Dec 22, 2019Generally pointless and the view point is so bad that causes sickness. However, there where one or two stories mildly interesting. In the end, the stories made them a family and the same stories kills them. Forever reason, the way stories reaches their conclusions are always forced, so in that sense not recommend to whoever wishing for a coherent story, but the general narrative is alright.

Aug 30, 2019The game is really beautiful and unique, and each story has its own charm. It's one of the first so-called "walking simulator" games I've played, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I totally recommend giving a try, even though the only con I find is the duration of it (it takes about 2-3 hours to complete a full playthrough).
-
-
May 18, 2019it interesting game …. or not (I mean its not a "game" its interactive story what u sink by playing it). It kinda short but on my mind it not a weakness it strong part of this story (or story collections of mystery family called Finch).

Mar 27, 2021A unique and unmatched experience in any game so far, also a manifestation of how powerful indie games can be. The intriguing, suspenseful story is smoothly woven into its creative and versatile gameplay. Surprises and wow moments are intensely placed during the 2 hour journey. Among the highlights, the fish chopping scene is one of the most memorable moments in gaming.

Jun 7, 2019It has a great story, but I could see why some people would not give the same rating. It could have better replayability. I really liked how they did the credits, great idea. I reccomend it to anyone who is a fan of singleplayer.

Jun 18, 2019Wow! As far as "walking simulators" go, this is one of the very best. Beautiful visuals with an extremely engaging story. Also, can easily be beat in a single sitting.
-
Feb 6, 2020An anti-game, an ungame. A 2-hour's worth of an interactive non-entertaining piece of entertainment that won't let you play it as a game and a movie that won't let you watch itself.
-
Mar 4, 2020Such a beautiful and unique game. One of the best games that i played. Really recommend this game to everyone. You just wouldn't get such experience from another games. 9 out of 10.

Nov 7, 2022It is one of those games that Sony gave for free with the PlayStation Plus subscription and that I didn’t care to play until I had nothing else on my plate, and to my surprise it is an excellent game. You can finish it in 3 hours, give or take, but it is worth any penny you pay for it (should you had paid for it).

-
Feb 12, 2021Wow. This is one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. The story is just amazing, wish I could play it again for the first time.
-
Consigliato

Jul 10, 2021Honestly the worst game I ever played. Super overrated. Everyone loves the story, I dont. And the gameplay is objectibely horrible
-
Jun 13, 2022This game is simply a masterpiece. I normally don’t care about stories but this one had me glued. It’s short but sometimes that’s what I want.

Apr 30, 2023This is such a beautiful game, if anything I’ve played should be considered a pice of art then this is it. Edith Finch is essential an exploration game with a deep and moving story about a family’s tragic history which is told though interesting little gameplay segments, each one different to the last. It’s only a few hours long and definitely worth getting if you haven’t played it.
-
Dec 26, 2019What Remains of Edith Finch is a quite interesting game. The story is beautifully told, but still, it is not very touching.

Jan 15, 2020Honestly this is the best "walking simulator" up to date. Great story, amazing atmosphere and fun minigames that progress the story. One of the best gaming experiences I've had.
-

Apr 26, 2020Most beautiful touching story. Played this game like 7 times now and I’m still amazed.
-
Oct 27, 2020Simple, yet great, for what it is i'm very glad I played it. Was just an amazing short story that is totally worth playing.
-
May 1, 2020If you bought or considering buying this game then you are doing so for the story and that is exactly what you get. A really nicely written, subtle story about life and death and the inevitability of it all. Don't run from death or fear it, just live your life. Absolutely loved it and throughly enjoyed the 3 hours playing it. Getting 100% trophies was easy...where is my platinum lol.

-
Jul 2, 2021This game reminds us,that we all will die. But, although, its very cool stories of people.

May 1, 2023A perfect and creative indie game. You have to interpret a lot yourself to understand the story. But that's what makes it so special

Oct 28, 2021A deep emotional interactive story packed full with sadness. We definitely need more serious stories in video games like this.

Jul 5, 2021I played this game without knowing what to expect, and it's basic if you want to enjoy it how the developers intended you to do. This is a game to end in a day, think about it a couple days and forget it so you can replay it in a couple years and reminisce the feelings.

-
Dec 8, 2020I didn't really care for this game at all. I didn't feel the story was very cohesive or compelling, It's a walking simulator/art gallery with set-pieces to me, nothing more. Story was meh.

-
Aug 9, 2021As a pure exercise to demonstrate in how many different ways a videogame can make use of different narrative techniques this is a master piece. As a videogame it's just a mediocre walking simulator with clunky controls, predictable ending and weird tone.
-
-
Feb 21, 2021A masterpiece of an indie game, What Remains of Edith Finch is a big contender for my favorite game of all time with its amazing story and beautiful soundtrack. A mustily for all fans of story driven games.

Apr 12, 2021Fresh direction shines. The static but immersive way of telling the story isn't boring. But that's all.
It might be enough for a game like this. -
Jul 31, 2021A unique experience where the story of the game let you involved in try to discover what really happened to the family, the visual is beautiful, everything is perfect in this game.
-
Jul 19, 2021Haven't had a game's story grip me like this in a while. The premise is so unique and amazing and the the heartbreaking stories unfold in some of the most creative ways I've ever seen in a video game. It's really short and there's not much gameplay as you're more of a passenger through the game; but it'll stick with you after playing it.
-
Jul 20, 2021Just speechless, I didn’t really know what to expect of this game before playing it. Really neat details and catches you like a wind.
-
Feb 25, 2022Beautiful and unique experience. I thought this game was going to be like depressive but it was not. Nostalgic, heartwarming, sometimes heartbreaking, and overall this game felt very human.
-
Ottima narrazione, molto onirica.
Racconto piacevole che affronta temi molto adulti. -

Feb 28, 2022I loved this. As I am just getting into games, this was perfect for me. Interesting, well-paced, fairly easy to navigate as a newbie, and the story unfolded beautifully. Highly recommend.

Mar 16, 2022If you're looking for a fun, sad, and dense story game, this is for you. This took me maybe 1.5 hours to beat, and it took me for a ride.

-
Aug 21, 2022An immersive story that engages in compelling storytelling and narrative. However, some of the stories of the characters told here are lackluster, and there are moments where boredom sets in and the game becomes somewhat of a drag. Overall it's a strong game with a cool and unique concept but it doesn't always execute its concept to its full potential.
-
Aug 30, 2023This game gives me a sense of feeling that it no longer can be call a game, it's a art!
