A suitable epilogue in which we say our goodbye's to Telltale's Walking Dead and it's all thanks to Skybound. The story, the pacing and the events make sure there is no time for quiet contemplation in this final episode and it's all the better for it. The story's primary focus on AJ works makes for the best conclusion the series could have ever had. We'll miss you!

Take Us Back caps off The Walking Dead: The Final Season on a pitch perfect note with the goodbye that Clementine deserves.

I feel like as an ending for the franchise, as an end to Clementine’s story, we’ve gone out as well as it could have. This is The Walking Dead, after all, so any hope we are left with is automatically tempered against the death and despair of the world, and the fact that we are, as we always have been, the true walkers in a dead world. But for an ending, I think one will do.

"Take Us Back" is the worthy conclusion of a saga that has experienced ups and downs.

Considering there was a time not long ago where it seemed we would never see a proper conclusion to The Walking Dead, the finale we do get is wonderful. There are a few end outcomes based on your path through the story, each as strong as the one before. But, most importantly, there is real closure here, and a sense that this was a journey worth taking.

A stirring, if conservative conclusion to Telltale's The Walking Dead, 'Still Not Bitten' provides fans with a gritty and grisly closer with an ending that hints at what might have been.

Clementine and AJ’s - and by extension, the player's - story comes to a fitting end here, as the creative efforts of Skybound and Telltale bring the story of the beloved series to its satisfying, largely open-ended conclusion. A plethora of emotional punches, varied and surprisingly engaging gameplay - even if the frame rate chugs - accompany wonderful music and impressive cinematography. Despite a couple of narrative hiccups, with one or two scenes that would have benefitted from some retooling, the conclusion to Telltale’s most beloved series is not just good, it’s satisfying.

As a singular episode, it’s fine. But in the grander scheme of wrapping up a six-year storyline and four-episode arc, it’s also just fine and that middle of the road result is a bit of a disappointment.

The Walking Dead finishes much as it began, with believable characters making heartbreaking choices, interspersed with flounderingly inept, QTE-laden attempts at action.

An action-packed, if anticlimactic, close to Clementine's journey.

A worthy Conclusion and a Hope for More.

Personally, I hope that will give more to Walking Dead. It was an important Step to take it from Telltale Games to over And Improve it significantly through Skybound. How would the other Seasons have been better in quality.

The End of this Season is worthy of the first Season. A Lot of Depth and better Gameplay improve a lot. Only aiming is room for improvement.

Verdict: Finally, the best Season besides the First.

I think that was really good. It was never bad. Clem's story is over. It was a surprising end. I'm not gonna lie. I was except this. But stillI think that was really good. It was never bad.
