    A mediocre, but fun game. The main letdowns are the lousy production values in cutscenes and the sometimes clumsy touchscreen controls.

    LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7 is the console version ported to the PS Vita. Nothing more, nothing less. So it's a good game, with lots of different situations and an interesting puzzle-platform mix.

    It's packed full of collectibles and secrets to keep players entertained and while it's aimed at the younger ones, parents who pick up the Vita after dark can while away an hour with it too.

    LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 for the PS Vita is a game that brings up mixed emotions. On one hand we have a satisfactory gameplay, lots of humor and things to unlock that sholud provide at least a dozen hours of fun. On the other hand, the game is technically flawed and lacks a basic co-op mode.

    It's practically the same game as the home console versions, but the lack of any kind of multiplayer really bugs me and the touch controls are more annoying than helpful. Collecting secrets and unlocking new stuff is still a lot of fun, but I really, really miss some sort of multiplayer.

    Nothing new in terms of game play when dealing with the basics of the LEGO series, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 for the PS Vita is one of the more dull adventures set in a world crafted from the classic building blocks. Combine this with no multiplayer, tacked on touch controls, and the fact that the game has been available on consoles for months already, and this port is barely worth anyone's time.

It is fun, easily accessible I always try to have at least 1 Lego game for each of my systems, they are great if you want a non-violent game to let a kid play and there is just a lot of content for the gamer, loads of levels which once unlocked you can go back and replay accessing special areas. I'm not a big Harry Potter fan or anything but I still enjoyed this game. I got mine on sale for 20$ which is about what it's worth. This is a solid game if you're looking for some new material to work your way through on the Vita nothing earth shattering but not bad.… Full Review »
