Jun 5, 2020The enjoyment you get from Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries of New York will very much depend on your willingness to endure reams of static dialogue. If that’s an obstacle you can easily maneuver, then there is a lot to like here. Learning about the complexities of Vampire society has left me hungry to learn more. The game’s artistic character portraits and backgrounds bring the City that never sleeps alive in a way I haven’t experienced in a game before.

Mar 26, 2020Though a little too short for its own good, Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries Of New York is nonetheless a highly entertaining visual novel that provides a grand introduction to the world of Vampire: The Masquerade at large.

Playstation Official Magazine UKApr 20, 2020The team have made the most of what was clearly a small budget and the engrossing dialogue obscures the confines of this smaller project for the most part. For the uninitiated, this is a worthwhile introduction to the Masquerade, though be prepared to make full use of the in-game dictionary. The World Of Darkness is a tumultuous place, to say the least, and if you’re already familiar, then you’ll know whether Coteries Of New York’s edgy tone is right up your dark alley or worth a well lit detour instead. Jul 2, 2023It was my first graphic novel game and I enjoyed it but the finale was disappointing.
