    The story ruined the gameplay and graphics. Holy **** I've never played a game with a story this ****ty. Can't imagine how retarded you have to be to enjoy the story. I'd rather kill myself than play this game ever again. Thank you for ruining one of my favorite games, Naughty Dog!

    Played around 3 hours of this game. Had to refund and replay the first one whilst repeating the phrase ‘there’s no place like home’. They don’t make em like they used to :(

Суть всей первой части в этой игре исчезает, концовка была мне вообще не понятной, сразу она при воспоминании Джоэла хотела убить Эбби, а потом решила ни с того ни с чего отпустить, не сделав ей ничего, а Эбби лишила ее пальцев, которые в лесбиянских отношениях нужны, хотя и Дина ее кинула, и по сути та которую мы помним из первой части стала никем, и не угодила никакому типу игроков. На мою оценку никак не влияет ЛГБТ, к нему у меня чувства нейтральные.… Expand

    I mean this is the worst "game" i've ever played, the whole story makes no sense at all. I can't believe there is no responsible decision maker who doesn't say no to this story, which is just soooooo BAD. I’m lucky to have been able to sell it a little cheaper quickly, I am so disappointed. Yeah and please never believe to the critics. Graphics-ok, I liked    WTF was that? WTF WTF WTF?

    Just curious HOW MUCH DID ND PAY TO GET 10/10????!

    this game is a complete failure. nothing makes any sense. Abby definitely deserved to be the most hated main character in gaming history. ND literally ruined tlou.

    O jogo é bom. Ótimo ambiente, movimentação ótima, muita tenção e suspense. Porem história fraca, personagem ridícula e sem carisma nenhum. Infelizmente estragaram o jogo.

    I was a huge fan of the last one and I like to pretend this one doesn’t exist. They ruined everything. I am deeply upset, and can only hope that this game turns out to be a nightmare either Ellie or Joel had which they then wake up from in the third game.

This game managed to kill such an important character, the main character from the first game in a very poorly written way: Joel after the first game where he didn't trust no one decided to go with some random strangers, give his real name and die in a cutscene, so we couldn't even play that moment. After that we got forced to play 10 hours with his killer in orded to empathize with her (for example by putting a scene where Ellie had to kill a dog and after that a scene where Abby pet a dog). There aren't real develpoment because is just a go back and forth and all of this, without considering a lot of things that didn't have sense like how in some point of the game the main group was all injured and still managed to make out of Seattle and retun to Jackson alive or how Lev managed to survive from a punch in the face by a man that probably weight more than 100 kg after had hitten a garage door, or last because otherwise this would be too long putting your best medic who is pregnant in first line in order to get killed. Adding to this the ending where Ellie after she killed so much people, lose Joel, lose 2 fingers decide to spare Abbie, the murder, becuase the game has to show that revenge is bad. The gameplay and graphic are good but in a story telling game for me the most important part is the story, and this story is bad, with no character develpoment, ruining all the good things from the first game and without the multiplay mode too.

    Игра провалила все мои ожидания. Купил её-прошёл.Сюжет неплох,графика тоже. Но, тем не менее... Политическая подоплёка уж очень была заметна. Тогда как в первой части ничего подобного не было. Вообщем-неуд.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Had to bring myself to play half the game as Abby only for the love i have for Tlou1. This sequel is a huge disappointment. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is pretty good. The characters are butchered to make gullible players hate them. And the story is just a straight up 0/10. If you have never played Tlou1 then this game should be pretty good for you, if you played Tlou1 then this game is more of a spinoff than a sequel. What should have been the easiest sequel in the history of gaming, became as disappointing as star wars and game of thrones. The last of us is Ellie and Joel. The bond made the game. Not to mention Naughty Dog flat out lied to everyone and false advertised the game to make it seem like a Joel and Ellie game which was not the case. Definitely would recommend the game to anyone who doesn't care about story and what not.… Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
