In the end, Tiny Troopers: Joint Ops is a fine twin-stick shooter that's best enjoyed in short bursts.

A good value for a pair of successful mobile games that come to PlayStation in their most complete form.

A simple, yet enjoyable arcade style shooter, Tiny Troopers: Joint Ops proves entertaining enough but is somewhat stifled by its humble mobile origins.

It can be a fun diversion but lacks that “just one more level” sense of attraction.

Tired of overly serious games? Like games with an actual challenge? Then you should give this game a shot, it's $7.99 right now, it has a rather lengthy story, and the A.I. are actually not so bad. Trust me, you will get killed in this game. I consider this game a stellar isometric third-person (somewhat) tactical shooter that requires for you to think. Give it a shot! It's worth it. It's quite old school, but you do level up (so your soldiers do more damage/have more defense) and you can buy equipment improvements (better damage/hit points...etc), you can also buy uniforms which are not only cosmetic but also increase some stats, etc. The content is a lot more than I anticipated from this inexpensive game. In each campaign you have a very fun zombie survival mission (you don't need to buy the Zombie Campaign DLC to play this). The difficulty in the beginning is very easy, but as you go on, you'll probably die several times, especially on Hard difficulty.

I didn't play this game continuously, it was more of an in-between game between more "complex" ones, and it was very good at that.
