    Wild Dogs offers up some very credible Contra-style run and gunning and does a decent job with it but it's a little too long and a bit too tricky for its own good.

    Wild Dogs can be very fun to those who want to face the classic challenge of run and guns and shoot'em ups from past generations. Four-color pixel art isn't my favorite style, but it didn't bother me when I used the right palettes for me among the dozens available. The fun of exploding pixels in various gameplay styles is certainly worth the price, which makes the game recommendable even for those who are not used to the difficulty level of the genre, an issue that can be solved by using the convenient cheat code to increase lives.
