    One for the first half of the gameplay. Zero for whatever comes next. If the goal of this game is to create the **** story ever I would have given it 10/10 cuz it did that with style. If you are here for gameplay and graphics you would really love this game. If you’re passionate about the storyline of the game this is your time to turn back cuz man you are lucky. I don’t know if there’s a virus that’s only targeting writing after their first publish and let them become dumber and dumber as they go or do some men just want to watch the world burn.

El introducir personajes por cuestiones "políticamente correctas" y hacerlo el actor de todos lo actos mas violentos (e innecesarios) posicionando al mismo como uno de los personajes mas fuertes y poderosos. Donde para incluirlo y darle un origen con sentido tengan que incluso cambiar la pigmentación del cirujano que aparece en el primer juego rompiendo la continuidad para darle un minimo de coherencia y engañar a aquellos que no recuerdan esos detalles. Cuando un videojuego solo tiene como unica identidad la propaganda de inclusión y está se realiza con un argumento pobre y forzado, no es sorpresa que a muchos fanes y jugadores no les agrade, y si el mismo director piensa que el videojuego tiene como rol principal el el de "enseñar" politizando a sus jugadores en lugar de lo que siempre fue el objetivo de todo juego ENTRETENER. lamentablemente no veo futuro a un the last of us 3 y de corazon si su tercera entrega llega a ser una propaganda interactiva, prefiero que la misma muera dando como recuerdo que se debe hacer (the last of us 1) y que no (esta entrega)… Expand

    I mean, people wait 7 years for this and of course they got disappointed. It is a completely underwhelming game with no redeeming feature. They even cut the multiplayer I mean come on.

    Sony need to disband ND and give players a refund for this.

    Я наконец закончил эту наискучнейшую игру! Если говорить о технической части, то тут придраться практически не к чему, кроме дурацкого фильтра зернистости, в остальном технически все на 5+. Но какой тут УЖАСНЫЙ сюжет! персонажи скучнейшие, мотивация у них неясная. Еще никогда мне не было настолько неохота доигрывать до конца. Но я должен был увидеть концовку... Не играйте в это.     This is not a product that can hardly be called a game.
    The director mistook that he was doing art.
    Just do it alone in the corner of the house.
    I missed the fun of the game, and the story was terrible, and even the fan feeling of the old player was ignored.
    It's just a waste of time to play.

    I loved the first game and the left behind dlc, but this was awful. They destroyed everything great about the first games story. The gameplay is a 9 but the story is a 0. Everyone plays the last of us for the story so I'm giving this game a 0. Will not buy another ND game again!

    The last of us part 2 is one of the best games I have ever played, its construction of the world is amazing, the story is controversial you can like it or not, it does not take away from the wonderful gameplay. I can understand what you criticize by the story but as it makes understand the game is realistic.

I really have no problems about Joel or what happens with him, nut I will always be pissed of when the marketing gives you something and when you are going to play, you just discover that what was sold out before was a lie, and like it is totally okay with it and being unethical with the players is not a big real. You don't want to give spoilers? Great! Just make the marketing in a different way, try to make it a mystery, give less information, don't show things and make people excited but don't lie and distort things. Shame!     Nothing short of a masterpiece, the graphics are unbelievable, the gameplay is solid and improves on the first one, the story challenges both the characters and the player, it will stay in your mind long after you're done

Hablando del gameplay the last of us 2 es casi un copia y pega del 1, no hay mucho avance y obvio es una buena jugabilidad pero no esperamos 7 años para lo mismo, tomando en cuenta el mundo semi abierto, resulta demasiado repetitivo lootear y los flashbacks resultan repetitivos en la parte de Abby y hay que recalcar desde un punto neutro que las unicas partes emotivas de la hgistoria son cuando se habla de Joel o con flashbacks sobre el, la historia se apego demasiado al cliche de men mataron a una persona y en hacerte sufrir sobre eso todo el videojuego, incluso pasa lo mismo con Abby y su padre.

    La habilidad de esquivar golpes esta demasiado desvalanceada porque le quita totalmente la dificultad al videojuego, sin lootear creando espacios forzosos en la durabilidad del juego, se puede decir que es un videojuego corto, LA JUGABILIDAD SE LIMITA SOLO A LOOTEAR Y YA NO SE VE MUCHA AMENAZA DE INFECTADOS o enemigos no infectados, y se vuelve a recalcar que gracias al sistema de esquivar ataques, el juego pierde la gracia de sobrevivir, se pierde la necesidad del sigilo, y partes dificiles de donde tenias que buscar una estrategia para superar ciertos niveles, Y HAY DEMASIADOS HUECOS ARGUMENTATIVOS Y FALLAS DE GUION EN UNA HISTORIA APARTE DE LA MUERTE DE JOEL, y con respecto a que Ellie y Joel ya no se llevaban bien, en el inicio oimos como Ellie le dice a Dina que planea ver una pelicula con Joel, y como cuenta cosas sobre el que de acuerdo con el arco argumentativo suceden luego de que Joel le cuenta la verdad a Ellie, y sin mencionar que iban a remplazarlos en turno al inicio del videojuego, y tambien la preocupacion que se le nota al enterarse de que Joel no estaba en su lugar de turno.

    Y el tema mas controversial del videojuego es la inclusion excesiva de valores del movimiento LBGTIQ+.... gracias a esta inclusion se dan huecos de trama, fallos en la historia, y ni hablar de la escena de sexo era totalmente inneceario, hay que fijarse como el videojuego promueve el homosexualismo y las condiciones de cambio de genero o el bisexualismo, PERO TIENEN QUE DARSE CUENTA QUE EL VIDEOJUEGO APESAR DE SER+18 es jugado por gente de diversas edades, la mayoria de estas son niños o adolescentes menores de edad, una edad donde son muy influenciables y esto puede repercutir en su vida, NO SOY HOMOFOBICO NI NADA POR EL ESTILO PERO ESTOY HACIENDO ESTA CRITICA DESDE UN PUNTO NEUTRO BASANDOME EN CIERTAS CRITICAS DE PERSONAS NOVATAS Y PROFESIONALES EN EL TEMA. Ademas se puede recalcar que Abby solo es un persnaje forsozamente de inclusion LGBTIQ+ en el videojuego, ya que posee una historia vaga y poco argumentada para llegar de la nada y matar al personaje mejor trabajado de los videjuegos segun varios criticos, Abby simplemente es una superviviente mas al igual que los canibales del primer juego que mataban para manteer una comunidad e niños y mujeres. HASTA TOMMY QUE APARECE RELATIVAMENTE POCO EN EL PRIMER VIDEOJUEGO ESTA MEJOR CONSTRUIDO QUE Abby... me atreveria a decir que Abby en arco argumentativo he historia detras de ella se vendria a comparar con David del primer juego...

    Ahora hablando sobre el final es muy vago y poco claro que deberia ser explicado por un buen DLC pero como va el juego dudo que el DLC sea bueno, Ellie cambia su perspectiva y vemos como olvida la muerte de Joel y hasta Tommy se enoja al ver como Ellie deja de ser una superviviente y le hace caso a todo lo que dice Dina, sin argumentar bien sale en busca de venganza una que no realizo simplemente porque no quiso... Y es un hueco de trama demasiado grande ya que no olvides que Ellie es una perfecta superviviente sin ningun remordimiento para matar con tal de sobrevivir, y lo vimos en escenas como cuando se tira del puente y cuando mata a David en la primera parte... asi que perdonar al que mato a tu padre te pregunto yo lo harias?

    Dato Curioso: EN EL PRIMER VIDEOJUEGO ES POSIBLE PASARSE LA PARTE FINAL DE RESCATAR A ELLIE SIN MATAR A NADIE MAS QUE A LOS DE LAS CINEMATICAS (EL GUARDIA Y MARLEN)

    LO ANTERIORMENTE DICHO DEJA AL SEGUNDO JUEGO COMO UNA HISTORIA CON UN ARGUMENTO ESTUPIDO QUE PUDO NUNCA HABER SUCEDIDO. Y SI DICEN QUE ERA OBLIGATORIOMATAR AL PADRE DE ABBY, PERDONENME PERO EL DOCTOR AMENAZA PRIMERO A JOEL Y SE LO PUEDE HERIR DE MUCHISIMAS FORMAS QUE NO LO MATARIAN.

    The writing genuinely and truly outdid itself. Exceeded all expectations. I honestly can't even wait for the next game, where you get to play as Neil emptying a 12 gauge into Ellie's head for 30 hours along with intermittent sex breaks with Abby on top of Joel's grave

If you wanted to get rid of Joel so badly, at least don't make it be from the main protagonist that we the players are supposed to like.     Game play is pretty standard by now, graphics are decent. Atrocious writing, it is possible to explore ideas that are not typically covered in gaming without being this on the nose and obnoxious. In terms of the plot, the writers knew where they wanted to start and finish, but that's about it.

    This might be my most disappointing time in my short gaming histroy. I was so excited for this game just to buy it and see all the main characters be destroyed. the writing is some of the worst in Naughty dogs history. I won't be buying part 3 if it even gets made.

He dies because incompetent writers made him incompetent for the sake of getting him killed. Abby gets everything. She’s living the good life. Hey, her friends might be dying one by one, but it’s all good. She got to avenge her NPC father from the first game. What does Ellie get? Nothing. She goes on a long and arduous journey to avenge her father figure. She loses everything. She finally reaches Abby, and having piled thousands of bodies just to get to her, decides— “Eh. I’m not feeling it anymore, Mr. Krabs.” She is left alone and broken at the end of the game. Abby gets off scot free because Neil couldn’t stand the thought of killing the character he mocapped a sex scene with. The game doesn’t have a bad ending.
    It has a pathetic ending.

    This hurts to right but truly this game was just horrid. The writing was messy and it just went for shock value. Not worthy to be apart of this franchise, should be re-written to follow Joel and Ellie in search for a cure.

    After seven long years of waiting for the sequel and a continuation to the incredible story that naughty dog told with TLOU this game had high expectations, it is my honor to say, they did not deliver, at least story-wise, the game is beautiful, it truly pushes the PS4 to its limits, but the story is so horrendous I am impressed that people got through the game.

    The story is absolutely abysmal and no amount of polished gameplay or graphics will ever be enough to make up for it. Also, the political propaganda is not acceptable since it was not present it in the first game so it just comes off as low-brow pandering.

But honestly, thanks to the intense pace, mature subject matter and stressful situations, it may not be for everyone.

The gameplay, the graphics are absolutely amazing but I cannot bare how the storyline of the game was handled. It could have been so much better. A wait for this game for so long just to find out what happened absolutely left me in shatters. They could've just left it at where it ended and it would still be something I'd remember. But they went ahead and made me hate their production. Whoever called this a piece of art was just being subtle to not hurt some mentally **** up people who came out with that kind of a narrative. And they even went ahead and bought these critic sites who are calling it a must play game. If u loved the Last of us, I'd really not recommend u even reading about what happened in this part. Also I hope Naughty Dog burns down in flames.… Expand

    However the story is so lazy and quite awfull.

    Making you play as someone you have absolutely no chemistry with just to force the quite awfull ending on you is really tragic.
    And that is what really kills it for me, I cannot reccomend this game to anyone.    … Expand

    Finished the game after 20+ hours. Felt like an ultraviolence walking simulator. Terrible plot, even worse ending and i'm not quite sure there's much more to do with this game. Waste of money

Joel is killed off with no good reason, and his shear stupidity and innocence in this game is undeniable. In the original game he was smart and could smell a trap from a mile away. He was remorseless, and didn't trust people. In this game he walks into a trap, gives all his personal information, and then gets killed. UNBELIEVABLE. Not only that, but then they expect us to play as his murderer. This is by far the worst game Naughty Dog Has ever made.… Expand

Yes the game is beautiful graphically but if you are a fan of the first game this one will destroy your childhood and make you hate both games. Because of that. 0 out of 10. The only way i can enjoy last of us now is by trying to wipe this game from my memory.

    I would like to call the game a masterpiece, but the language does not dare to do it. The gameplay is not bad, I would even say "perfect", but the plot is just **** Since they wanted to give us the opportunity to take revenge, we would finish the job !!!

    The graphics, atmosphere, world-building, gameplay and animation are all 10/10 but the story is so terrible the best I can score the game is 0/10. It’s just that terrible. If a game makes you hate the characters then I dont actually want to play it. Regardless of the message the writers are trying to portray, if it makes me hate all the characters then its a failure.

But that seems to only apply to Joel and Ellie, Abby the antagonist is set on getting revenge and receives everything she seeks to get from that revenge. Very upsetting to see Naughty Dog completely **** on a classic by making this abomination of a sequel.… Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
