    Played for a few hours then sold the game. A disaster. Wasted potential. Essentially, you'll start by walking through a beautiful open world, although the path is linear. So you can't wait to explore it. But that's the problem. You don't. You will then proceed to spend the next 4 hours in a linear dungeon. The weapons have no kick to them. The enemies are the same and the UI is appalling.Played for a few hours then sold the game. A disaster. Wasted potential. First it forces me to solve EVERY SINGLE BORING PUZZLE in testing ground in order for me to leave that place, then it locks me out of a bloody command center coz I alerted some bots and cameras that are literally EVERYWHERE?? On top of that, if you don't manually save this crappy game time to time, YOU ARE FIN9SHED! DONT BUY THIS CRAP. EVEN IF YOU GOT IT IN GAMEThis game is the WORST.     This game has no idea what it wants to be. First person shooter, with driving mechanics, superpowers, a disgusting amount of puzzles, janky platforming. They tried to do so many things that they didn’t do any of them right. Save your money. I’d honestly only play this if you have game pass. If not, wait until it’s free.

    I heard the comparisons to Bioshock and was very excited for this game...unfortunately this game stinks. It's boring, frustrating, repetitive and just not fun. The endless drones and blind swimming through slime tunnels finally made me quit. This game is terrible. Off to ebay it goes and I won't miss it!

    Unfortunately, because the artist in question decided to make a mock-up video for a fictional game, which got rather more traction than it ever should have, things got out of hand.
    Creating a studio and hiring and (apparently) firing a constant stream of programmers to try and turn that 3D portfolio piece into a game, has obviously taken many years, many disgruntled employee leaks, and a constant stream of unfulfilled hype and missed deadlines.
    The game essentially plays as you'd expect of something that hasn't been designed from the ground up to be a game.
    It's empty, repetitive, full of fetch quests, awful.... Truly, truly awful level design and gameplay so clunky it feels like the worlds most expensive asset-flip.

    At least all the 10/10, broken English, single review accounts are so blatantly from a botfarm it makes it obvious that even the games studio knows they shouldn't be making games, any more.
    The fact the true number of negative reviews is more than double what Metacritic shows before you review the game, is also quite telling. It would be really nice if companies couldn't pay for metacritic to delete reviews and change user score averages, now.    … Expand

    It's the most **** fight system ever. Story? I played like 5 hours to be honest because it was boring, so isk how story is. Game design it's not bad, I like it.

    Taken in a vacuum, Atomic Heart is one of the more unique games I've played in a long time that's hampered by multiple issues, with the most unlikeable protagonist I've had the displeasure of playing in all my video game days. And, while there are some very good points to the game I won't be going into them here. Now that I'm aware of these things, I immediately deleted it and will not be returning to it again, no matter what happens in the future. Do not give these people your money or time… Expand

    Literally a Soviet copy of Bioshock. And I mean when the soviets copied US technologies but it was crap, lol. Buggy as hell, idiotic dialogues, repetitive. Don't waste your time and money.

    A lot of bugs when mission can not be completed because trigger is not working
    Ans it is not shooter. More like resident evil with a lot of "foam" enemes and low ammo.

    Boring, broken game not worth purchase or game pass. Mostly is LONG cut scenes just walking. Early on a bug preventing you from advancing forcing a reload of the whole game download. Continually falling through cracks in the world leaving you unable to move forcing a restart and losing any progress.     All these people giving it a 10 cause oh it's the first game from the developer's ya that's not how it works this game is full of mediocre gameplay the puzzles are for no reason bullet sponge enemies and one of the dumbest protagonist ever

    The combat is addicting, story is OK, the underground or in building levels are awesome, but I have 2 main issues with the game: The outdoor exploration is mostly boring, and for my current 13.5 hours playthrough I still did not get the last 4 weapon recipees and keep getting only the known ones, and is pretty annoying knowing that for the most if not all my playthrough I wont experienceThe combat is addicting, story is OK, the underground or in building levels are awesome, but I have 2 main issues with the game: The outdoor exploration is mostly boring, and for my current 13.5 hours playthrough I still did not get the last 4 weapon recipees and keep getting only the known ones, and is pretty annoying knowing that for the most if not all my playthrough I wont experience the full weapon roster just because of some problematic rng game nechanic..… Expand

    Despite being both fussy and clumsy throughout parts of the barely 15 hours the game lasts, Atomic Heart has just enough character and cool sequences to make this a game that might be well worth a closer look.

    Atomic Heart is full of stuff that will absolutely make you love it immediately, but each one of those things comes with a major flaw that ultimately pulls it back from being a great game. It's far from perfect, but will still give you hours of awesome story, world, gameplay and music.
