When a game and a system go as well together as do Civilization Revolution 2 Plus and the Vita, I'm willing to make one or two trade-offs in exchange for a near-perfect whole.

It is fun to play and made me a bit addicted to finish the game. The graphics are fine and the game play is fun.

Only the control sometimes is not so well implemented. Especially when you wanna unload an unit from a ship. Also a bit unbalanced is the battle between older and advanced units.

But if you wanna a "short" game in the civ universe give it a try.

if you like civilization and you got fed with the tediousness of the pc civilization games, this is gonna click with you, its even simplerif you like civilization and you got fed with the tediousness of the pc civilization games, this is gonna click with you, its even simpler than civ revolution 1 but in the long run still has the magic of the civilization games, the map is kind of small and there is less units, techs, building and wonders than in former civ iterations, still the game offers deep gameplay in the core, is still a civ game but simplified for quicker games and faster fix of civilization on the go. The graphics, audio & presentation are all good by Vita standards. I haven't noticed any technical issues with the games performance. The controls are a little odd at first, but are fine when you get more used to the game. (Control of units depends in part on how long you hold the X button down for.) The game is fun if like strategy games & has lots of replay value. Full Review »
