    Best launch title in the history of gaming. It is extremely punishing and difficult beyond every other souls game, but it is well worth the challenge.

    Es Justo como supuse que seria. Me alegra mucho que el hype y la nostalgia no fueran lo único por lo que estoy disfrutando tanto este juego, ya que se siente tan familiar y fresco a la vez. Bravo BluepointGames y Playstation.

    The remake is perfect and the game is more awesome than the original version in ps3 if you like souls styles games this game are the father of all souls games i recomended a must buy game

    Loved the original and this is just a upgrade in every way. Would have been nice to add some new areas for the remake though.

    Game looks amazing and plays great! It kept the timing and coding that made the original play so well but added enough new touches to the world to make it feel NEXT GEN. Bluepoint kept what mattered and improved everything else without changing the core of the game. If they could do this to Bloodborne I coucould "Prepare To Die" happy!

    I would recommend original so much more than this "remake". They took absolute classic and are trying to make quick cash with it. I still have original on ps3, you can get it cheap anywhere. This weak excuse for a remake shouldn't be a reason to get ps5. I'm very disappointed.

    This game was daunting to me at first. I spent 3 hours on the first level learning the mechanics and I had a blast. Beating the first boss was so satisfying, The game is truly beautiful on the PS5. This is the perfect game to go along with the new PS5.

    Спасибо за великолепный ремейк этой шедевральной игры! Если честно даже ремейком язык не поворачивается назвать это переиздание. Bluepoint как всегда выпустила высококачественный продукт, за что им и спасибо! Так держать!

    O remake está lindo!!! Na verdade, acho que a Bluepoint podia ter mexido mais, pra dar algumas supresas... kkk O jogo é meio besta pra quem já está acostumado com Bloodborne, Dark Souls e Sekiro, mas é uma bela introdução pra quem ainda não conhece a franquia. Acho que é o jogo mais bonito que já joguei

    El mejor juego de lanzamiento de PlayStation en su historia, gran remake del clásico que lo empezó todo, uno de los juegos más influyentes de la historia, conserva toda la magia del original. Obra maestra.

    Borderline perfection. The only thing I could nitpick would be that the HUD and UI of the game could be designed a bit nicer, other than that it's perfect, a must play!

    La Next Gen la inicia esta obra maestra modernizada por el gran equipo de Bluepoint mostrando un juego detallado y que te atrapa de principio a fin, sufres, evolucionado como jugador y crece tu PJ. Con una ambientación sublime y una recreación de escenarios asombrosa. Si quieres experimentar la Next Gen, este es el juego indicado.

    Awsome. Epic Bosses, great challenging experience.
    We play most all new games in hardest mode for a challenge and longer gameplay.
    Great to see they didn't stick in an easy mode.

    BluePoint did an amazing job with this remake they kept the essence of the original and even improved it, this is how begins a new generation of consoles, with games, and if they are that spectacular the better.

    Superb game, isn't as challenging as the other souls games but the fresh coat of paint is intriguing to newcomers as well as seasoned players

    beautiful game, it looks great, the gameplay is good, music is wonderful as always, and its even better in 60fps. Its only a 9 because of the bugs, though I believe they will get patched with time. Still, if you bought a ps5, this game is a must

    I feel like both the praise and the criticism are valid. It is true that the game's graphics are amazing, as is as the artstyle, as is the loyalty to the original game as far as core gameplay goes. On the other hand, it is also true that the game is soulless, repetitive, and feels much more like a glorified Mortal Kombat campaign than a true fantasy RPG.

    Overall, though, I'd say that if    I feel like both the praise and the criticism are valid. It is true that the game's graphics are amazing, as is as the artstyle, as is the loyalty to the original game as far as core gameplay goes. On the other hand, it is also true that the game is soulless, repetitive, and feels much more like a glorified Mortal Kombat campaign than a true fantasy RPG.

    Overall, though, I'd say that if you know what you are signing up for (which is taking down some bosses and NPCs in a Souls-like fashion and environment), this game is 100% worth getting, and it will probably exceed your expectations due to how good the presentation is and how well it plays; but don't expect it to captivate your soul or provide some unique gaming experience, because that's clearly not what the developers were going for when they made this game.    … Expand

    Amazing graphics, upgraded gameplay and movement, same good ol' feeling. The only game thus far into this new generation that actually FEELS next gen, sure, some redesigns are kinda odd, and the soundtrack may not be for everyone, but goddamn, THIS is a launch title done right. If you're getting a PS5, this remake is a MUST play, wether you're into Souls    This is how a Remake is done.

    Only downside to it is... Some weapons and armors are locked exclusively behind the Digital Deluxe edition, and that is a really **** practice.

    It’s a perfect remake and I think the only people who might be disappointed with it are… the die-hard FromSoftware fans. You see, the new Demon’s Souls shows clearly how much Miyazaki’s games have evolved throughout the years. The Dark Souls series simply does everything better. The remake looks like a prototype in comparison, while still being way ahead of other developers’ achievements in this genre. [01/2021, p.46]

    Overall, Demon’s Souls is still the most interesting and varied game in the Souls series. This remake not only looks lovely on the PlayStation 5 but is also a joy to play with all the tweaks and improvements that have been introduced. Now if only people would look past its supposed difficulty and see its carefully crafted intricacy instead.

    I went in expecting the world out of the Demon’s Souls remake and it delivered me the galaxy. I don’t normally speak this highly of games, but this is the one exception. Absolutely every facet of the original has been enhanced and it has stood the test of time. Bluepoint has done an incredible job at not only reinvigorating an underappreciated gem, but also leveraging the new technologies afforded to them with Sony’s new system. While there are a couple of minor technical blemishes, they don’t take away from how good of an experience this game is and Bluepoint’s diligence as a developer will surely see these kinks ironed out. This game is a system seller.
