i dont know what all the fuss is about over the controls on console , its nowhere near as bad as some of these so called experts are saying,. You can pause the game anyway and do eveything you want in terms of building , editing your rooms etc , its a peice of cake , seriously.

Great game , lots of fun , its quite addictive as well , there are a few bugs , which im sure will be ironed

Great game , lots of fun , its quite addictive as well , there are a few bugs , which im sure will be ironed out , worst one i had was patients standing right next to a room they needed to use and the game telling me i had to build it all the time, was a bit annoying i just deleted the room and built it elswhere. Some nice challenges keep it fresh , buy it i say , i havent stopped playing it since Ive got it.

Theme Hospital upgraded to modern consoles. What more is there to say? Each hospital adds a new element which means a very simple learning curve and keeps you coming back to do it all over again on the next hospital. Plenty of unlocks and challenges leaves this game with a rather addictive quality. Plenty of fun and comedy to be had.

Very well made with a good amount of polish, developers didn’t rush this (I think). If you’re into management/sim games then you’ll love this. Really good gameplay. No bugs, frame rate is spot on and the graphics are awesome.

Absolutely perfect as a port of a strategy game to console and the game itself is a winner, just like Theme hospital in the 90's this is the best business management sim on the market and for me personally, simply the best Sim. It fulfils everything I need in a title such as this but your millage may vary depending on what you enjoy in your sims, the aesthetic and the hospital setting.Absolutely perfect as a port of a strategy game to console and the game itself is a winner, just like Theme hospital in the 90's this is the best business management sim on the market and for me personally, simply the best Sim. Watch some Let's plays before you buy this, maybe a speed run or two and if you like what you see you will like the game, it's so solidly crafted. Expand

This is one of those games that sounds boring if you describe but is actually really fun. You can run the best most efficient hospital and when that gets boring run a crazy hospital on the verge of getting shut down just to see how much you can get away with. Hours of fun.

Finally we have a spiritual sequel to Theme Hospital. The gameplay and humour are fantastic. Highly recommend :-)

Would be fun and scratch that nostalgia itch, but even after being released on Steam two years before the PS4 release, it's still full of near, if not game breaking glitches. I spend almost as much time cursing the glitches and reloading as I do "enjoying" the game. Save yourself the stress and money, find an old copy of Theme Hospital and play that. I had plenty of fun re-living my Theme Hospital days. It's the closest thing I've found to it, and it clones most of the elements of said game. Definitely far from perfect, and not as difficult as the original, it worked out nicely for me as a fan of this type of fun strategic simulators.

At a time when the world is dealing with the new Coronavirus, Two Point Hospital, which now arrives on consoles thanks to Red Kit Games, offers a lighter approach to the theme of diseases, cures and hospital management, reminiscent of the old Theme Hospital . After being released for the PC in late August last year, it is now the turn of PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch players to try out this good and fun title by Two Point Studios.

Hmm… how can this game be described? I know. Hospital Manager 2020! Replace soccer balls, coaches and other things that only concern Football Manager, with doctors, nurses, assistants and caretakers. Unsurprisingly, the overall objective is to heal the sick and wounded and to make our hospitals successful and have good financial health.

Initially, we always started with a modest £ 200,000, and the first step is to build a reception and hire an assistant to fill that position. After that, it is to build an office and hire a doctor for it. Subsequently, it is necessary to expand the hospital and build more things, such as rooms for cardiology, a rest room for staff, bathrooms, and even a clinic for clowns. But these places can be more harmonious with decorations, such as plants and posters, to make people happy. If we have a positive balance in the accounts, we can always build more hospitals.

If the user has negative accounts or low funds, he can always get a loan from the bank. We can also see and change (increase or decrease) our prices in order to try to find a solution to our financial problem. But be aware that if we raise the price too much, our customers will refuse to pay the bill. Therefore, it will be necessary to find a balance.

Items such as dustbins, banks, snack machines, drink machines, arcade machines are important things, because this will prevent patients and staff from being uncomfortable, thirsty, hungry and bored. In some places they are extremely sensitive to temperatures. If we are in a cold place, the ideal is to put heaters in all places and if we are in a hot place, the ideal is to use air conditioning.

As I said at the beginning, we will have to hire doctors, nurses, assistants and caretakers. They all have different roles, salaries and skills from each other. There are some caretakers who can repair the machines, while there are other janitors who can improve the machines. And there are also janitors who can clean ... ghosts. Yes, it's funny, but it's true. When someone dies in our hospitals, sometimes a ghost appears to frighten our customers and then it is advisable to have a janitor with the Ghostbuster qualification.

Assistants, well, in addition to working at receptions, are essential in Marketing. Doctors can work in offices, in Psychiatry, at X-Ray, at De-Lux Clinic, at Pans Lab, at Chromatherapy and at Research. In the latter, we can research projects to designate new types of equipment such as X-Ray and Chromatherapy. Nurses can be used in Pharmacy, General Diagnosis, Cardiology, Ward, Clown Clinic and Fracture Ward. In turn, the janitors, in addition to what I had previously said, also refill Snack Machines and Drink Machines, clean the bins and water the plants.

After some time, we are invited to a ceremony in which we can receive 8 prizes (and money) if we are successful. Don't forget that we have major challenges to do. Once completed, we earn a star and can proceed to the next hospital on the map. I have to confess that I was surprised when I saw so many people get excited about Two Point Hospital. And no less. The more I played, the more addicted I became. Apart from the fact that the controls are a little difficult, especially when I've been decorating several walls with pictures and suddenly move to the other side of the wall. But it's still fun to control everything that Two Point Hospital offers.

The cartoon graphics at Two Point Hospital are simple but good. In terms of songs, they are good but somewhat repetitive, but even that doesn't make me quit the game. Overall, this is a very good title that deserves everyone's attention. Two Point Hospital has just been discharged and is in good health.

Amazing game. I loved theme hospital as a kid and this is a better game in every way. Plays very well on console also. Just a few minor grievances that keep me from rating it the full 10

I love builder/management. I can get lost in them for hours but there is usually some sort of bug or glitch that makes me rage quit (as in Jurassic World Evolution 2), and this game was no exception.

Firstly, the pro's: Basically everything. The game looks gorgeous and the animations are great. It has a sense of humour. It's simple enough to understand but deep enough to merit mastery.

Firstly, the pro's: Basically everything. The game looks gorgeous and the animations are great. It has a sense of humour. It's simple enough to understand but deep enough to merit mastery. Also, it works great on console and the controls are fantastic, with numerous quality-of-life touches such as being able to copy and paste existing rooms rather than having to build new ones all the time. This is the type of game I would try to platinum. Except...

Cons: There is a game-breaking bug which is widely talked about on forums. The janitors are ignorant, especially when putting out fires! They won't use fire extinguishers literally in the room, next to the item on fire. Instead they run away and find another one far away. Sometimes they choose to clean up garbage around the fire instead of actually putting the fire out, causing it to explode and costing so much to replace that you don't always have the bank balance to do so. I rage quit when this happened for the 5th or 6th time, and I specifically sat there and watched a Janitor looking at a fire, with the icon above his head saying "putting out fire..."but it did nothing and then the item exploded. Ain't nobody got time for that.

My only other criticism is that to get max prestige in a room, you have to basically spam it with 20+ posters which looks ugly and unrealistic. I would have simply preferred more expensive items providing more prestige, so the room can look neat and realistic due to its equipment but still be highly reputable, like real life.

Definitely worth a few hours if you like management games. But the janitor's AI let this game down in the end.

Overall, Two Point Hospital is a treat on consoles and is not to be missed, especially given the inclusion of the DLC and almost all of the features from the PC. It's a funny, addictive and engaging experience that is great if you have fond memories of Theme Hospital or Theme Park.

This game is more about the end game than others, but it is still fun to keep all your hospitals on track. It is both comical and grimm, which keeps us interested.

Despite a learning curve that could use some work, there’s a lot to like in Two Point Hospital. It continues to find ways to make you laugh deep into the game without ever drawing too much attention to that aspect of itself. The controls are so intuitive that for the first time I don’t see any real downside to playing a simulation game on a console over a PC if that’s what you prefer. There’s plenty of content to keep you occupied for a long time as well. If you’re a fan of simulation games, Two Point Hospital is a must play. For those this is a new genre, though, I definitely think you should give the game a chance. It isn’t perfect but it’s a good time if you’re able to really learn its systems and understand everything a great hospital needs.
