I paid for the deluxe edition on PSN and wish I hadn't. It's good, but it's not worth the money to get the expansions as it's much of the same as before. In it's defence though it does look nice and is smooth. But not much of a step forwards from the first games.

While the game is very polished on the visual side of things, it's mechanics feel glitchy. It's not something you feel during the easier first levels, but it becomes a complete annoyance later on - the bike/or quad behaves unintuively in some scenarios, and more towards the harder part of the game become a source of annoyance.

I have completed every level with a gold medal, and I don't mind repeating levels in games but some here just felt awkwardly constructed instead of difficult. And the air tricks part of the game is ridiculously bugged with the rider getting tangled between the wheels and what not. Tony Hawk's had better technology 12 years ago.

Overall - a pleasant game that I would recommend if you like challenges, but it would benefit from additional development and testing.

This game feels like an overpriced expansion pack to evolution. It's a futuristic asthetic, minus anything else. Evolution pretty much had it all. This game has the future, woo.

If you haven't gotten to play trials I'd still say get it, but with every update lately the game has taken on a look of a mobile game with endless pop-ups and ads on main screens for DLC, have made the game take on the appearance of a desperate mobile game. I've lowered my score from 7 to 6. This is obnoxious, and I'm sure is an outcome of Redlynx being purchased by Ubisoft. (This BS compelled me to update this review) The gameplay and controls are excellent and on par with the previous titles, and FMX was a great addition. Red Lynx dropped the ball when it comes to customization. The body kits are OK, but I want to be able to change the color on every part of my bike! I hate all the white/silver strips and accents I cant change! I don't understand why devs would exclude simple features such as this from a new title like this! The leveling up was just a meh addition, and goes hand in hand with the track challenges. I'm a pretty good Trials player, I have zero faulted all the Inferno tracks, but some of these challenges were ridiculous! There shouldn't be challenges requiring you to zero fault and extreme track,. I could see this being a huge turn off to some, and is frustrating for someone wanting to get all the trophies/achievements. The future theme wore thin on me rather quickly. The AI voices grated on my nerves quickly, and trying to incorporate that story was just silly. The track editor was a disappointment to me coming from Fusion's editor. I was sad to see that there were no classic wood ramps or scaffolding etc. The game is fun, and worth buying, but I'm glad I did not buy the season pass though. If your coming from Fusion you may be disappointed as I was, but if this is your first chance to own a Trials game, get it! Expand

More of what you'd expect if you're at all familiar with the other Trials games. Just as fun and challenging as always, with new terrains and levels/games to explore and some weird new "trick" system thrown in for good measure.

The game feels less of a full package than its predecessors, especially with no dedicated skill games. The lack of supercross tracks (there are a handful in the game, but no ability to create more in the track editor) makes it less welcoming to those with high expectations based on previous games in the series.

Its known that the developers used the in-game track editor to create all of their tracks for the game, and it feels like they've relied too much on user content being generated by its community to flesh out a bare bones package.

Aside from the lack of content, the gameplay is as solid as ever. The bikes respond well and the in game tracks are created very well. FMX is a new addition allowing the user to do tricks for points, however the 'ragdoll' physics of the rider flailing into a new trick position feels lazy and sometimes it is difficult to pull of a trick that you want. however it is still worth giving a try as it is quite fun.

To add more replay value to the game, the developers have added challenges to complete on every track, ranging from simplicity of completing a few backflips to the insane of the screen flipping upside down. These added challenges provide incentive to replay levels, not only to best your friends score but to add a little challenge to the completion of each track.

Overall the game is worth buying, but if you've been a fan of the series for some time, there may be some disappointments.

This was a game I was looking forward to when I got it yesterday. I like the game, but I do have a few complaints.

    2. Some of the tracks are nearly IMPOSSIBLE. I look at the Original Trials HD. The Stages look hard on hard, but in Trials Fusion, the Hard stages are nearly impossible. I swear, half of the hard stages if you mess up, you have to restart the ENTIRE TRACK.
    3. It is DLC is too expensive! $20 for a season pass? Seriously? It makes the game maybe an hour longer at the most.

If you own a PS4, it is worth getting. I got mine for only $30 since a store had a deal. Though, if you think the other Trials games are way too difficult, then I can't recommend it. I bet it is just me who is terrible at this game, but I bet everyone else is looking at this review and laughing.

Its a usual game....with a lot stuff to do (events, online events, multi, etc). The main game is cheap (main game) but Ubisoft sells the complete game through DLC system, and it transforms in a expensive game. Buy this game if you want a pastime....no more.

Игра прикольная, НО! Играть в такие игры на консолях нового поколения? Это как-то странно. В такие игры нужно играть скорее на планшете или телефоне. As with previous titles the main career mode of Trials Fusion tasks you with completing a series of motorbike “obstacle courses”, they start off fairly simple and with the online leader boards there is an incentive to replay tracks to try to finish just that little bit quicker. The difficulty ratchets up pretty quickly however (although not as steeply as earlier games in the series) to the point where proceedings will become more frustrating than fun for all but the most dedicated of players.

The online multiplayer offers the opportunity to compete more directly with other racers, including private matches against friends and offers a nice alternative to the single player. A few of my friends have had issues getting online due to Ubisoft’s insistence on having to sign into their Uplay platform however which has been frustrating when we just wanted a quick game.

This wastes the time of those creating tracks for the community. Today, I lost an entire track due to this broken editor. Upon saving my work a final time, the game crashed. Now, when I try to load the track, the game immediately crashes. All of those hours were lost due to a broken piece of software. I highly recommend that users don't spend too much time trying to make elaborate tracks with the editor on PS4. You just may lose all that hard work and time to a broken editor. It's a shame, too, because I enjoyed making tracks for the community. Redlynx needs to fix the editor. Until then, I'm finished with it. I'm not wasting more time. Expand

There’s something uniquely thriling about all the crazy futuristic touches in Trials Fusion, with sliding platforms and hoverships and weird purple alloys and force fields. I say that I couldn’t care less about all the customizable constume bits, but I still find myself playing dress up with my motorcyclist. I mean, I paid to unlock those costume bits, so I might as well use them.
