    Un buen juego. Posee una buena trama donde las desiciones realmente importan, buena música, buen sistema de combate aunque muy simple.
    Como puntos negativos : La versión de PS4 tiene muchos bugs y el final es algo decepcionante.

    It's very interesting to see a game that addresses the end of the Victorian era, even more so when they take advantage of the lack of basic sanitation to bring about a "vampire apocalypse". The game's setting is beautiful and proves that in addition to having the necessary budget to make an epic adventure, it demonstrates the love and dedication of the developers to make it a reality.It's very interesting to see a game that addresses the end of the Victorian era, even more so when they take advantage of the lack of basic sanitation to bring about a "vampire apocalypse". However, it turned out to be a shallow experience, where the combat feels heavy and with few options for opportunities, in addition to having a character customization that leaves something to be desired and a need to grind so hard that it discourages playing killing as few humans as possible. Despite so many aspects that I considered negative, the story and the atmosphere held me in roleplay and encouraged me to follow Dr. Reid from beginning to end, not to mention that it's a good option for players who are just starting to get interested in promotional RPGs to start with something more basic. I also hope that the game will serve as a base for Dont'nod to improve in future projects; but above all, review its direction and production, which in my amateur eyes, was the great weakness of the project.… Expand

    Way too much repetitive dialogue and ABYSMAL combat mechanics. (I've never felt so underpowered as an IMMORTAL vampire) A game where fast travel doesn't exist and the idea of running through those stupid streets, up dead-end alleys, where stubbing your toe leads to death (thus respawning miles away) just to TRY "upgrade". **** it, I'm out. They've taken an ok idea and kept it mid at best.

    Horrible game. This game is impossible to walkthrough without a guide. And I had to read 3 of them in order to find out all the information I needed. More than 50% of time with this game I spent on studying the guides and forums.
    Why? Because you don’t know what build is the best, you don’t know what weapons are the best etc. You can easily spoil a hint with an incorrect answer. You don’t    Horrible game.     There is so much bla bla in the game it’s starts to annoy you. I’ve done all the investigations and they’re absolutely not worth it.

    A game with numerous flaws, glitches, and crashes. Seriously? The game still crashes when you leave a battle or an area with lots of enemies after at least two years have passed. This game is extremely sluggish because of loading screens all throughout. I wonder whether the PS5 can handle this.

    Edit: The PS5 version is noticeably superior. I would rate it an 8.

    really hated how it felt like the writers were constantly punishing me for making what seemed like moral choices (ex: my eyes turning permanently "evil"/bloodshot red for killing a literal serial killer, sparing a character leading to innocent civilians getting murdered because surprise! he's a psychopath)..would've worked better for me if most of the choices & outcomes had anyreally hated how it felt like the writers were constantly punishing me for making what seemed like moral choices (ex: my eyes turning permanently "evil"/bloodshot red for killing a literal serial killer, sparing a character leading to innocent civilians getting murdered because surprise! he's a psychopath)..would've worked better for me if most of the choices & outcomes had any foreshadowing whatsoever. basically "[GLASS HIM]: the game".. unlike in a game like Mass Effect or Dragon Age, finding out more information about characters has no real payoff or impact on the plot unless you're planning on eating them.

    P.S. It's 2022 guys, why is the PS4 version of your game still crashing every 45 minutes    … Expand

    Vampyr is a very interesting game, with differents points of view, i personally really like the fact that it as correct cultural information, and the sound tracka are just amazing. The way which interaction with the characters may change the outcome is incredible, the game makes you feel engaged with ste story. The only down side that i see is the combat because is not so fluid.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Vampyr has an original concept of level up system. You either complete side quests or suck people's blood for xp. It's a decision between morality and faster xp gaining. The xp value of one's blood can be increased by finding clues about them and by doing the mission they give you. Although some of the personal stories are interesting, the only outcome of a character's development (there are 66 characters) is death by bloodsuck or death pending. There aren't really any other resolutions but the two mentioned earlier. The side characters are simply xp storages waiting to be claimed.

    Combat is clunky at first but can be mastered quickly and be then enjoyable and fair. However, most of the gameplay is hours of mostly boring dialogues presented with monotonous voice and little to none facial animations which are seen through fixated camera view. And no, you can't hammer x because it would skip all the lines of speaker A until speaker B says something and not just one line of subtitles.

    The game is 4 years old and optimization is abominable. The game regularly hardlocks and crashes.

    Between the two main characters, there is a romance which is so forced and therefore cringe. It goes from no indication at all (not even in optional dialogues) to "you're the only a woman I've ever loved" after one 20-minute long dialogue session. And then the romance revolves around the story until the end of it. I can't recall anything so fast-forward like this. Maybe "romances" in Mafia (2002) or Metro Last Light but those are rather for a sex scene and are more irrelevant to the story. Not such great effusions.

    On the top of that, the game is brimming with woke schütt. People using "independent woman" unironically, screaming feminist/marxist slogans at night. The game sometimes lets you pick one of three answers on a question but when you catch some gays doing gay things, the only thing you can say is "I support gays" or "I support gays very much" or "damn bigots!" Same with religion related questions, you can just hate Christianity but you can choose how much (not to mention every Christian is depicted as a molester or a complete lunatic).
    There were like just over a hundred Africans in London in the early 20th century, yet you meet 4 of them and all of them whine about oppression. Historically accurate.    … Expand

Klar, das Kämpfen fühlt sich, gerade in de ersten Stunden des Spiels, deutlich clunky an, und auch die Gesichtsanimationen, in den, für dieses Spiel so wichtigen, Dialogen, kommen eher holzig und grobschnittig daher. Denn hinsichtlich seiner Spielmechaniken bietet Vampyr Ideen und Systeme, die, wenn man ein Fable für dialoglastige Rollenspiele hat, dem Spiel eine gewisse Einzigartigkeit gebe. Die Spielmechanik der sozialen Verbindungen der verschiedenen NPCs, das Sammeln von Informationen zu den einzelnen Charakteren und deren Bindungen, entwickelt eine motivierende Dynamik immer mehr Dialogoption freischalten zu wollen. Raffinierter wird das Ganze dadurch, dass Progress im Spiel vor allem erreicht wird, dass wir selbst entscheiden, ob wir NPCs im Spiel opfern, um uns zusätzliche EP einzuverleiben, die wir vielleicht dringend für unsere Kämpfe brauchen. Dass, wenn wir wichtige NPCs töten, oder zu wild sind in unserem Blutrausch gar ganze Stadtteile kippen können, gibt dem Spiel einen sehr eigenen Kniff, da je nach Entscheidung, Spieldurchläufe sich deutlich unterscheiden können, was auch den hohen Wiederspielwert des Titels ausmacht.… Expand

    Душные персонажи, скучные бои, нет баланса между разговорной частью (когда ты приходишь в новый район и просто начинаешь 2 часа бегать между персонажами, раскрывая их тайны) и боевой (то же самое, только со стороны скучной боевки), интересное исследование мира (по дарк соуловски - можно найти неожиданные интересные вещи по углам игрового мира), у игрока слишком мало мотивации пить кровь вДушные персонажи, скучные бои, нет баланса между разговорной частью (когда ты приходишь в новый район и просто начинаешь 2 часа бегать между персонажами, раскрывая их тайны) и боевой (то же самое, только со стороны скучной боевки), интересное исследование мира (по дарк соуловски - можно найти неожиданные интересные вещи по углам игрового мира), у игрока слишком мало мотивации пить кровь в силу отстойной прокачки.
    Игру дропнул чуть дальше середины, потому что её единственный плюс, а именно исследование мира, не вытянул все остальное.    … Expand

    Souls-like game. Very buggy game, constantly crashes. The story evolves on your choices and if you choose wrong answers you lose quests, that means less xp and difficulty in finishing. And you cannot load last save cause there is autosave which cannot be turned off. The story is interesting

    The vampire game I have been waiting for since Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines. It is not perfect but the combat resembles bloodborne so it is right up my alley. The story though is phenomenal. The best thing is choosing the npcs that you want to snack on. You constantly are at odds with yourself over your decision but I recommend letting your vampire nature take over. Отдельно бы хотел отметить атмосферу, музыку и мир, созданный разработчиками, короче лор, не знаю, как ещё объяснить)). А что говорят про боёвку в этой игре - это всё правда, она очень унылая.     Bought the game last month in the psn sale. Great value and i didn't want the plus service ,i want the game. So after 20 hours the game crashed 8 times. Yeah,8 times. Sometimes the screen frozen. Sometimes the error 34878-0. Sometimes my playstation simply turn it off. Reading some reviews and forums it showed me that i've made a huge mistake buying this crap. The game in general is fun but the lack of respect from dontnod and the devs for allowing such a broken ass game for sale in the market is beyond my imagination. If i could,i would ask for i refund but here i am,without my money,without the game and with ZERO RESPONSES from dontnod,focus or vampyr game twitter account.

    I'm holding out for at least a handful of great PS5 games til I upgrade, and picked this up only because there was basically nothing left.

    I finished it, I am ashamed to say. I finished it on the hardest setting purely because I had nothing left to play, and am both stupidly stubborn in finishing what I start, along with being simply unable to drag myself away from this stunningly atrocious train-wreck.

    I can barely even begin to describe the myriad abject failures of this self-indulgent tripe, and am too angry at whoever birthed this travesty to dwell on it much longer.

    I never thought it would be possible to hate someone responsible for any particular product, but that was before I encountered the cancerous, slovenly, misguided, ineptitude and imbecility of "Vampyr".

    The only plus is the characters and the storyline!

    Pretty good storyline but the bad realization of the game world.
    Also pretty bad fighting system. And another game mechanics feel pretty **** But because of Lady Ashbury (she's is my crush), I won't give this game 1 of 10. I won't recommend this game to buy, better watch game film on YouTube and buy something else.

It’s not beautiful, its combat leaves much to be desired and its limited budget shows, but if you choose to turn a blind eye to these flaws, it will captivate you with its mature, morally ambiguous story and a series of dilemmas that usually lack a “right” answer.
