    The appeal of this game as his predecessor is the plot. This is a heavy plot-based game where characters are the most uninteresting and the decisions feel forced. It's also a long game, if you watch a 2 hour movie and is trash at least it was a short experience, this game lasts 25 hours and doesn't redeem his poor writing at any point.

    Nothing about the game was fun after Joel’s death, especially playing as Abby for the majority of this game was probably the worst thing they could have done . I ask hate the fact that Ellie just lets her go and we can’t even do anything to get revenge on her

    Ruined the last of us legacy. A complete disaster of a game. Didn't enjoy it because they messed up the entire story. One of the worst written video game i have ever seen. Anyone who loves the first part knows how bad the game is. They changed the way characters act. Their behaviour is completely changed from the previous installment. Graphics were nice but it doesn't change the fact thatRuined the last of us legacy. A complete disaster of a game. Didn't enjoy it because they messed up the entire story.     La historia de este juego me parece lamentable , horrible , arruinaron un juegazo como fue la primera entrega , la muerte de Joel sin sentido , los gráficos y la jugabilidad de un juego no se comparan con una buena historia , lastima ya no compraré ni un juego de naughty dog .

    >Joel foolishly believed he could trust outsiders when he was NEVER like that to begin with.
    >Kill off Joel without him saying much to Abby, and no lastwords to Ellie.
    >Force us to play Abby, the one who took Ellie's father Joel away from her.
    >You changed Ellie's looks... to where she's unrecognizable in some aspects compared tothe first game.
    >Made the game way too easy.
    >While you managed to make the world feel somewhat immersive, you still made it feel super empty.
    >The Seraphites were a knockoff of Eden's Gate from Far Cry New Dawn.
    >Gave us a bittersweet first ending where Ellie settles down with Dinah but it still felt lonely, then made everything go go **** with PTSD.
    >Made a tortured Ellie travel a far far way to kill Abby, BUT ONLY TO SPARE THE ENEMY. There was NO reason to let all of those killings be in vain. The real Ellie believed that it couldn't be for nothing. Nobody would have hunted down Ellie or anyone else if Abby was killed. Joel was literally just saving his daughter from being murdered, and then he had to pay with his life. Ellie lost her father with the last memories of him being beaten to death, into a bloody pulp. So she let's the one that caused her so much pain and agony go, unjustified mercy. Abby got so many people on both sides killed. So Abby also takes Ellie's two fingers from her. Who thought this was a good idea?
    >after all that, Dina leaves her. You killed Joel, but you turned Ellie's lide into HELL.
    I knowhow the review system works for the most part, but I doubt the official reviews were genuine in any way, shape, or form. Anything bellow a 5 is pretty much negative. So this 2 was well deserved. The idea you were still able to get 5 and up is disgusting. The only thing good about this game was the strong attention to physical detail, but that's really it. This was one of the greatest disappointments for me. I over looked the PC stuff that even I'm personally opposed to, only to find out it really doesn't matter because either way, this was one of the largest media failures in a long while. Now ND can't even take the criticism and try to do right by people. May they go bankrupt. I've signed the petition to urge Sony to rework TLOU Part 2's story. Maybe they can replace Druckmann with somebody worthy of giving the Last of Us the sequel it actually deserves.    … Expand

    If you love the 1st part, you will hate this game. Although game play is great, the story is so disgusting.
    Every main chapters are counter logic. Hard to enjoy the game-play at all.

    Ein unglaublich schlechtes Spiel. Laut der "Fachpresse" ein super Game was hervorragend in unsere aktuelle Zeit passt. Die ganze Charakterentwicklung vom Vorgänger ist dahin. Ein Spiel soll Spaß machen und nicht aggressiv machen. Ich will nicht drüber Philosophieren. Ich will mich darin verlieren und auch mal knackige rätsel lösen oder auch scheitern, aber nicht durch diese grausige StoryEin unglaublich schlechtes Spiel. Laut der "Fachpresse" ein super Game was hervorragend in unsere aktuelle Zeit passt. Die ganze Charakterentwicklung vom Vorgänger ist dahin. Ein Spiel soll Spaß machen und nicht aggressiv machen. Mir ist es egal ob in einem game schwule, lesben oder transgender mitspielen, die Hauptrolle haben oder auch nur eine Nebenrolle, so lange es dem Spielfluss und der Storytelling dient ist mir alles recht. Aber ein Spiel so zu verkacken nur weil man auf der angesagten Welle mitschwimmen will ist eine Bodenlose Frechheit von Naughty Dog. Ich werde dieses Studio definitiv nicht mehr unterstützen und mir nie wieder ein Spiel von Naughty Dog zulegen. Mir egal ob man nur provozieren wollte oder aufmerksamkeit erregen um sich selbst zu pushen, man muss ja nicht jeden **** unterstützen.

    I honestly feel bad for the people who worked on the first game, this is a spit in the face to all the fans from TLOU1, and I honestly feel bad for all the people who worked on the graphics, the mechanics, the gameplay, cause the STORY of The Last Of Us 2 is nothing like the first, it's a **** show.     I loved the first game for the story and the gameplay. The story of the first game was perfect and now they did everything wrong what you can do wrong. The new story is so bad you can’t even enjoy the gameplay.

    Poprzednia cześć była bardzo dobrą grą, klimatyczną - budowanie reakcji pomiędzy Ellie a Joel była budowana wspaniale. Obecnie no cóż, cała gra oparta jest na sjw.

    I tried all night when I was finished, to think of another game that made me feel bad instead of good when finished, I couldn't.
    A game is suppose to make you feel good and escape reality. Not bring politics and PC into it.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
