    Oh boy! We are getting really controversial now! Not even when Naughty Dog did the Alien 3 cliche, after my second playthrough, this is actually a fantastic game with fantastic graphics, a hard to get into story, great mechanics and music, and overall while it’s not as good as the first game, it is definitely worth it to either bore yourself or enjoy yourself.

    Definitely the best story in a game that I've ever played. The show has limitations with production costs that the game doesn't have to deal with because they can just animate a fire/explosion/bloody death/etc.

    Gran bel gioco.
    Storia commovente; il premio Best Game Of Year nel 2020 è stato TOTALMENTE MERITATO.
    La storia era molto movimentata, e questo mi piace moltissimo nei videogame. Contiene anche rappresentazioni LBGTQ e per me questo può anche essere interpretato come segno di proteste molto riuscite.
    Lo ammetto, quando l'ho finito ho pianto.

    Perfect ending, stupid people can't understand it. Technically the game is perfect and story was perfect too. People just wanted boring story like in fairytale where's nobody dies.

    Brilliant, daring storytelling that takes risks and takes the player on an emotional Rollercoaster and makes you feel pretty **** about everything. Good, satisfying gameplay with a good difficulty curve.

    This is a love it or hate it type of game. I think everyone who hates it, is extremely justified and entirely correct in their critique. But for me this game is a 10.

    Gameplay 10/10 - Something no one seems to talk about: this game is actually really fun. It builds on all the cool exploration/progression/looting mechanics from part 1 and adds in lots of cool features and entirely open    This is a love it or hate it type of game.     Gameplay 10/10 - Something no one seems to talk about: this game is actually really fun. It builds on all the cool exploration/progression/looting mechanics from part 1 and adds in lots of cool features and entirely open world sections to this game.

    Atmosphere 10/10 - The dark post-apocalyptic world of The Last of Us rises to the next level in this brutal sequel where the only certain thing is death. Be warned if you are looking for the light-hearted atmosphere of the first game, this is a game of trauma and tragedy that the shattered world you explore beautifully embodies.

    Story 9/10 - Now for the controversial part. This is a game that made me feel emotions. It is a beautiful narrative with interesting, nuanced characters walking complicated paths. It is a gripping story that made me sad, elated and definitely angry at times. The plot twists are excellent and the writing choices often feel wild and force you to grapple with the harsh themes of the game. I will say the pacing is rough at time, but even the jarring dissonance of perspectives and pacing play out phenomenally.

    Message 10/10 - This game issues a moral challenge to the player, one that asks them to understand and empathize with **** people doing **** things in attempt to find some light at the end of the tunnel. (Ironically, many who failed to grasp the gravity of the story, fell into the same cycle of anger and vitriolic discourse that characters experience, to the extent that actors and writers of this game received numerous death threats.)

    Ultimately Naughty Dog didn’t make a mistake or slip up when designing this game, they did it on purpose. It is not a “good” game. It is a sucker punch to the face. It is something I wouldn’t have asked for and I didn’t know I needed. Thank you TLOU2.    … Expand

    Personally the most addictive game series I have ever played. Above all, the part 2 story touched me on several emotional levels that no other game has succeeded with... Definitely 10/10!

    Absolutly stunning. The best script written in a video game. You can hate it by moments, and absolutly love it. It's impossible not to have a russian montains of feelings while you're playing. So brave!

    Anyone rating this game a 4 or lower has no media littaracy and doesnt understand what part 1 was about. This has to be one of the most harrowing stories told in a game. Wow, just wow

    This game, like the first one, is a work of art, a unique, daring and courageous experience, but thanks to the strong feelings the player has for the previous game, it manages to move the hearts of those who play it in a well-executed way.

    It's hard to find a story as engaging as the one in this game. I am unbelievable how long it took me to know The Last Of Us. The narrative is extremely gritty and follows bold writing choices to teach about perspectives, consequences, remorse, and a host of other themes. Certainly, it's not a story for everyone, it requires a lot of maturity, but I will never stop loving this franchise as a whole.

    Just played ot through after watching the first season. I cried. This is so heartbreaking but great! Hoping for Part 3 now! Wanna see more from Abby and Ellie.

    I just finished the game, right now, I'm on the credits. I believe this is the best game I have ever played in my entire life. No other game is history have made be feel so worried by the safety of it's characters. You can see the love and caring in detail. Caring for the script. The game makes you feel confused, surprised, angry, happy, it may changes your mind lots of times.

    One of the most if not the most emotionally driven video games I’ve ever played. Storyline, characters, graphics and gameplay are all truly top notch. Naughty Dog once again making elite and superior games.

    Beautiful game that beautifuly showcases and executes the complexity of human actions and emotions, the outcomes of revenge and mostly the ironic unnecesserity of it. Even though player choice is a subject to be disscussed, it is intentionally not allowed and it's ambitiousness is something to be appreciated.

    Everything about it is masterfully made and pretty much all so called "plot holes" are actually just perfectly sensible choices that characters make or details the game purposefully and logically omits. Beautiful masterpiece as far as I'm concerned.

    Amazing Graphics, animations and game-play. The storyline gripped me like no other story ever could, and I'm in the process of getting the platinum trophy as of now.

    It's a game that feels the great work and dedication that was behind. Is a masterpiece that you will surely want to give it a try.
