    Game is nothing like football, it’s ridiculous to even watch gameplay, even worse to play it yourself. It should be free play at this point. Give us football SIMULATOR for the money

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Having played the FIFA game since it’s very first version many years ago, I have witnessed a rapid decline over the last few years. What used to be a great realistic and fun game, has now become an unrealistic and poorly predictable mess. The AI intelligence is far from ‘football intelligent’ and gamers now simply have to go to YouTube, to find the cheats and tricks to win games. This game no longer allows a creative or football minded person to play football. It’s no surprise that this game is losing its place in gamers hearts and it won’t be long before it loses its place on shop shelves. The last 5 years has seen virtually no improvement in graphics or animation.. instead, a rearrangement of button configurations or instructions, to make you learn again, what you already knew previously.     Worst fifa game just behind fifa 20. A cash cow EA is now. Passing goes to the wrong direction everytime, tackling inconsistent. Cant even get the ball when I predict the opponents 10 different moves. Goal keeper always deflects the ball to the opponents striker every freaking time. Major issue is that the games decision making/ ai is at the lowest low. Whats the point of even adding it?Worst fifa game just behind fifa 20. A cash cow EA is now.     FIFA 21 is the worst FIFA ever. I have been a loyal fan of FIFA since 11 years, but FIFA 21 has been disappointing in so many ways.

    Pure trash company. First time playing an online EA games and it's f-ing trash, customer services is f-ing garbage, feel stupid when I spent money on this f-king game. Took forever for them to solve your problem. Pure f-ing trash company.

    This game is horrible. Since 2019 the gameplay is completely broken and the physics are a joke. Playing online is almost impossible with a 200Mbs connection and just 8ms bing. Playing offline is ridiculous because of the stupid scripting or "adaptive difficulty" as EA would call it. And to top all that I have to deal with the soccer aid bug that took me from 1st division down to 4th

    EA sports just keeps making this game worse on every single update, it’s so ffn trash i deleted the freakin game... it is insanely $hit to say the least, penalties left and right, midfield does not exist, defending is **** passing is the worst so far, gameplay is manipulated... Faaaaaack EA sports for not listening to players and pi$$ing on a game that at one point was the benchmark.

    The franchise I used to love has become nothing more than a money-making machine. The gameplay is a disaster, and has at this point lost the contact with actual football. Tactics is non-existing, since skillmoves and pace is the only thing needed to win a game.

    I also miss the days when having a player like Harry Kane or Luis Suarez on your Ultimate Team was something to be proud about. Nowadays all teams have Messi, Salah, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kevin De Bruyne, etc.
    EA has destroyed this franchise, but hey...I guess this kind of game is what the younger generations (Fortnite fans ) like.
    I am keeping my fingers crossed for Pro Evolution Soccer to come with a game that looks something like football next year.    … Expand

    Worst fifa ever, that's no exaggeration. Too predictable gameplay. I've loved fifa since I was a kid, bought and played everyone for hours on end and this may just well be the last I play.

    Much better than the ps4 version, but still a boken mess of a product. Would give the ps4 version a negativ number if i could. Scripting and momentum shifting is killing the series. Maybe it'll get better if FUT is cancelled

    Worst unrealistic football game you will ever play and **** loot boxes pay to win can’t even play ultimate team cause pace of all the players just hold x every time they get ball. Also chip from anywhere joke of a game shame pes is **** too

    I am only playing the ultimate team regularly so the review is based on that! The only reason this is getting a 4 and not a 0 is because of better graphics and well-made menu items and objectives (some people think they need improvement but good enough for me). Please learn more from the gameplay older FIFAs. FIFA 17 to be specific. The game is becoming more like mortal combat or street fighters where you press certain combos to get goals. This is not how football is. Football is about being creative in different scenarios not just doing combos. Defending is just a game of luck! Games end in 6-6 scores 12 goals in a single game! Many times the attacker would just go through the defender bot AI and controlled defenders. The ball lock favors attackers much more. I really don't mind losing games. I enjoy when opponents score creative goals and I learn from my mistakes but the game play is horrendous !… Expand

Try to not buy packages in the game for 2-3 weeks and start losing, stop playing then come back and start winning.
    Your abilities and skills have no influence in the game results as long as    FIFA is a game built on a good engine, has good graphics and physics, but EA do their best to ruin any fun by turning it into a gambling machine and its algorithms influencing the results of the match.     The game is absolutely shocking, don't waste your money I won't be again. Worst one since fifa 17 just more expensive, worse packs and much more scripted games, you can be 3-0 up and just loose complete control of your defence and they will just stand watching as they walk past.

The PS5 version of the latest FIFA looks better, runs at 60 fps in 4K, and loads matches much faster, but the only feature truly worth focusing on is the creative use of haptic feedback (e.g. as your player gets tired, triggers gradually become harder to press).     FIFA 21 for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X/S is definitely best and most beautiful version of this years FIFA-outing. It gives a glimpse on things, that can become a big thing in the next couple of years, but also fails to make changes on certain lackluster gameplay-features of the game.
