Two Point Hospital is a great management simulator, both for nostalgic gamers who missed Theme Hospital and for those who are looking for their first hospital game. Its only shortcomings are the lack of more dynamic tutorials and some AI bugs, but in the rest, it is a solid and charming management/construction title that gives us dozens of hours of pure fun and humor.

With an abundance of accessibility and irresistible charm, this version of Two Point Hospital is a shining example of a console port done right. The incredible control scheme will make you forget that the PC version even existed! With its clean bill of health, this is the best business sim game you will find on consoles.

This game is more about the end game than others, but it is still fun to keep all your hospitals on track. It is both comical and grimm, which keeps us interested.

Whether you’re a fan of the old Theme Hospital or a complete newbie to business simulators, there’s an awful lot to love about Two Point Hospital with its fantastic sense of humor and incredibly addictive gameplay. It also performs really well on the PS4 and the developers have done a great job of adapting the controls to console.

Two Point Hospital doesn't always feel fair, though I suppose the same can be said about fighting actual diseases. The rest of the game is definitely charming, with simple controls hiding deep, thoughtful gameplay. Definitely worth your time.

Despite a learning curve that could use some work, there’s a lot to like in Two Point Hospital. It continues to find ways to make you laugh deep into the game without ever drawing too much attention to that aspect of itself. The controls are so intuitive that for the first time I don’t see any real downside to playing a simulation game on a console over a PC if that’s what you prefer. There’s plenty of content to keep you occupied for a long time as well. If you’re a fan of simulation games, Two Point Hospital is a must play. For those this is a new genre, though, I definitely think you should give the game a chance. It isn’t perfect but it’s a good time if you’re able to really learn its systems and understand everything a great hospital needs.

Two Point Hospital is not only an exciting experience, but also is very unique in a market full of similar games, and the lengthy single player mode combined with multiplayer mode will keep entertaining you for a long time.

Between your staff and the by-the-numbers building options, there’s little opportunity for the emergent story moments the genre is known for. Mind you, when there’s an epidemic of Mock Stars swaggering through your halls, it’s not such a bad crowd to get lost in. [Issue#173, p.84]

Even though the PC version remains the best place to experience Two Point Hospital, the transition to consoles was smooth, with great controls and with no compromises whatsoever to all the great gameplay and fun the game can offer.

That's why we forgive it more easily some concerns about backups, hoping that it will benefit from updates and even more scenarios.
