    Single player campaign review: A short sweet blast from start to finish. The plot revolves around the standard sci-fi macguffin hunt but what it lacks in lore it makes up with gameplay and spectacle. The ammo is nearly unlimited, the grenades are plentiful and the movement is incredible. Simply as good as first person shooters get.

I clocked over 150 hours on the Xbox one initial release and i loved every second. Coming back to this game on PS4 was like greeting a long lost friend. I could play this game simply to run around like a mad man, no guns, no shooting, no story, and i'd still love it. Tack on the rest of it. The brilliant gun play, the superb (albeit short) campaign mode, thoughtfully designed maps and modes, amazing balance, endless customisation. It's everything a first person shooter should be and i believe a model all games in the same vein need to take notes from. The game welcomes beginners, but rewards skill, with a massive skill ceiling to grind towards. Worth buying even now with the slightly long match wait times. Each match is worth the wait!     I didn't expect anything from the game, I didn't play the first one and got this one on PS Plus. In the end, I loved the game, very fun and the gameplay is excellent.
    The graphics are beautiful and the story was ok, it was enough to trap me, I'm not playing online, I just used the campaign mode in my review.

    I played the game, and liked it more than I expected (it was a PS Plus free game for me). I played it on easy (as I'm a casual gamer), and found it mostly quite doable. Having said that, there were a few spots where the difficulty suddenly spiked quite a lot (a specific Titan whose name starts with a V comes to mind...). But in the end, I was still able to finish the game. I liked theI played the game, and liked it more than I expected (it was a PS Plus free game for me).     Gran juego, que me sorprendiรณ bastante, un muy buen shooter futurista que combina el combate a pie y el combate con robots, ademรกs de distintas habilidades como ir por paredes, saltos gravitacionales...
    Por ponerle alguna pega, se hace un poco corto, un juego que no aburre en ningรบn momento.

    The story is good but a little stereotypical.After all it's a war game.Although the bond between the main character and the Titan is something special and through the dialogues they are having, this special bond is visible in the game.
    The level design of this game is just Incredible.Even when the game puts you in places where lots of things are happening and you dont know where to go you decide to follow a path and then it turns out to be the only way out ,giving you the illusion of freedom.The addition of the ghost runner in the parkour sequences wasn't that helpful to me because the path you had to follow was clear and easily accessible. But the absence of the ghost runner would have been a pain for those who have a bad time figuring out where they have to go.
    Titanfall 2 was good but it had some annoying bugs and the campaign was a little short. As i have already mentioned the story wasn't that great and i think it could be better.Clearly the developers emphasized the gameplay and the graphics in contrast with the story.
    Overall the game is visually beautiful and the variety of environments combined with the amazing music and the above characteristics make this game a great accomplishment for Respawn Entertainment.    … Expand

    *Single Player Campaign Only* Despite the short campaign length, Respawn was able to pack a large variety into the gameplay and level design of Titanfall 2. Playing the pilot and titan sections feels different yet both are extremely fluid. One of the best FPS games of the generation.

    If you like fast phase multiplayer fps games, then this is something for you. The Campaign was also really good and would say it is the best fps action single player story I played (except for Half Life 2). Too bad this didn't sell because it is hell of a fun game and it would be nice to a sequele. The only bad thing about this game is the graphic.

    Diese Review gilt nur fรผr den Single-Player. Das Gameplay ist 1A, Die Grafik ist bis auf die Gesichter wirklich gelungen und das Pacing der Kampagne ist sehr gut. Man hat nie das Gefรผhl, dass hier die Spielzeit kรผnstlich gestreckt wird. Die Story beginnt zwar relativ langweilig, die Verbindung zwischen BT und Cooper macht aber einfach nur spaรŸ und ist herrlich zu erleben.

    It was very nice to became involved with this story. Its powerful, very direct like and maked you involved in a odd relationship between a pilot and a full metal bodyguard. Well done for Respawn Entertainment

    In my time playing Titanfall 2 I have never come across a better multiplayer or campaign (though I rate it on personal enjoyment).     I know I'm posting this in 2020, but I was a player at launch and this game to this day never fails to please me. With its epicly fast paced combat, good range of different weapons and ordenance and with the newly improved Titans...the game is incredible. Back in 2016, me and my mates literally said f*** Call of Duty because this was simply better. More fun. Unique. Such a shame that theI know I'm posting this in 2020, but I was a player at launch and this game to this day never fails to please me.     Much better than cod iw, sad this game didnโ€™t do as well because of poor marketing! Loved the time travelling mission, pretty generic storyline but a solid game. Hope a sequel comes along

    I absolutely love it, movement is great the shooting feels awsome and the titans feel great to use. The single player campain is one of my favorites if not my favorite altough its very short (around 6 hours).
    Now the bad, most pilot clases are bad, in my opinion theres only two good clases but those two clases are great and fell very perfected. I strongly encourage you to buy this game    I absolutely love it, movement is great the shooting feels awsome and the titans feel great to use. The single player campain is one of my favorites if not my favorite altough its very short (around 6 hours).

    Outstanding campaign, with unmatched quality of gameplay, a fast, yet balanced and fun multiplayer. This is THE Sci-Fi Shooter and it's a damn shame it got so undersold.

    This game deserved better, easily one of the best shooters that came out the whole generation.

    Lo รบnico malo que puedo decir es que la historia es muy pero muy corta, en una tarde te terminas el juego.     Titanfall 2 is the best shooting game I had in years. I really felt the impact of the robot - human relationship and I would recommend it highly for everyone who love shooter games.
    The game was not too short and not too long, very interesting plot, this game just kept and kept on giving. The visuals are basically photorealistic. The sounds are perfect. The options you have at any given fight are fun, you can nearly always throw a bomb for huge area damage while reloading. The stealth mechanic made the game too easy but only while you use it, and it have 1 minute cooldown, so it is basically a one minute cooldown auto kill which is very fun and balance. I died a lot of times, a lot more deaths than I would want but that just showing you that the game isn't only easy, there were frustrating moments. I don't want to spoil the story so I won't go into details but the story was so good that I was moved to write a review, it is that good. I see the passion and care that the developers have for this game, and it successfully pulled me into the universe they created. This game is cheap the prize I had to pay is nearly nothing for a game with these graphics, Now that I finished the game I could play a bit with the multiplayer which is excellent. I wish to you all that you buy and play this game since this would be awesome.    … Expand

    This game offers everything you need to have a great time. Simple plot, dynamic action packed gameplay, nice graphics.
    It`s story is not the most original, and it`s narrative is not the most sophisticated, but it just delivers the excitement and pure joy of shooting, running, operating a titan, exploding stuff, and acting crazy.
    I had a lot of fun playing it.

    the Campaign is basically painted by Numbers for the Most part but I think it's really cool you get to play a Recruit named Jack Cooper also you its cool you get in that perspective also you get attached to Monarch Titan BT he is a cool character in his own right 8/10

Everytime, I was like "no, there cannot be another original game design idea", and there always is. Space travels, climbing, etc, it is never boring as    Solid FPS, very dynamic.

Everytime, I was like "no, there cannot be another original game design idea", and there always is. Space travels, climbing, etc, it is never boring as we discover everytime new and original mechanics and new way to beat the threats.

    The multiplayer is quite awesome too. I love the attrition mode, as this is a kind of Team Deathmatch, but that avoid camping, as if you don't move and roam, you leave the enemy get all the points by farming CPU soldiers, which the frags will give points too.
    Almost the only mode I've played for hundred of hours, both on PC and PS4, so I'll cannot give my opinion on other modes, but this one is really amazing, and just that makes me give it a legit 9.
    I hope this PvPvE TDM idea without objective is used in other shooting game taking place in different space time, this idea is not the most original, but has never been seen before as far as I know.

    The gameplay itself is fast, you can have a grapple, you can wall ride, double jump, this gives a very fast pace.
    The feeling at shooting, roaming, is very amazing. The titan fights become more tactic.

    At the time I'm talking, the game looks still very alive. Reinstalled it today to give it a new shot, after a long break, and I've played 10 games in a row without more than 10 seconds of queue everytime.

    The is no micro transaction, no pay to win, everything is unlockable in game and quite fast.

    The only con I would give is not dued to Respawn (the studio), but I feel mouse/keyboard players will clearly have an advantage on controller players, which can be annoying when you meet some on PS4.    … Expand

    It is a really great game. You can feel shooting, has a lot of different guns that make the game spectacular. The integration between Titan and the pilot is awesome. It is not a long history but was so fun play this one. I recommend.

    The best fps I have ever played. It has an incredibly high skill ceiling and one of the most unique and best movement systems in any fps ever. It plenty different tacticals and weapons that you can choose from. You can also choose different loadout options for your titan as well.     Unlike al other fps shooters at the time and even now in 2020 it is still the most enjoyable shooter I have played. The campaign/story mode is really well made and the design of the levels work perfectly hand to hand with the movement of the game and the multiplayer mode also has a design that's fast and never bores you by making you stand still.     Fun and fast pace story mode. I completed it by 3-4 hours. It runs smooth in my old ps4 console.
    It is weird that the subtitle and the voice must be in the same language and can only be set in the console system setting.

    Game was amazing.There were little problems that i can ignore. Every game has some problems but this one's is ignoreable thanks to it's combat system.It was fluent and fun to play.Graphics were amazing.But it was the ''time travel thing'' that attached me to this game. I absolutely recommend everyone to play. As rare as it is,it was not a game it was an experience.

The World is beautiful, and the relationship between Cooper and BT is just great. But i prefer to play the pilot.     In addition, the platforming in the game is surprisingly fun. Many of the platforming sessions are setup like puzzles, that require both strategy and technique to complete.

    The multiplayer is solid as well, and I appreciate that it isn't loaded with various paid add-ons and loot nonsense.

    Finished this game in 2023. What can I say - it's a masterpiece. Definitely need to try. Inside a mech is another experience! Fights are so dynamic, combining mech and person, lots of weapon. Very hope to see Titanfall 3 !!!

    There is a massive variety of weapond types that you can choose from. The best ones that i have found are the SMGs. Easily the best weapon in the game is the CAR, it has great hip fire and does a fair amount of damage with little recoil and a good amount of ammo in the mag.

    Love it, did not expect this game to be so interesting. I played many fps games, and Titanfall 2 stands out. I am amazed at how little is stated about the combination of several mechanics found in this game. For example, the parkour and the titans that were added into the game made a fun experience.

    The human enemy AI is kinda dumb and often slow to react but that's no problem on Hard difficulty (the perfect difficulty) because the game overwhelms you with sheer weight of numbers and enemy damage output. It forces you to keep moving, maintain a fast pace and to use every weapon and tool you have. I can not begin to describe how much fun this game is on Hard. I did like the Titan gameplay with it being a little slower and more tactical but not nearly as much as when i was playing as a Pilot on foot.

    I only got around to playing this game this year, 2022. Boy, did i miss out on one of the best first person single player campaigns ever. So good. The story is decent but the guns, mechs, wall jumping ability and time travel segments were just fantastic. It's sad that we may never see a Titanfall 3.

    Online is fun but sometimes has trolls.
    I love the story and how they expanded on the world from just being a online game, guns are ok but character sometimes gets stuck when trying to jump over A.I, definently play again but not as often.

    Played this game after Apex Legends and was pleasantly surprised.

    Excellent story and graphics, familiar and more complex gameplay.

    What is happening in multiplayer is beyond words, cool mechanics that were cut in Apex. The pros of this game can do such amazing things that my jaw dropped.

    A great game with much attention to detail and heart and soul put into it. Titanfall 2's campaign is a wonderful experience with funny jokes, a interesting plot line that keeps you on your toes and a ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING movement system.

    My only problem is with the console servers, Due to a bad release timeframe and marketing. This game didn't get enough of a fandom and love from    A great game with much attention to detail and heart and soul put into it.
