disappointed. It sounds like a crazy combination, but it works, visually nice, the gameplay is solid and it's entertaining enough for one playthrough. However that one playthrough was more than enough for me, despite being quite short, I don't feel the need to continueWestern atmosphere, upgradable robots and lots of digging and drilling.     Pros:
    - Digging and resource gathering is always fun
    - Upgrades can be very good
    - Unique aesthetic and setting

    Cons:
    - Tedious
    - Certain puzzles rooms are boring
    - Resource system is obtrusive. Would not hurt to be more generous.

    this game is amazing very funny gameplay and nice story.everyone must play, a game that deserves money.The game has a playing time of 5 hours, so the game is a little short, according to him.

    If you've already played it, there's no reason to replay it on PS4 or PS Vita. If you don't, the digging and crafting mechanics of this game will give you an addictive surprise worth considering.

    PlayStation users can finally live Rusty's adventure too with a cross-buy SteamWorld Dig which is delightful on a big screen and even better on PlayStation Vita's portable OLED. Image & Form did not add anything new except Trophies but the game is still great on its own.

    The game is ultimately over far too quickly for its own good, but that's the sign of a truly entertaining game; I simply wanted more. I really can't see anyone not enjoying this, regardless of your tastes as a gamer.
