Jan 26, 2021The game is decent for an RPG lacking in content. However, when my shark reached maximum level, I had serious trouble with framerate and the game would even crash about once per hour. Also, an end boss that seems impossible to beat.

Jan 13, 2021Game is somewhere between 5 and 6 but I need to start from scratch regardless of progress on ps4 so -1 for that

Jul 28, 2022For a short time, it's pretty fun and it also looks very good.
But it gets repetitive vefy quickly and what's worst: the game crashed and destroyed my save file with 15 hours progress. Not gonna start from scratch. It's not worth it.

Jan 31, 2021"Maneater" is a true evil genre in the game industry. But it's just like most B movies, bloody scenes and repetitive shots will inevitably make people bored.

Nov 30, 2020As it is, Maneater is still a fairly fun game if roleplaying as an aquatic killing machine is your thing, FPS dips and all… I just wish that my brain would stop playing that damn Nelly Furtado song of the same name over and over every time I settle in for a quick sharky session, especially as the OTHER “Maneater” song by Hall & Oates is a much better fit contextually.

Nov 29, 2020The new features are welcome, and the game definitely looks nicer, but apart from that, it’s the same experience. If you had your fill of the title on the PS4, there’s not a whole lot to come back for. However, if you’re just diving into the game now, this is the version you want.
