    'Most reviewed' game because it's so bad it defies believe. The story and gameplay are incoherent: someone being a meany? Just kill him. Main antagonist? Spare her because 'that's the morally right thing to do'.

    Waste of my time. Should of left it at the first one. I really hated how I was forced to play as someone I didn’t like.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. So first of all, both the graphics and gameplay are amazing, but it's what you'd expect from a naughty dog game anyway. Now onto the real stuff; the story.

    I am very mixed about this game, i don't know at all how i feel about it to be completely honest. At times the game is amazing, even making me cry at times. It has an overall great revenge story and the characters are all played beautifully well. However, there is bad too, and there is a lot. Around about half of the game actually. Abbie.

    The game nearly immediately kills off Joel, which I actually don't mind, as it makes for a great revenge arc, of Ellie running across the entirety of Seattle, hunting down Abbie. Throughout this time we learn more about Ellie and Deena's relationship which I enjoy a lot, all building up to the big moment where we kill Abbie's friends, and then look to kill Abbie. We return to the 'base' area, when suddenly Abbie barges through the door, shoots Tommy in the f***ing face, and then some little kid kills jesse. And then we get thrown into Abbies story. WHY THE F**CK WOULD I WANT TO PLAY AS SOME BIG OGRE WHO HAS LITERALLY KILLED ALL OF MY FAVOURITE CHARACTERS. At this point the game lost me, i grudgingly continued to play, not enjoying one moment of it.

    I'm going to skip a bunch of the game here, but its basically just some Abbie stuff where she finds some kid and saves him, and move right onto the ending of the game. Ellie hunts down Abbie once again and finally finds her dying on a pole. The game obviously wants us to pity her, but i absolutely do not. We fight at a boat, and then right as we finally get to kill Abbie, Ellie stops, and lets her go. wtf. I understand that we're supposed to pity her but surely at least give us the choice to let her go or kill her!

    Boring and filled with modern degeneracy. The creators preferred to add a muscular woman and a transsexual thirteen-year-old to the game instead of releasing a worthy successor. Wasted potential

    Best game ever! I am in hurry to do it again when there will be ps5 patch.....
    Anyway I don't understand notes of gamers, according to me this is as good as the first one, the story is completely different and more mature.

    the story has extreme highs and lows with it getting so much right but there are also flaws in its ambition with pacing and shoehorned themes but can be extremely well thought out and ambitious as well

    أفضل لعبة بهذا الجيل ، بقصة مؤثرة ، تمنيت فقط عدم ادخال التوجهات الجنسية باللعبة ، اما باقية نواحي اللعبة في هي مثالية .. ببساطة لعبة الجيل .

The second installment of this masterpiece called the last of Us is not bad or disgusting as many suggest, leaving aside the visual and audio visual section of the game, etc., they did a splendid job and at the height, most of the characters have their importance and its inclusion, of course there are others that are poorly constructed and poorly managed, but the story and the background seeing a the last of us that is touching human and logical and coherent themes in the postapocalyptic era raised is well written the problem was the terrible narrative and the poor integration of abby along with her subplot but it was a well done sequel.… Expand

Naughty Dog apparently had a meeting after that and said "We are now super successful...how can we ruin that?" The answer? Kill off the main character that everyone liked and replace him with a woke propaganda piece. At one point, I was waiting for the zombies to announce that they identify as aliens and for the the game to move to a space station. Why? Why not. When you are more focused on your agenda than the gamer's experience while playing, you put out franchise killing garbage babies like this. Do not waste your money.… Expand

    I really enjoyed the game! I mean I get why they didn't like it because of Joel. But I hope they make another one about either Ellie or maybe do new characters from a different country?

    buen juego, gráficos increíbles, jugabilidad adaptable, gameplay detallado y divertido, buena historia
    lo malo de este juego es la narrativa, es muy mediocre en comparación al primer juego, la historia y motivaciones de Abby se pudieron contar en 5 horas y listo, lo demás me lo contabas en un dlc. ese tiempo mal utilizado se pudo usar en el desarrollo de Ellie y su camino a la comprensión    buen juego, gráficos increíbles, jugabilidad adaptable, gameplay detallado y divertido, buena historia

    The Last of Us 1 is my favorite game ever. This is as bad a sequel to the first game as it could possibly be. Characters do not act the way they you know them to act, parts of the first game are entirely retconned or changed to fit a rewritten story for the sequel.

    Half the game you are forced to play as a character you have 0 interest in playing. Naughty Dog completely failed to write    The Last of Us 1 is my favorite game ever. This is as bad a sequel to the first game as it could possibly be. Naughty Dog completely failed to write a decent story and make me even somewhat interested in the new characters. I sped through half the game just trying to get it over with because I had no clue I would be forced to play half the game as a character I couldn't possibly care less about.

    New characters are pathetically underdeveloped and underutilized with no personality of any sort. Such an incredible letdown. The story just makes no sense. At least the graphics are pretty good. I will never trust Naughty Dog again after this trainwreck.    … Expand

    Лучшая игра в плане проработки. Интересный и тяжёлый сюжет, который оценит не каждый, но сценарный ход хорош - этим игра и отличается от всяких ассасинов и других AAA-проектов.

    Очень не однозначная игра, с одной стороны и понравилась в части технической, проработка мелких деталей, видно титанический труд, но сюжет во второй части какой то бред. Особенно много сюжетных дыр.     This is a really bad game, with a Bad Story. I bought this game out of respect for the first part and never been so disappointed. I will try to pretend that this game was not.

    Es un muy buen juego, pero considerando las expectativas que dejó el primer juego en cuanto a Historia y Narrativa este juego no cumple, solo es satisfactorio realmente en cuanto a gameplay y gráficos, también tiene errores argumentales, pero a pesar de todo eso, es muy difrutable y un fan de TLOU amará el volver a jugar con nuestros personajes favoritos que son Ellie y Joel

    Solid game in my opinion. The set pieces are gorgeous and I enjoyed the acting. The atmosphere in several levels is great.

    However the pacing is in this game is really bad. Three to five hours less would have improved the quality of the game. Also some plot armors were just insane and the story overall wasn't really enjoyable to me.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
