    Es juego visualmente es una belleza y el personaje se siente incluso más ágil, un juego respetado al 100% por Bluepoint y tal vez se puede echar de menos la falta que contenido nuevo, ojalá a futuro añadan la 6 piedra con complicidad de from software, pero igual es un infaltable en la lista de juegos de la consola sony y una excelente oportunidad para toda esa gente que nunca lo pudoEs juego visualmente es una belleza y el personaje se siente incluso más ágil, un juego respetado al 100% por Bluepoint y tal vez se puede echar de menos la falta que contenido nuevo, ojalá a futuro añadan la 6 piedra con complicidad de from software, pero igual es un infaltable en la lista de juegos de la consola sony y una excelente oportunidad para toda esa gente que nunca lo pudo disfrutar en ps3.     Es Justo como supuse que seria. Me alegra mucho que el hype y la nostalgia no fueran lo único por lo que estoy disfrutando tanto este juego, ya que se siente tan familiar y fresco a la vez. Bravo BluepointGames y Playstation.

    Excellent, it has the essence of the PS3 Version that i beat on my PS3, but with sublime new textures and mechanics that make it a nice remake of the classic game. Fully recommended

    Demon's Souls is a very special game. It's the game that kicked off the Souls style of games. It's very experimental and does not shy away from throwing players off. So many great ideas for its time. And BluePoint did an amazing job and fixed the one issue the old game had; framerate. It runs so fluidly in the performance mode at 60fps. There are some weird re-designs for sure. ButDemon's Souls is a very special game. It's the game that kicked off the Souls style of games. It's very experimental and does not shy away from throwing players off. So many great ideas for its time. And BluePoint did an amazing job and fixed the one issue the old game had; framerate. It runs so fluidly in the performance mode at 60fps. There are some weird re-designs for sure. But overall it's amazing. One thing that should be noted is the diffculty. While this is a challenging game.. it isn't as hard as some of the later games in the series. It isn't a walk in the park by any stretch of the imagination but it's also not the hardest souls game. Overall it's as amazing as I remember it and better for the most part. Definitely a must play for fans of the souls style games.… Expand

    Nos encontramos con uno de los mejores remakes del ultimo tiempo, Bluepoint hace mas que justicia a este clásico de PS3, sino que ademas se da el lujo de mejorarlo en varios aspectos, cuidando el mas mínimo detalle de lo original para que no pierda su esencia. Mejor soundtrack y aprovechando el audio 3D de PS5 se logra una mayor inmersión. Dejando de lado lo que es gráficos y rendimientoNos encontramos con uno de los mejores remakes del ultimo tiempo, Bluepoint hace mas que justicia a este clásico de PS3, sino que ademas se da el lujo de mejorarlo en varios aspectos, cuidando el mas mínimo detalle de lo original para que no pierda su esencia. Mejor soundtrack y aprovechando el audio 3D de PS5 se logra una mayor inmersión.     Demon Souls é uma obra de arte, um dos maiores jogos da geração do Playstation 3 agora com um remake impecável, o jogo se mantém bem fiel ao original do Playstation 3 apenas mudando em alguns aspectos como por exemplo a musica de batalha contra os chefes, mas apesar das pequenas mudanças o jogo entrega uma diversão muito grande, o jogo contem também alguns troféus bem diferentes do que noDemon Souls é uma obra de arte, um dos maiores jogos da geração do Playstation 3 agora com um remake impecável, o jogo se mantém bem fiel ao original do Playstation 3 apenas mudando em alguns aspectos como por exemplo a musica de batalha contra os chefes, mas apesar das pequenas mudanças o jogo entrega uma diversão muito grande, o jogo contem também alguns troféus bem diferentes do que no original como por exemplo os troféus de desafio contra os chefes que mostraria uma forma alternativa de derrotar os chefes trazendo assim um desafio ainda maior esse jogo mostra uma historia muito bem elaborada, ótimas musicas, e uma bela direção de arte recomendo esse jogo a todos os fãs de jogos do genero.     Best souls like game ever made, Bluepoint has done it again. Another great remake. Great gameplay with smooth frame rates and one of the great visual graphics in video game history. Games like this are the why PlayStation has always been better than Xbox.

    I first played demon souls 12 years ago, and it was one of my few PS3 games. i remembered that I spent a lot of time beating the first level and had to use a glitch on the last boss because it was too hard for me back then. When I played the remake on PS5 launch day, I didn't die once before beating the first boss. Suddenly all the memory comes back along with the game. It is such a loyalI first played demon souls 12 years ago, and it was one of my few PS3 games. i remembered that I spent a lot of time beating the first level and had to use a glitch on the last boss because it was too hard for me back then. When I played the remake on PS5 launch day, I didn't die once before beating the first boss. Suddenly all the memory comes back along with the game. It is such a loyal recreation of the old game and I still enjoy every moment of it.… Expand

    Some people actually think this is good? Bloodborne is my favorite game of all time and i sold Demon's Souls after finishing it. How can anyone even recommend this? I'm so confused.

    I'll just state that I've been a fan of the Souls series before anyone even knew what Demons Souls was. I remember seeing the game back in 2009 in the store and bought it because of the cool cover it had and have been a souls fan ever since..
    Now I want to say that the graphics look great BUT the atmosphere in the game does not feel like Demons Souls, you can tell it's missing something    I'll just state that I've been a fan of the Souls series before anyone even knew what Demons Souls was. I remember seeing the game back in 2009 in the store and bought it because of the cool cover it had and have been a souls fan ever since..
    Now I want to say that the graphics look great BUT the atmosphere in the game does not feel like Demons Souls, you can tell it's missing something and that is the Fromsoftware touch.. I also do not like how the player character says " ha ha huh huh" every time you swing the sword I know it's odd to say but it just doesn't fit in a Demons Souls game.
    I like the OST but it also does not fit Demons Souls, you do not feel the "purgatory" feeling of the music that the original had and wish that they had an option to play the game with the original sounds., it sounds more like Bloodborne.
    They made a lot of design changes but they kept the abusing of backstabs.. I just dont get why. The boss designs are great. A lot of people didnt like how the new vanguard boss looked but I dig it.

    I also dont think it's worth the price.

    A Blue point games respeitou muito a obra original Demons souls, manteve a essência e melhorou todo o restante, trabalho fenomenal, experimente esse jogo, se permita ter essa experiência incrível.

    Awesome game. It is difficult but it makes you keep wanting to play in order to get better. Very rewarding when clearing an area.Graphics are amazing, even in performance mode. Highly recommend .

    Not a good first "souls" experience. I'd preface by saying I like challenging games. I usually crank the difficulty up to the max. Grounded mode, Give me God of War, nightmare, survival, whatever. So, I was looking forward to a challenging game.

    This was the absolute wrong kind of challenge. I can't believe there's no tutorials. I know it sucks to jump into a familiar game and    Not a good first "souls" experience.     This was the absolute wrong kind of challenge. I can't believe there's no tutorials. I know it sucks to jump into a familiar game and have your hand held for 2 hours but not everyone is familiar. What are these holograms running around? What's with these messages? Why doesn't it pause? Just a brief sampling: I got stuck in the first zone. I see the huge door. Can't go right, only left. So I go left. It circles me around back to the door. A message says "try fire." On this door?? Ok... so I use a firebox by going into my inventory and selecting use and it automatically lobs it in the direction I was facing. That will be even more useless in combat than it was on this door. So, like a desperate fool, I light my sword on fire and try hitting the door. The message said try fire, I'm trying... I do back through the left path and find the lever. Had to work up the nerve to pull it because 2 messages said to pull it so there was a solid chance it was a trap. I get through and kill the pokey shield blob easily. So, I go back to the nexus. New girl says the monumental will explain. I ran around for 15 minutes till I lucked into noticing the talk notification as I ran by the kid. Why wouldn't that trigger automatically or be more out in the open? Whatever, let's press on. I continue through the zone and make it to the tower knight. Die instantly of course and now I have to run the gauntlet again. I get back and last longer. Kill the archers on the stairs, even got some hits in. Noticed his leg is shooting out blue or something but died without doing much else. Gotta run the gauntlet again. Died on the way so I just went to bed not in the least bit wanting to play more. But I gave it another go this morning. Tried some other zones. I hate all the tight corridors. I just kind of hate the game. Different strokes and all that I guess. But this is just not for me.    … Expand

    The people who made this got their degree by copeing from each other, doing favors to teachers, begging their teachers, looking at youtube videos to learn how to program and they lack imagination, common sense in controls and decency. To that, add the fact that sony has started stealing peoples money from their profiles using its 1st party titles, and you got a big zero for its score.

    It’s a perfect remake and I think the only people who might be disappointed with it are… the die-hard FromSoftware fans. You see, the new Demon’s Souls shows clearly how much Miyazaki’s games have evolved throughout the years. The Dark Souls series simply does everything better. The remake looks like a prototype in comparison, while still being way ahead of other developers’ achievements in this genre. [01/2021, p.46]

    Overall, Demon’s Souls is still the most interesting and varied game in the Souls series. This remake not only looks lovely on the PlayStation 5 but is also a joy to play with all the tweaks and improvements that have been introduced. Now if only people would look past its supposed difficulty and see its carefully crafted intricacy instead.

    I went in expecting the world out of the Demon’s Souls remake and it delivered me the galaxy. I don’t normally speak this highly of games, but this is the one exception. Absolutely every facet of the original has been enhanced and it has stood the test of time. Bluepoint has done an incredible job at not only reinvigorating an underappreciated gem, but also leveraging the new technologies afforded to them with Sony’s new system. While there are a couple of minor technical blemishes, they don’t take away from how good of an experience this game is and Bluepoint’s diligence as a developer will surely see these kinks ironed out. This game is a system seller.
