Jun 5, 2018What we need to keep in mind is that its a AA game. And the game is really done well considering its budget and limitations. Spectacular level design and atmosphere. Strong and interesting story-line.

Apr 27, 2020Very good RPG with a beautiful story. I hope they make a sequel for this game.
The decisions you make effect the game specifically and you can experience this. -

Nov 1, 2020Неплохая игра с абсолютно ужасной технической реализацией. Даже спустя столько времени некоторые вещи на починили.

Уныло.
Странные решения геймплея.

Jun 5, 2018Combat was basically my only concern for this game, and that's exactly where this game failed me. Plot wise its an interesting game and has some interesting concepts, graphics wise the studio managed to bring that dark eerie feeling that we were expecting, only the combat system is really poor and disappointed me.

Jun 6, 2018This game wasn't interesting from the first sight, and I tried it only because it is from Dontnod. When i progressed deep into the story, it started showing potentional. Really amazing game, because of the atmosphere, the design, the story and maybe even the combat. However, I still think they should stick to the Life is Strange series, because they're amazing at that, and they are new in this.

Jun 7, 2018Though the combat itself is very "done before", the unique take on actions influencing the story is something not to scoff at. I loved the story and it's decision making mechanics. Combat was fun, but not the highlight. Overall very good game.

Jun 5, 2018Great story and atmosphere! Not bad graphic. Want more games in this universe and about vampires in common.
-
Jun 5, 2018Countering the negative reviews with no basis, such as the guy who supposedly played only 5 min and returned it, the guy who didn't even bother to know this isn't a AAA game, and the person saying it's SJW because the "women are ugly."

Jun 5, 2018The universe of Vampyr is incredible! I love to walk the streets of London at night and look for my future prey !

Jun 7, 2018Vampyr is a dark, bloody tale of noir mystery and feral violence. Stalk the streets of London as a brutal killer or resist the urge to slake your thirst and devote yourself to save the city from the devastating Spanish Flu. The choice is yours...

Jun 17, 2018Vampyr’s intriguing story and innovative gameplay mechanics make it a worthy purchase. It’s a shame the game has an abundance of frame rate drops and glitches ,but the setting and overall gameplay mechanics do make up for it. It also has a decent levelling system and some remarkable vampiric abilities at disposal. Overall it’s an excellent vampire game and a great RPG.
-
Jun 13, 2018Very innovative and unique little game. Must play for people who liked Vampire the Masquerade, whether pen and paper RPG, or Bloodlines video game. The combat is merely serviceable, but the story, character interactions, writing, atmosphere and music are top notch.
Sleeper cult hit, despite twitch-shooter kids bashing it (possibly because they can't read, can't play or both).

Aug 26, 2018Vampyr is a collection of wonderful ideas held back by a limited budget and a dated engine.
-
Aug 17, 2018For those looking for a unique, dread-filled experience in the RPG realm, Vampyr offers a type of game seldom seen. But much like the streets of 1918 London, expect a few bumps along the way.

CD-ActionAug 2, 2018Vampyr is unique. It’s not beautiful, its combat leaves much to be desired and its limited budget shows, but if you choose to turn a blind eye to these flaws, it will captivate you with its mature, morally ambiguous story and a series of dilemmas that usually lack a “right” answer.
