Rating a 10 to offset the 0-rating numbskullians who will be shortly crawling out of the woodwork over the next few days. However, in reality it's a solid 8 for me.

Division 2 nailed what it means to be a looter shooter in an open world environment - and I haven't even reached the first dark zone area. It looks great, feels great, and 4 hours melted away without any regret or feeling of boredom.

ANYONE leaving this title a 0, did not play the game or has some form of an agenda - do NOT trust those reviews at all.

AT THE VERY LEAST - this game deserves a SOLID 7 even from its toughest critics as the foundation of a fun looter shooter is not only present but THRIVING.

This is not a title to miss.

This is what Ubi is, for sure, design by committee - open world - live service but it's just fun.
The gameplay loop feels rewarding and nice, the world is diversified in activities and challenge the player to pay attention.

I'm really enjoying all of the stuff to do in the dc, the environment is beautifully done, gun play feels good, missions are solid and the side missions feel more like missions this time around. Currently 24 hours played and lvl 21. Looking forward to seeing some end game and checking out the dz's.

Great improvements from the first entry. I'm level 15 by now, around 16 hours of game play and still having a blast of fun. The game have some bugs, but it's not some game breaking bugs. Dont touched the DZ or any endgame yet...this game is huge.
    Loot are rewarding.
PS: Main e side missions are actually very fun, and have a decent length.. also, they are memorable. PS:2 i gave it a 10,

The couldn’t have you just wielding a bat and shield. It’s a great game. The first was great too. Not a disaster as someone said in their review. Probably didn’t even play the first Division. Those 0 reviews aren’t really reviews it’s people who just don’t like Ubisoft or something like that. If you bought this game and hate that is on you. There is a ton of gameplay videos watch them before you buy. Don’t bean ass, buy the game, say you hate, then review bomb it, and ask for a refund because you didn’t take the time to see how the game plays.

The game itself, is much better then the last one. The demo was amazing for a demo, unlike another big name game. The mechanics are the same but much improved. The first Division was a great game with the updates. This takes all that to a new level. The little differences are cool. Like the backpack keychains, other landmarks used as a safe instead just a building, and etc. The weapons and gear have improved the most. The gear now starting at the green level has perks if you wear multiple pieces. Mods now can be equip to more then one weapon, which is great. I would get tired of having to remove mods from one weapon to put on another.

The game all around has made great strides. The bad reviews are people who didn’t pay attention to videos and gameplay that was released before they bought the game. So don’t listen to them. This is a great game and if Ubisoft does what it did with the first Division with Division 2 we are in for a treat. If you actually stuck around with the first game and now what you in a Division game Buy This Game!!!! I purposely bought the ultimate edition for the extras plays early access. Enjoy Agents. Let’s take out some blacktusks, hyenas, and the rest.

I thought leaving New York's snowy and cold streets would be tough, but Ubisoft Massive came through and did a hell of a job on recreating a post-pandemic Washington D.C. One that is both tragically beautiful and also fun to explore. The gunplay is solid and each gun packs a punch. There are many different playstyles to work towards with each serving their own purpose. I find myself experimenting with every new gun I pick up. My only real gripe is the sound design, not sure if it is a bug or intended to be this way, but when it rains, you can barely hear it unless you have it all the way up and are standing near a car where the rain would hit the roof. I would highly recommend this game for anyone that is a fan of loot/shoot games, this is the one that will define the genre. Expand

Ubisoft learned from their mistakes, and put their best foot forward, zero regressions in the sequel at launch, with the promise of the growth and support for post launch content that we expect. I'll briefly give my take on three aspects: Game at launch, systems improved for end game, & realistic potential.

The game at launch, visuals are improved enough that it does look closer to how it was shown at the reveal back in the day. Story is still what you expect from a Tom Clancy persistent open world looter shooter, and for my money its good that they go heavy on the environmental story telling, they use a unique style and it allows for a mystery to remain, it's never been a broken story like other looters, but it forces you to find aspects of the story rather than force feeding it in traditional methods. Character progression through skills, loot, etc are fantastic, this is really an area the game shines, all systems are vastly improved and have layers and versatility for RPG fans. True living world, again the systems they've added and improved prove they listen to the community, the settlements and factions interact in enough ways to allow the world to feel organic and it's dark enough and beautiful enough to be a place I want to remain for a long time for a hobby.

The end game systems, as discussed in state of the game in early March 2019, are brilliant; they really went the extra mile, control points, assassination missions, daily and weekly missions, deck of 52, these are managed by faction leadership having a management logic AI that gives more realistic randomization and has their own fluctuating resources to use, and it changes based on your actions throughout the world, so there's more layers interacting realistically than any other looter shooter.

The potential for this game going forward is off the charts, with 8 player raids, clans, multiple dark zones, multiplayer modes all being around a launch, and I'm sure we know that the other modes we had in D1 will be added...think of how strong D1 got after 1.8, and imagine how much better D2 already is out of the gate, now add survival, resistance, subway, and more raids. Also the changes to dark zone should give the ability for people to not get alienated and also let the hardcore go to the no rules DZ...welcome to the thunderdome!

I've only played for a few hours, but so far it is a huge improvement over the first Division at launch. Combat feels tight and tense, and the world map is incredibly detailed. Really looking forward to putting some more time into this, and to see how Ubisoft keeps up with this game. If it's anything like R6 or The Division 1 this should be a game that delivers for a long time to come.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 has thrown its hat into the ring for being a possible 'Game of the Year' contender for 2019. The post-apocalyptic Washington D.C. is such an eerie site to see, and Agents can roam around solo or in groups to complete missions and earn better loot to upgrade their characters. With more content well on the way, the base game is still packed with heaps of stuff to do - and the huge variety in gear types and stat boosts, modifications, and skills means that 1000+ hours can easily be put into this title over the course of the year. The only bane to these sorts of titles is the 'always-online' internet connection that is required, which does remove some parts of the gaming population from being able to play it, unfortunately.

The Division 2 is easily the best of its type; it has the right balance of fun, challenge, dopamine loot drops, and sweet graphics that all but guarantee I’ll be playing this one for a long, long time to come. If you haven’t jumped in yet and think this might be for you, hesitate no longer - Ubisoft has absolutely nailed it the second time around.
