    What about go **** yourselves, I just want to play the campaign, but the campaign is not on the disc, I am trying to launch it for 2 ****ing hours, I have to copy the "main game", then to download 80gb of worthless data and then, maybe then I can launch the campaign. But as far as I can tell its just un update file and then I have to download the vampaign as an addon....really? **** you Actividion

    This game is hella bad... Old engine, scorestreaks are all **** up beyond belief, it looks horrid. The servers are really bad and hitreg doesn't work half the time. Gave it a few months to pick it back up and see if they fixed anything, only to find they broke more. The game is poop.

    Where do I even begin. Let's start with why even release this game the mess that it is. Modern Warfare is so much better do not waste your money on this game. It's a buggy mess that has more glitches than a Bethesda game. On top of that there are so many little exploitable things everyone uses so you die as you spawn sometimes. It's camper paradise and it's awful. Don't buy it!

Tôi ở Vietnam mà không thể nào đăng nhập vào game suốt mấy ngày liền, chỉ có thể đợi đến đêm mới có thể chơi được phần online. Khá là thất vọng khi nhà sản xuất không khắc phục lỗi này và đã khiến cho tôi cảm thấy số tiền mình bỏ ra để mua game không hề xứng đáng.     The game is broken and doesn't even work!! I bought the game for the campaign. When i put the disc in it gave me just 2 instillation options to choose from. One was multiplayer and the other some silly zombies mode. I have no interest in either, i just want the campaign, so i installed everything. Once installed i fired up the campaign. It only allowed me to play the first intro level. When trying to play the second level it keeps saying the content is not installed!! I have installed everything you possibly can, and there is nothing left installing in the backround on my Playstation 5, everything is installed. I looked for help online and see many people having this issues, but found no real solution for it. I see some people say you have to install the campaign in 3 parts and get them from the Playstation store. 1. Why on earth would i have to do thati own the disc? 2. There is nothing on the store apart from content they want you to pay for. And none of it says its anything to do with the campaign, its all to do with multiplayer. And i've already paid £70 for the disc it should come with the full campaign on it, i'm not paying for anything else. Then i read someone else say i need to unistall and reinstall something called a battle net!! What on earth is a battle net when its at home!? So i'm left with a broken game that i paid £70 and waited 2 days to install only so i couldn't play it. Whatever happened to the days you just whacked a disc in and off you went? Needless to say i'll be fighting for a refund, even through the small courts if i have to. A total shambles. The last COD game i play that's for sure. Really annoyed me this has.… Expand

    Gave it a 3 for the single player part. I was wrong it's a gracious zero. Just had a mission following four cars in a helicopter. When stopping the cars two exploded, and the other two seem to have been kind of clown cars where over 100 people got out and started shooting.     The only fun part of this game is the gun customisation. Apart from that, it's AWFUL! Also, stop allowing PC players to play with xbox and PS players, every other game theres a hacker.

    Got it for free on PS plus, I really wanted to like this game but even for free it's not worth playing, very poor game. I pity the people who've paid for this scam of a game. I thought about mentioning the errors and flaws in my review but you can write off the entire game as a huge error, RIP call of duty. I'm not going to give this franchise another chance even for free... Pathetic game

If they are going to charge that much, than I should at least be able to play the singleplayer without having to require internet.     Speaking off internet being required, this game requires 285 GB. You would think with that insane amount of GB, we would be seeing a very advanced game. The campaign is too short. The gameplay lacks innovation and it still feels like it is running in the exact same engine as the PS2 Call of Dutys. The developers were to lazy to compress their game. Also, this is a $70 PS5 game. I fail to see anything in this game that screams next gen. There are too many frame rate drops on the campaign.

    The AI is incredibly stupid in this game. The multiplayer is complete trash and it is exactly the same trash as Black Ops 4. All they did was give us some trash maps. This game lacks so much polish. It is full of bugs and glitches. I don't recommend this game at all.    … Expand

    This is the worst nightmare for a real CoD fan. Played every game in the saga (not portable spinoffs) since original CoD on my Pentium III. This isn't nightmarish as a product itself. It is after the release of Modern Warfare. It was like Activision telling the fanbase "hey, let's go back 5 or 6 years boys". And that's enough for me. 1/10

    another fine example of pay to win BS. multiplayer is fun, but not when you're level 24 and you are playig against people with level 3000+ and higher, and have guns with zero recoil and heat vision. but don't fret, if you don't want to grind to get better gear, you can just buy better guns for actual money. so yes on to[p of the $$ for the game, you'll have to spend more just to compete.

    Trash, pure trash. Campy, caters to new players who don’t care about getting better, just being average, Skill Based Matchmaking that is complete trash. Lobbies take longer to get into that 10 years ago, weapons that laser beam you because it’s better for new players to feel better about themselves, breaking the lobbies up after every single game.

    And on that....after installing a 35 gb disk, single player wasnt included....installed a 75gb patch, single player wasnt included...20gb single player download, only the intro mission was included.

    Extremely many bugs... Not playable!!!! Don't buy! There are permanent graphic errors, players are not displayed and you only see flying weapons around. I don't know what the other versions are like, but PS5 version is a disaster!!!!!

    Le plus grosse merde jamais joué depuis fort longtemps... un moteur de jeu vieillissant, un énorme retour en arrière de plus de 10 ans sur le feeling des armes alors que Modern Warfare était parfait, je ne parle même pas des crashs sur PS5 du peu de carte et d’opérateur, de la place sur le SSD.... bref une belle grosse merde.

    This is just so bad. The story on the campaign is great, but the general gameplay is awful, seems like a bad mobile game with bad everything.
    Multiplayer modes are hideous, no TDM, no nice maps, and of course, no anti-cheat, because they make millions with these games but cant even invest in a god anti-cheat. The game is full of cheaters and it started in the beta!

This “game” was not only better in beta, but it is so broken you can’t even play it for more the. 10 seconds without something ridiculous happening. Graphics are terrible, 2/10

    If you want to know my frustration and disappointment, compare the amount of content in this sad excuse of a game with the content released in ANY OTHER black ops. You'll understand. This game was released with the wrong intentions. They basically said, "just buy the game full price even though the games not finished, and we'll think about adding stuff as we move on".

    Do you want to know how sad the amount of content is in this game? the store has ONE pack and nothing else. I paid $65 for an empty store. Don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of these stores because ever since they came out, game development has no longer been about gameplay and content; now it's all about money, skins, and looking cool...(2K)...

    I'm not a fan of where game development seems to be heading in the near future. Back in the good old days before 10 and 12-year-olds had smartphones and credit cards (360, PS3), a game was released with all its content. I didn't mind the map packs or small extra DLC's. At least the FULL GAME was released. Now they release 33% of a game, have you pay full price, and release items as time goes on so that they keep you in this loop of coming back to the game when they add something so you can always be entitled to make a purchase. We might as well just start buying half made cars. No brakes, just the gas pedal. Come back in a month for an update. That itself should show you how wrong this is. This is an ongoing issue with no regulations. Something has to be done about this, I just don't know what or how. If you read this before buying the game, I hope I saved you $65.     Ok game. But it Crashes alot and my ps5 crashed total. So it had to reboot data. Fix it asap

    Splitt screen dont work. 5 fps sometimes. My rounds ends with ce error.

    I can start the Story Mode again from begin...because my save data just missing. Too bad cant give -5 Points. Shame on this game

    This game has SBMM that is making the game so unenjoyable to play if ur anything over a new player level. One simple fix would be to remove SBMM and it adds variety to the gaming experience.

    Terrible just terrible. Game seems rushed and is very buggy. Split screen doesn’t work with zombies. I would just burn your money because you’ll still be out $70 but you won’t have to waste your time with this awful game.

Sometimes when i spawn in i just get killed 10 times and live for about 2 seconds in total.     There are too many bugs in the game, this is 4 months after release. The campaign is generally alright, but the multiplayer and zombies mode, especially on PS5 is have too many problems. The game will crash very often, resetting all of your rounds in zombies, I have not experienced crashes in multiplayer. The game almost made my ears bleed when in crashed.

    I like call of duty cold war alot. You can choose your character from the game. The game gives you a male and female characters for both teams. I would want to see some more character customization in the future. Besides that the game is very enjoyable.

Der Rest war nach der üblichen Call of Duty-Formel. In der einen Mission kommen ganz viele Gegner, in der nächsten eine Schleicheinlage und dannEines der schlechtesten Spiele die ich je gespielt habe. Ich rate jedem vom Kauf ab. Die Kampagne habe ich nur bis zur Hälfte gespielt, da auch nur eine Mission gut war, die man aber auch schon in der großen Ps5-Präsentation von Sony gesehen hat. Der Rest war nach der üblichen Call of Duty-Formel. In der einen Mission kommen ganz viele Gegner, in der nächsten eine Schleicheinlage und dann noch eine Snipermission und so weiter. Der Multiplayer ist der absolute Horror. Neben skillbased Matchmaking, hat man auch noch in fast jeder Runde 2 Camper, die einen mit Sniper oder Waffen mit Thermalvisier in den Wahnsinn treiben. Nachdem ich mich entschieden habe den Multiplayer nicht mehr zu spielen, habe ich nur noch den Zombiemodus gespielt, wegen dem ich das Spiel auch gekauft habe. Leider ist dieser auch eine absolute Katastrophe. Spielt man mit zufälligen Leuten, hat man in der Regel eine Person die afk ist, da Activision das super System erfunden hat, dass man Upgradekristalle bekommt, wenn man hohe Runden erreicht, deswegen lassen alle ihre Konsole einfach in der Spielersuche laufen. Dazu kommt, dass der Zombiemodus nicht mehr so ist wie er es in den ersten Black Ops-Teilen war. Das schlimmste aber ist, dass bei mir jeden Tag neue Bugs aufgetreten sind. Cyberpunk war nichts dagegen. Und während sich CD Project Red dafür entschuldigt hat und stark daran gearbeitet hat die Bugs zu fixen, werden sie hier einfach totgeschwiegen. Bugs die von Anfang an verfügbar waren, sind ein halbes Jahr später immer noch nicht gepatched, denn Activision interessiert sich nicht für die Zufriedenheit der Spieler sondern nur für ihre Gewinne. Ich habe auch gehört, dass sie Sachen bei denen sie Geld verlieren, weil man einen Skin oder ähnliches durch einen Bug gratis bekommen kann sofort patchen. Als Fazit kann ich sagen, dass ich den Kauf extrem bereue und ich jeden von diesem Spiel abraten würde. Das letzte Call of Duty das ich gekauft habe.… Expand

    Thankfully, a few of the early bugs were ironed out of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and subsequent season passes have patched up modes and maps that were lacking. The campaign is genuinely intriguing but may not appeal to those who just want to run and gun. Zombies and Multiplayer modes are plentiful and there should be something for everyone to thoroughly enjoy. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War should be used as the poster child for PlayStation 5's DualSense controller which has been put to full use for an immersive experience. Casual players will be somewhat put off by the sheer storage space required to fully experience everything that is on offer, especially given that SSD capacity is this generation's gold dust, but Call of Duty die-hards will most likely overlook this.

    Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is the video game equivalent to that one kid in class with a sugar rush and an addiction to pixie sticks. Sure, it might be entertaining for a little while, but the more time you spend with it, the more you realize it’s just rambling on aimlessly. Ultimately, with its lack of a clear vision and focus on what makes a game fun, Cold War isn’t going to entertain you for long.
