Undermines established character development, does not convey a moral or lesson, inserts gratuitous violence, drugs, and sexual scenes for cheap shock value, as well as riddling the story with identity politics propaganda, the whole story ultimately feels meaningless.

    Forzar la inclusión en un juego y perder el verdadero objetivo que era crear una buena historia, los personajes son un asco la verdad, incluyendo la historia, sin duda una pena de videojuego.

    This is a narrative based game and it has one of the worst storylines I’ve ever seen in a game! The rest of the game is just the same tired and derivative stealth and action mechanics that have been done better in most other games.     For me, the story is incredibly unsatisfying, the ending is even worse.

But man on man / man on trans sex, NO, that is not a conversation I want to have with my child! They can learn about that once they are older and more mature.

    The game story was hard to digest and not entertaining at all, unfortunately even the ending is bad.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game really just destroyed the legacy of the original one. Apart from good looks there is not a single good thing in it. The storyline is horrible. They kill Joel in the beggining throwing away all the character development and his realitionship with Ellie from the first game. And then, they force you to play HALF the game with his killer Abby which is not even an interesting character at all. At this point i really just stopped playing and whatched the ending on youtube, and was shocked how bad it is. Every character in this game is so dry, that you cant care about them. Even ellie became a piece of wood. I dont understand how can you make it so bad from such a masterpiece. Honestly i wouldnt play it even if i get for free. Its a total waste of money, and disrespect for all the fans of the original game. 0/10, dont buy it.… Expand

    I played the first game with my family and it was a masterpiece. This game is an insult to every fan of the series. The storytelling was atrocious and this game tried to make up for its lack of storytelling with pandering. Easily one of the biggest flops in gaming history. I can't believe they let us down this bad after all the years we spent waiting.

    After playing nearly 27 hours I am hugely disappointed over a game that has not evolved in gameplay felt clunky at times. Story was chockingly a disaster, no red thread or conclusion. Utterly misfired game.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
