The last of us is one of the best games of all time already on the verge of perfection now the second is even closer to perfection, with an incredible story, with new engaging characters, and a fluid and dynamic gameplay being one of the most fun of the new generation, another incredible point of the game are the actors who are amazing Ashley jhonson like ellie and troy beaker like Joel are fantastic.     0/10. I finished the game in my mind. In the game you can’t play as Geralt of Rivia, fight NPCs with a huge **** rob banks like in GTA, in the game you can not watch anime and play DotA. We deserve better.

La segunda parte realmente es la continuación perfecta para el cierre y desarollo de personajes como lo es Tomy, Joel y Eli.

    I have waited for this game for a long time now and now that ive played it. I must say I have nothing negative to say about the game. Only thing I would change if I were being picky is more time playing as Ellie with less switching to other characters. Story is brutal real life scenarios that are totally believable which was what the developers were trying to get across and they succeededI have waited for this game for a long time now and now that ive played it. It’s like the justification of her whole vendetta, but ultimately empty because of her trauma and the loss of meaning her life has because of what happened to her. In the end, after all of her sacrifices what she understood wasn’t necessarily forgiveness, nor fulfillment or even destruction – but the acceptance of her own existence and as well as her curse of being immune.     This game is way better than the first one, it gives an even crazier rollercoaster of emotions, the story is VERY WELL WRITTEN, the environments are breathtaking, the AI is pretty much one of the best of the generation, the amount of violence in this is pretty gory ( I exploded an enemy and I saw basically all of his organs spilled on the floor ), the game has a great pace, I've passed 4This game is way better than the first one, it gives an even crazier rollercoaster of emotions, the story is VERY WELL WRITTEN, the environments are breathtaking, the AI is pretty much one of the best of the generation, the amount of violence in this is pretty gory ( I exploded an enemy and I saw basically all of his organs spilled on the floor ), the game has a great pace, I've passed 4 hours playing continuously and didn't even think about the time I was playing, the time was flying away, the Infected are awesome, there are some brand new ones who scared the hell outta me, the facial expressions are the best I've ever seen, the dialogues are great, sometimes they are serious, sometimes they tell jokes, the enemies speak to each other and if One dies their friends are gonna notice and yell his name. The review bombing is not gonna affect the quality of this game, it's weird for these people who love to live the world of console war to give a shot to this game. People who have this 0/10 reviews are people who don't even own a PS4 to play and they are the ones who tried to give spoilers to everyone, guess what, the story is awesome and the gameplay is incredible, Naughty Dog and quality are a synonim.     Insanely hard story to tell, which requires a lot of maturity to understand. although at first it seems unbalanced, it manages to do what so many games fail to with so much gritty content; tell a complex story with intertwining themes so strong you not only see the reasoning of your characters actions but feel the consequences/guilt/shame of them as well.

    Story wise... Playing from Abby's POV at first was infuriating. I hated it and hated it and hated it until, slowly, I didn't, and finally, by the end, it was my favourite part of the game. In the first half of play, I was disappointed because I felt like there wasn't a lot of growth in Ellie. What I'd loved about TLOU1 was the character growth we saw in Joel, and it just felt like that was missing. In the second half, though, I got that growth I wanted, and I got it from playing Abby. The idea of violence begetting violence was heart wrenching and painfully clear through the plot. When Ellie and Dina ended up at the farmhouse with JJ, I wept. I was so grateful that they got a happy ending, JJ was adorable, and it felt right. It felt like an end to the violence. When Ellie went after Abby and left Dina, I was angry. I wish the game had ended on that happy note, but the reasoning behind it made sense. The final ending of the game felt a little hopeless, with a tremendous sense of loss, but with layers and open directions to go. I hope there is a 3rd.
    I'm giving this game a 10, because it gave me everything I'd want from a game. The action was fun and a clear upgrade from the original. I loved all the variation in combat, the horses, the crossbow, the boats. I was losing my mind at how incredible the Haven burning scene was and having to stealth between two factions at war. I really liked Lev and Yara. The conflict with their mom was heartbreaking and I found myself very attached to the characters. My emotions were wrecked multiple times through this game, but, classifying it as a tragedy, I loved it. A truly immersive experience.    … Expand

    An absolute 10 GAME!!! Just 3 hours in, but the feeling of playing Ellie again is fantastic. 100% best graphics of this generation on PS4. Gameplay is familiar picks right up were TLOU 1 left it, but with some new additons that make it more fun. Like I said jusf a few hours in but the story already got me hooked.

    The combat and game mechanics that were great in the first game have been improved upon to give this game it's own unique feel without leaving it's roots behind.

I don't feel I need to mention graphics acting sound etc we all know naughty dog are the kings at all that. I'm just gonna dive into how good the game is. The last of us part two had me hating moments of play (only due to the story beats) and I found myself watching and doing things I didn't want to do! The key thing here is that by the end everything wraps up in such a beautiful way and as it sat with me, the more and more I loved it. I loved it so much in fact, I am just about to begin replaying again, just to see everything that happened with literally tonnes of added meaning.

    None of the characters from the first game, especially Joel and Ellie, are diminished in any way, only improved. None of them are done a disservice either, some of you may know what I mean but I don't wanna go into spoilers. The end redeems everything!

    In terms of gameplay I think it's tense, thrilling and engaging. It kept me going through the slower story beats and is a massive improvement on the original. I've seen people saying otherwise and I don't really get why.

    I just want people to play this game and not dismiss it just cos of what others are saying about it. It's a fantastic story that hasn't been told in any form of media before (to my knowledge) and people shouldn't be put off by things they've heard! Give it a go    … Expand

It was amazing, sad, brilliant, savage, heartbreaking, like should be an apocalypse story. I'm not even mad for Joel death, I really loved this character and his death was maybe brutal, but I will remember this character forever, how much he was important for Ellie as a father-like figure, but he wasn't a perfect human being, he made mistake too and the end of his life came, paying for his actions. He's still unforgettable. I can understand why you can get mad and sad about it, but no need to cry like a baby just for it (or anything else in the story or in the characters, come on, grow up). It's a apocalypse game, what you excepted ? A fairytale story where everything and everyone are kind and gentle and perfect? People die, people get revenge, it's normal. LTOU II is a great game about the apocalypse and everything what's involve, even if it's shocking. The characters developements was correct and credible, playing Abby was suprising and interesting to see her point of views and what she's did was totally understable (I personnaly think), her character came with some interestings choices. The end is maybe not 'a perfect ending story', but it's impacting, killing Abby won't bring back Joel, I think Ellie made a good decision, even after all she came trought, she realise something. Now she need to find peace in her mind and move on. The first game was about family love trought the end of world, now it's about something crual, revenge, anger, and it's perfectly coherent and realistic. Anyway, Neil Druckmann and his team still made an incredible game, you can disagree about some things that you don't like, it's correct, but no need to be an **** like some people here. The story, voice acting, musics, ambiance and gameplay was incredible and I will remember this game for long time. Congrats.… Expand

I see the same thing over and over moaning about Joel dying your supposed to feel angry that's the point you rampage with elie.. And yes shes a lesbian news flash she was in the first of ya played the dlc you would know that but i can see that most moaning about that are from those backward countries still living in the dark ages and still keep people down ya dont like it move on love is love... And as for calling Abbey a d*ke lol she's straight if you played the game youd see that but most didn't, how could they review it within hours of it being out when the games insanely long.. And as for playing as abbie sorry her side of the story was amazing to see and you were just to salty over Joels death. The end of the game is about humanity as a whole and the things people will do to each other for it and the things they will give up in themselves for it. But that is probably lost on some people. The story was the best iv seen next to red deads in a video game. The graphics are beyond anything iv seen to the point of looking like it was a next gen game already. I would advise anyone to play the WHOLE game and see for yourself there are no forced politics or agenda's here just backward people from backwards countries who are not used to woman who are tough and bad ass. Shame on you for being so disgusting. Anyway this for me was probably the best video game i ever had the privilege to play and i will remember it for a very long time.     It's one of the most inclusive and accessible games and the world needs more games like this one. It has over 60 accessibility settings! All game devs should learn from Naughty Dog and wear the inclusion pants without fear. You will enjoy the game in every way (unless you're a homophobic prick who rates the game without even playing it for at least 5 minutes).

I think that this is with no doubts the best game that naughty dog made,i don't know how people says this is dissapointing and awful, did you play it? if you played it and think that this is a bad game, please, throw away your ps4 becaus i think that you don't understand nothing about videogames.
    Returning on the title. I think that the game is perfect, naughty dog made a really god job. I'm not talking about graphics because that is like from another planet (awesome), i'm talking about the story, the characters. The last of us Part 2 gives us an incredible story, i admit that the ending gave me a little bit of heart break, i would have preferred an alternative ending, but that's still good.
    the characters are made in such a beautiful way, i lived the last of us 2 with dual feelings about Ellie and Abby, but as much as i hated Abby, the game wouldn't have been the same without her.     Absolutely incredible game that exceeded the hype and surpassed all of my expectations. Breathtaking gameplay and mechanics that feel eerily life-like. The character arcs were so complex and interwoven that I wonder how they were able to bring it all together so flawlessly. As a filmmaker, the gorgeous lighting and overall aesthetic really sealed the deal for me. True masterpiece.

After the end of the last of us 1, we needed a continuation, which would show all of us what happened to the characters we liked so much, the game starts in a happy way and right after we have a dramatic scene, the death of joel the character we love and control in the last of us 1 is killed, bringing great anger and sadness, the same feelings that ellie feels, so the game after the prologue puts us in a situation where we want and seek revenge, we set out on an adventure with a single goal, to kill whoever killed the joel, in such a way that we feel like being ellie, we feel like she does, and then the game puts us in another vision, putting us to play with those we hate , leaving us with the fear that there is no wrong side, there are different sides of view, abby's campaign ends with a battle against ellie right after ellie's campaign stops, after the fight between the two, we turn to ellie later and story back to a cic revenge, so the game shows itself as a pure work of art with a beautiful story, wonderful graphics, a great stealthy slap, immersive gameplay, incredibly optimized gameplay and well-made and comfortable controls, with all my time and game, day that launched until 2 days later when I finished the game, my definition for him is "perfect", this game achieves the great feat of overcoming the first game, and if a great successor and that honors the great story of the first game, bringing a story as good as.… Expand

    This sequel stands alone as a high quality, excellently structured game! Just as challenging as the first. Wish Joel was in more of the game. That being said i am still going to love hours and hours of gameplay!

    This is an amazing game. Amazing story and characters. Unfortunately getting review bombed by homophobes within hours of release. They never played it. Look at the score it has on the playstation store. There you have to have purchased the game to rate it. ~ 13k reviews there have it at 4.5/5

    It is simply the best game of our generation. Not only for graphics and the gameplay but for the story behind this long and awesome trip that is the world of tlou. The most important thing in this game is the revenge and I think that ellie is the perfect character for this game

    Graphyc and gameplay are perfect, the level design is eons superior to the first game, the history is very difficult to accept, its objectively a well written history, but its not made to make anybody happy, the game does not try to give any satisfaction to the player, and thats just a design choice, not a bad thing. the game isnt for everyone, but for me is the best game on the ps4.

From its amazing heartwarming flashbacks to its most intense gruesome moments it ends it amazingly and makes me want more. The story in this game makes me want to keep playing. I love the characters, even though I didn’t like Abby at first since she killed Joel. Once I started playing as her I started to like her more and more. She is such a caring person helping Lev and Yara throughout the last’s parts of you playing as her really shows on how good of a person she is.

    Ellie has evolved so much during this game and the first. From wanting revenge for Abby killing Joel to accepting that Abby deserves to live. Ellie and Joel have had a complicated relationship ever since the end of the first game but it seems that she starts to warm up with him more but does have some bumps in the road when Joel tells her what actually happened.

    This game overall has some of the best gameplay and graphics I have ever seen. Some of the moments in this game will stick with me. Some of the environments in this game are so beautiful. Going to the farm and finding out Dina and tommy lived and seeing that Dina was able to have her baby made me the happiest person in the world. When Ellie and JJ went and sat on the tractor and looked out into the horizon I ain’t gonna lie I cried a bit.

    But this game is worthy of the title and probably better than the first game. Even though I finished it in around 18 hours I loved 98% of the game. 10/10 masterpiece and worthy of the title of game of the year.    … Expand

    It was an amazing, heartbreaking story and the game play was some of the funnest I've ever played. I can't stop thinking about it. It haunts me, and I can't wait to play it again.
