    This game is LEGENDARY! One of the best games of all time. The story, music, characters, the world, it's all so good! The developers poured so much of their love and passion into this and it absolutely shows.
    Don't hesitate, play this absolute masterpiece!

    Amazing expansion. New vibrant and expansive area to explore. A more focused story with newly introduced characters but also some returning ones. Lots of content that is of high quality and always provides the player with something to do keeping you immersed within the world. New cool Witcher gear and new mutations to compound onto the games combat system. A place for Geralt to finallyAmazing expansion. New vibrant and expansive area to explore.     Best DLC for a videogame. It adds a new big location, a long interesting main story, lot's of side quests and basically is the ultimate finale of The Witcher 3 that everyone should play!

    Blood and Wine is an outstanding DLC and I would say the best game of The Witcher 3 set! Toussaint is an interesting new land to explore filled with new and exciting characters and quests and the storyline is the best yet! It finishes off Geralt’s story nicely and I recommend you play this after all the others!

    The DLC offers a new feature - the creation of new mutagens. To be honest, I only made marginal use of it.    Now that was unbelievable. Huge respect to the developers for releasing this as DLC and not as a standalone game. The game offers at least twenty hours of gameplay. But if you love the world of The Witcher like I do, you'll have no problem spending forty hours in the game.

    The DLC offers a new feature - the creation of new mutagens. To be honest, I only made marginal use of it.

    "Blood and Wine" takes place in a completely new location compared to the previous DLC. And anyone expecting a small map would be mistaken. The Toussaint area is huge, a full-sized location the size of Velen.

    Now on to the characters and the story itself. The overall setting where the story takes place seems to have fallen out of a romance-style book. Princesses, valiant knights, greenery, wine and love. A combination that in itself guarantees success. The characters are well written, the story is suspenseful until the very end and, as is customary with the Witcher games, it offers multiple endings.

    I enjoyed the game phenomenally and I will definitely go through the whole game again in a few months, along with all the DLC. I can't rate it other than 10/10.    … Expand

    Best dlc i have every played, still to this day! There’s so much content, a new set of Gwent cards, amazing looking armor both for roach and Geralt. You can buy a house and upgrade it little by little. And the story is amazing too 10/10 I’m actually a little bit sad that a dlc this is is still the best I’ve ever played. And I’ve finished the game including the dlc 5 times! I have over 2Best dlc i have every played, still to this day!     Also, the description says 20 hours of content. Excuse me? It took me about 60 hours to finish the entirety of it, not counting collectibles. If you only follow the main story, sure, but what idiot would do that?

    Buy the game of the year edition of this game. If you ever find any game that is at 20 bucks and offers as much content, fun and immersion as this game can- you won't, it's impossible.

    This is by far, the best Western RPG that exists. And truth be told, let's call this the best European RPG, because its style is so much different, and better too, than your typical American RPGs.    … Expand

    "Blood and Wine" es una de las dos expansiones o DLC de "The Witcher 3". Más que una expansión se trata en mi opinión de otro juego, de otra aventura aparte. Si bien es cierto que para acceder a este contenido necesitamos el juego principal, lo que nos ofrece es un contenido muy amplio, digno de ser otro juego aparte (yo habré jugado unas 30h).
    Necesitaremos tener nivel 35 o superior para    "Blood and Wine" es una de las dos expansiones o DLC de "The Witcher 3". Más que una expansión se trata en mi opinión de otro juego, de otra aventura aparte. Si bien es cierto que para acceder a este contenido necesitamos el juego principal, lo que nos ofrece es un contenido muy amplio, digno de ser otro juego aparte (yo habré jugado unas 30h).
    Necesitaremos tener nivel 35 o superior para realizar la incursión al mundo de "Blood and Wine", exactamente al "Ducado de Toussaint", una región grande, hermosa y digna de pertenecer a un cuento de hadas. Curiosamente el título de esta expansión es muy acertado pues "Toussaint" es la tierra del vino y además en esta aventura, Geralt tendrá que desentrañar un misterio oscuro y sangriento. Tendrá que dar caza a la llamada "Bestia de Beaucleair", un vampiro antiguo y poderoso que esconderá una trama mucho más compleja de lo que parece.
    El mundo de Toussaint es sencillamente bello, hermoso, colorido, nada de colores tristes o tonalidades crueles como en la aventura principal en The Witcher 3. Todos los paisajes son hermosos, donde los viñedos, fortalezas, serpenteantes caminos polvorientos y campos de flores adornan y colorean el mapa dándole vida y una personalidad única.
    "Beaucleair" es la capital de Ducado, regido por Anna Henrietta y su corte de caballeros leales y andantes. La ciudad es sencillamente hermosa, llena de plazas adoquinadas, calles empedradas, casas coloridas y "controlada" por el flamante y fantástico castillo (sin duda el elemento más de cuento de hadas).
    El mapa, además de tener un tamaño idóneo, está repleto de actividades típicas como en "The Witcher 3" pero también añade otras muy curiosas y originales. Las misiones secundarias de nuevo son excelentes, con tramas únicas y atractivas, en especial las misiones "Las Guerras Del Vino" y "El Gran Torneo De Beaucleair" (digna de hazañas caballerescas esta última).
    Los personajes que aparecen en escena son también de nuevo muy interesantes y originales.
    "Blood and Wine" es resumiendo esto, un gusto para los sentidos, hermoso, maduro y donde no faltará de nuevo una trama compleja pero fácil de seguir, donde Geralt tendrá que librar al Ducado de una bestia antigua y peligrosa.    … Expand

    回到游戏本身，血与酒的主线剧情做的太好了，不仅将悬疑更提升了一个高度，玩法上也更多变了，在童话幻象中竟然能看到堕落的卖药卖酒的小女孩，脑洞真的可以。结局的大战跟本体的狂猎之战真的没有差多少。人物的建模在血与酒里面更多变了，也更自然了。主线通关之后的结局是对杰洛特最好的结局，也意味着蠢驴不会再继续做巫师的游戏（巫师4）了。通关血与酒跟通关本体一样伤感，本体是因为玩到了bad ending，siri死了，血与酒是因为triss的回归，让我觉得杰洛特的冒险是时候结束了。
    巫师3没有这两部资料片是不完美的。    … Expand

    If you ever get a chance to play this I recommend that you do! It's an amazing dlc, it's even more than a dlc, it's like a game in itself! It's so mysterious and amazing. I wished for more after finishing The Witcher 3 and we sure got it. Both this and Hearts of Stone are fantastic!

    A great fanale to Geralts jorney. There are some minor plot holes but the game is great. Toussaint is a great new land full of interesting characters and quests. Regis and the vampires are interesting and I loved talking to them. Skellige as a 5th gwent faction was also a nice touch. On any given play through I play the main game and both paid DLCs, that can add up to 100 hours prettyA great fanale to Geralts jorney. There are some minor plot holes but the game is great.     Una de las mejores expansiones de la historia, casi podría considerarse un juego completo y a decir verdad dura mas que muchos juegos completos que cuestan el doble, si te gusto The Witcher 3 juega este DLC, es fantástico.

    This is how should all DLCs are made. This expansion is so good, beautiful, and perfecto. I will admit, it even greater than the main game itself. It has a good storyline, a far better final encounter than the heart of stone dlc. There are no flaw at all in this dlc! Worth to play!

    This is more of a full game than just a DLC. A whole new area with Touissant. Great story, you get a house, new awesome witcher school armor sets, mutations and more. It is longer and more content than most games and this is just a DLC of the main game. The best DLC I ever played together with Heart of Stone.

    Blood and Wine Expansion:
    This expansion gives a new storyline, a big new map, more creatures, dozens of new question markers and many new pieces of gear.
    The main storyline of this expansion is fantastic, reuniting you with Regis the Higher Vampire. You are hired to kill the beast of Beauclair, but this contract will turn out to be something much bigger than just a monster. There are    Blood and Wine Expansion:
    This expansion gives a new storyline, a big new map, more creatures, dozens of new question markers and many new pieces of gear.

    The main storyline of this expansion is fantastic, reuniting you with Regis the Higher Vampire. You are hired to kill the beast of Beauclair, but this contract will turn out to be something much bigger than just a monster. There are 5 new sets of Witcher Gear, and even more mutation modifiers. Finally, the other vampires not featured in the main game are included, as well as some other cool monsters. By the time you compete Blood and Wine, your bestiary will be huge.

    As the aforementioned additions are cool, i do have a few strong negatives towards this expansion.
    1: Filler question markers:
    Many of the question markers are plain and simple filler. You will encounter either: Archespores (which are annoying) Bandits (which are boring) or Kakimores (Which are just a re-skin of Endrega's). As you visit each, you will notice that the ones at the edge of the map are placed quite awkwardly. The area feels unfinished and empty.

    2: Not enough proper Witcher Contracts or Introductions:
    If you've played the base game, you'll know how well the anticipation towards a new monster can often be build. You'll find tracks, Geralt will talk about this monster, naming how deadly and dangerous it can be. By the time you are near its lair, you'll be on the edge of your seat. Sadly, Blood and Wine has offensively little of this. Many monster like the Alp, Fleder, Garkain, Protofleder and a new wraith type have no introduction like this, and can be found by random chaotic encounters without any suspense. This feels like a missed opportunity, and even lazy considering the developer already did these encounters BETTER in the base game.

    3: OP balancing issues:
    While playing Blood and Wine, i came across several instances where fighting bandits felt like i was fighting demigods. Despite my Geralt wearing Grandmaster Witcher Gear with several modifiers on it, bandits would beat right through it using blunt axes... This makes no sense from a statistic point of view in the game, nor does it make sense considering the legendary armor Geralt is wearing.

    4: Feels unfinished:
    Next to the excessive amount of repetitive enemies described in point 1, i noticed that many question markers had initiation items similar to missions in the base game, yet started nothing. Many times, you'll come across a dead person carrying a letter. Yet after reading it, no mission initiates. Upon further exploration however, you'll often find something related to this letter. It feels as if CD Projekt RED intended to have more missions, yet didn't finish making them.

    In summary, i think the Blood and Wine expansion offers many hours of fun.     I started playing TW3 when all the DLCs have already come out, so if feels like one game to me as I go from main story and DLCs back and forth. Again, the fact that the DLCs added so much good content, not just filler made the game even more special.

    awesome new bosses and enemys, cool new characters, AMAZING new combat mechanics with the new mutagens and weapons+Amour, 30 hour emotionally engaging story. HUGE NEW OPEN WORLD AREA - Toussaint is one of the most beautiful places in any game. considering I got this with the base game for £10 its a 10/10 for sure!

    I really, really hoped this expansion would encourage developers to move back to modest-priced but unique and expansive DLC rather than this industry practice of releasing hackneyed yearly sequels but I'm yet to see it. I really want some more Blood Dragons, Blood and Wines and Undead Nightmares this decade and I know I'm not alone.

    Blood and wine DLC is pretty much it's own game, so much so it's actually release like that and some people consider it that due to the graphical upgrade and the huge new map. The story is once again amazing but probably my least favorite of the three but still very good. Game looks amazing and better than before too. Just get it. It's amazing like everything else in this series.

    A DLC for a masterpiece game. Its just as amazing as the original games itself and it adds a lot of things. I know a lot of DLCs that has minimal or no content at all. CD Projekt Red is not like that fortunately. Definitely a 10/10. Way more worth it than some full games.

    Considering that this is a DLC, this is one of the best that I have ever played, if not THE best. It has so much content, a huge new map, dozen of hours worth of side and main quests, a pretty great plot with good, three dimentional characters and several paths to choose from. Plus, it's gorgeous. One of CD Projekt Red's best works.

    The Witcher 3's third DLC, Blood and Wine arguably serves up some of the strongest moments in the series. While this is no jab at the base game which is a masterpiece in itself, Blood and Wine provides players with new ways to embrace the world of the Witcher in what is a more light-hearted setting.

    If you liked Wild Hunt get the Blood and Wine expansion. Blood and Wine has almost enough content to be its own game. While I found the story boring at times, it is about as good as an expansion could be.

    Simply the best DLC ever. Fable land and the Unseen Elder are good enough environments to make it into the main game. The standard for all DLCs. Truly remarkable.

I gave it a more than fair chance having played through the whole game now and both downloadable campaigns. In the end the gameplay is just objectively bad.     As for the DLC for the game contains a lot of new things. Quite a new map with the open world and really great location - for example the a land of fairy tales. New characters and MAIN storyline for several hours.
    It could be a whole new game. So the price for it its so good. Really good creations of vampires and his power.
    DLC effectively closes the whole story of Geralt !

Set after the events of the main game, it takes us to a sunny county of Toussaint where people are oblivious to the just concluded war and would rather sing, drink wine and praise chivalric virtues left, right and centre. Not only is the setting different, the features we already know are expanded upon - every point of interest on the map now has some kind of story behind it or a reward to collect about it. Side quests are both plentiful and varied and will deliver numerous hours of laughs, whichery investigations, and gritty fights for survival. There are several new kind of monsters not seen anywhere else and this is what this expansion is all about - Geralt's last, biggest monster hunt.

    The main story is superb, and should be played twice for maximum enjoyment. The characters are fantastic both in writing and voice acting, and the beast we are hired to dispose of is a tragic story unto itself. The truth is: words can't really express the magnitude of the experience you are about to have when embarking on this epic journey. Must buy for any fan of the franchise, especially considering the fact that it's likely our last adventure with Geralt of Rivia.    … Expand

    This is way how make DLC for all to the future. Price/ perfomance is great. Only problem with i have with witcher after play basic game and first DLC is combat system , fight boring me after 100 hours played in this game, story telling and vizual look stil masterpiece.

    The story is all based, summing up, on saving Tousant from the vampires. We met a new enemy and an old friend (if you have readed the books you may know his story). The quests in Tousant are a bit repetitive with the only purpose of earning money. The    The last adventure of The Witcher, now in a brand new area, Tousant, a fairy tale country full of colours and wonderful landscapes.

    The story is all based, summing up, on saving Tousant from the vampires. We met a new enemy and an old friend (if you have readed the books you may know his story).

    The quests in Tousant are a bit repetitive with the only purpose of earning money.

    The main story splits at a point in two ways to go, one is very interesting and fun to play, but the other is the opposite, boring and not to inspired.

    There are also two endings, one of them very well built, the other is a bit ilogic and lacks creativity.
    Furthermore, the main end it´s the same despite of the way you chose to complete the game, and it isn´t the great final Geralt deserves, like Hearts of Stones did.

    There are also a problem with the vampire enemies, well it is not a problem of the expansion itself, but of the game. Now the diferent tipes of vampires have its own desings, wich in the main game still don´t have.
    Wich in my opinion demostrate that the game was launched unfinished.

    In spite of all of this bad thing, the expansion still worths its money, its a good new content and very enjoyable.    … Expand

    For players who just want more Witcher, there’s no doubt that Blood And Wine delivers. It has a whole new land to explore, there are tons of things to do, and there’s enough content to keep someone busy for dozens of hours. On the other hand, it felt to me like the entire Witcher experience had already peaked, so following it up with something that’s just not as good leaves things in an awkward place. The last ten minutes are absolutely worth seeing, but the hours that come before it? Maybe not so much.

    Blood and Wine held all the components to make a great final adventure, but failed to truly capitalise on any one of them. If you’re looking for a good final experience to cap off your monster hunting career, go finish Hearts of Stone again – this one’s rather underwhelming.
