    It’s got like 30% of the content I’d expect for the price I paid for the game. Everything else I like about the game. Graphics are great the driving feels great. So unless they add a huge single player content update its a very big don’t buy from me. It’ll be the last GT game I’ll ever buy.

    Edit after patch 1.13. I gave this a 1 out of 10 I hoped to change that after the latest patch. But    It’s got like 30% of the content I’d expect for the price I paid for the game.     By far the worst gt ever and I have played them all. Extremely time consuming for no reason an a lot of non fun time. The geme is punishing you for your chooses which actuality mekes it not a game. Some cars are very hard to drive without serious customisation which is not the same in real life. So it is not a car simulator either. Very disappointed.

    I have been a gamer my entire life, and this is the first game review I have ever written. I have played and enjoyed every single Gran Turismo game until the release of 7. The game looks great and the physics are great. That being said, I paid $90 for a game that requires me to buy certain used cars to unlock tracks. I have played the game every day to earn my marathon bonus (which isI have been a gamer my entire life, and this is the first game review I have ever written. I have played the game every day to earn my marathon bonus (which is always, always the worst option available). I have been looking for a 98 used Honda Civic every day in the used lot to no avail. Because I have been unable to buy this particular car to complete a collection, I have had access to the same exact 7 tracks for over 3 weeks now. $90 for 7 tracks really makes me mad. I have completed my license tests; that didn't unlock any content except for a free car for each bronze and gold license. I am so furious that after playing for damned near a month every day, after paying $90 for the special day one release, I still have access to 7, YES EFFIN 7, tracks.… Expand

Enjoy Forza Horizon 5 or heck, try DriveClub. I don’t care. As for the me and my body, we will measure the distance between the outside of our tires and the center point of our axle to increase our propulsion and suspension in a path that you are not allowed to anymore."

    This is a pathetic attack on someone because he decided to play a different game? Now I don't know who this streamer is nor do I know the full details but to have a Director of GT7 chiming in degrading an individual on a public platform is a form of bullying. I play games to get away from the real world, not be crucified publicly. So if Kazonura can see this... here's a BIG FU from USA! I'm boycotting your broken ass greedy game and will never buy another copy unless you publicy apoligize to the streamer "Lifeisahighway79" , to the GT7 community and the Forza community.     Gran turismo used to be a really nice game series. But in the meantime it has become only a disgrace and unbearable. You have to be always online to play now! And now pay to win has also been introduced! WHY?? If you don't have internet, the game is not playable! I don't want that!! IT'S A SHAME! NO, THANKS. I regret buying the game!

Just so I could leave my thoughts on this garbage. Seriously Sony, glad I haven't been able to purchase a ps5 as of yet. You lost my business, PS+ canceled.     career is ok but short...
    after the career, you have to grind hard to get any cars and in terms of grinding, there's not a lot of places to go race on...
    I'm not going to play this game any longer...

    I was so excited when I finally got to play a game I have played ever since it’s first episode. However it is such a disappointment. No depth to the game at all, awful Cafe part which not only forces you to complete random races they are all single races. No depth to the game and no need to even get the licenses to complete all the races. No series races    How to exploit loyal customers!

    Físicas malas y microtransaciones que de micro algunas no tienen nada, además las carreras diarias mal organizadas en donde solamente puedes usar un compuesto (normalmente duro,) cuando en el gts sport muchas veces te obligaban a usar dos distintos en carrera y podías hacer un poco de estrategia.
    Y el modo multijugador un desastre, muchos fallos y no se pueden guardar tus configuraciones    Físicas malas y microtransaciones que de micro algunas no tienen nada, además las carreras diarias mal organizadas en donde solamente puedes usar un compuesto (normalmente duro,) cuando en el gts sport muchas veces te obligaban a usar dos distintos en carrera y podías hacer un poco de estrategia.
    Y el modo multijugador un desastre, muchos fallos y no se pueden guardar tus configuraciones del circuito, Además si creas una sala no puedes cambiar de anfitrión por lo que si sales está se cierra UN DESASTRE, para eso que arreglasen el sport y ya .    … Expand

    Started with the first ever Gran Turismo and i fell in love with it. 2022 and Gran Turismo 7 got released. This has to be the WORST GT game i have ever played. Pushing MTX, game has no content at all. I literally finished this game in 2 days. Game economy is very broken. Don't buy this game unless it's for sale.

    It takes a whole live to get some credits to buy a decent car to race on Gr4 or Gr3, or of course, pay for them in real money, very greedy indeed. I think I'll quit playing, I have no time enough to finish it, wasted money in my opinion. Very disappointed.

GT Sport, the online focussed title, has a more extensive single player event list than GT7 - think about that. Finally, the FFB is very underwhelming - on the official Fanatec DD Pro - it's weaker than GTS and still has zero road texture details, every other racer does a better job here. Overall I've never felt this strongly or disappointed about a game before - enough to sign up to Metacritic and give it a zero.… Expand

    Don’t listen to MetaScore reviews/ratings. I’m guessing they’re paid by sony or Polyphony. If they actually played this game for hours, days and weeks they would not rate it so high. This game has a very poor and small selection of cars overall. The car list seems smaller than GT4 way back on PS3. It’s ridiculous. This game doesn’t take very long to complete all your goals, so once you do, this is all your left with.     Previous Gran Turismo games were a fun and cheap way to "drive" cars most users would never own. Gran Turismo 7 is trying to be a part of the cpu game asset commodities market. Polypony needed to make and release a finished, error free game with races not pursuits to have a hope of walking their users over to the new business model.

    In most aspects this game fails to meet its brief and can be used as an example of what not to do with a 25 year old franchise.    … Expand

    First they try to trick us into thinking this game will have a career mode, but it's nothing but silly menu challenges that can be completed in a day. Then they take the servers down so no one can play while they lower the amount of credits won in a race. Then they backtrack and say, "Sorry we tried to rob you...here have more credits".     If you want some average car you need to invest 60-70 euros. If you want legendary ones, you need 200+.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
