    TLOU was my best game ever, I've been a gamer since 1990, and I've played thousands of games since that time, then naughty dog releases a game that gave me a fantastic experience I haven't experienced before in any game. I absolutely loved it, now it's 2020, the second installment is out, I've been waiting for this game for so long, but before it's release, some leaks were out, I saw themTLOU was my best game ever, I've been a gamer since 1990, and I've played thousands of games since that time, then naughty dog releases a game that gave me a fantastic experience I haven't experienced before in any game. I absolutely loved it, now it's 2020, the second installment is out, I've been waiting for this game for so long, but before it's release, some leaks were out, I saw them , I couldn't believe it was true, even Neil druckman said we shouldn't believe those leaks. So now I bought the game, and oooh boy, this game is the worst piece of **** I've ever seen, I play games to get away from SJW agendas, I hate how Joel is treated in this game, like he was air. And the enemy is those dangerous toxic Christians. I don't know what Neil was thinking, but holy damn! I'm NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM NAUGHTY DOG AGAIN! This is worse than the last jedi, worse than game of thrones season 8!! This is just pure trash.… Expand

    I never really was a fan of the gameplay of the last of us that's not really why I played that game. It was all about the story and the characters but the last of us part 2 feels so far out of place. Some of the scenes in this game feel so forced and uncomfortable. This ain't it!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. i played the last of us 1 about 4 years ago and i loved it. and it had one of the best story in video game franchise. but this game has stupid and one of the worst stories i ever seen in video games. i think the director and the one who wrote the story of this game (which i think they are same) just tried hard to induce his or her beliefs to the gamer. the story is not fun, the characters are not lovable and some of the scenes are disgusting. last of us story is the story of Joel and Ellie, and this was what makes the first game a masterpiece. for example no one can imagine next god of war without kratos! and without kratos, that game won't be a god of war any more.… Expand

I love the first game of the last of us, I love the relationship between Ellie & Joel, but this 2nd game is awful, the story is forced to make you regret playing it, its unbearable to play as the one that killed you fav person, imagine if there is a game that make you play as hitler, is this game trying to make everyone who play it being a psychopath? the graphic is great but the story & the gameplay is boring, who seems just copy-paste from the first game doesn't make it enjoyable to play it, dont buy this game, its not worth your time or money… Expand

AbBy, who within the first 2 hours brutally murders everyones favorite PS character and main reason for buying this game in the first place, Joel. I honestly wanted to quit playing at this point and wish I would have in hindsight. The only reason I pressed on was the hope that Ellie would still get to kill AbBy. But just as you thought this narrative **** show couldn't get any worse, it devolves into one of the most convoluted and worst endings I have ever experienced in a video game. I won't spoil the specifics, but a giant waste of time is the best way I can sum it up. I honestly hope they make a third game just so people can refuse to buy it and cost the studio money. Game becomes repetitive over time and eventually boring. Not to mention that you don’t even play as Joel through the whole game. If anyone enjoyed the first game was because of him and his story. How did Naughty Dog manage to bring themselves to tear down one of the most impactful, well written and executed, memorable games ever made and then try to manipulate you into liking Joel’s killer? This game sold itself on being a revenge plot but it’s so half assed and watered down it absolutely falls flat. It drops it rather fast to then force you to play as the person you’ve been wanting to kill for over 6 hours. This game is full of cliches, soap opera melodrama, contrived circumstances, terrible writing, and grating pacing. The flashbacks are used mostly terribly. It’s so bad, there’s even a flashback within a flashback within a dream. Not only does it destroy the pacing further it absolutely takes you out of the moment and makes the weak narrative it’s trying to push even more complicated for no really good reason. I honestly can’t blame the review bombers. While I’d normally not condone it, in this case I do. It’s absolutely shameless and just another indicator how SJW and woke agenda is destroying the entertainment industry, not caring how it destroys the legacy of a series. This needs to stop. I’m pretty sure they’re going to make The Last Of Us Part III. I hope after this absolute misfire they get it right. I hope that it’s not going to be a case of The Last Of Us being a case of lightning in a bottle.… Expand

The main antagonist is a female, the main lead is female, the main cult bosses are all female. It's all female, not to mention Abby is like she hulk, her arms are absolutely massive. I don't mind female roles I mean horizon Zero Dawn and Tomb Raider, masterpieces and it showed they were bad ass without it being shoved down our throats. The story telling is very poor, it's very jumbled about. What made the last of us 1 a masterpiece was the interaction between an old man who lost his daughter and a girl who was the same age as her who was scared of being alone. They embark on a journey together and they become a father daughter figure with lots of twists and turns but they always stick together with there witty and funny and truthful ways making us have ups downs and emotions that we just don't see in this game. I couldn't have been more let down in this game from a story telling perspective. When Joel died Ellie has hardly any remorse, yeah she crys a little from time to time but does it truly change her ? She cares more about Dina being pregnant. I'm pretty sure if my father died from getting killed by a group leader happened in front of me I would be absolutely brutal with no remorse towards people. Yet in this Ellie feels bad at points, I mean why ? You embark on a journey with Ellie and Dina who I just couldn't care less for as I have no sentimental value towards Dina and they make love comments towards eachother all the time, even though Joel literally died like 10 hours ago which made me laugh not gonna lie. But it gets better, you play half the game as the main person who killed Joel which is so bizarre, I just don't care about her, why would I ? You killed the main person in the story why would I want to play as them for half the **** story. It's like me playing as robin for half the **** game instead of batman, I just don't care for it. Why you thought of this idea is beyond me. The way the story leads up to Joel and Tommy getting captured aswell is so funny, I mean you have a group that is near your base, and you willingly go back to there hideout like yeah sure okay. If that was the first game, Joel would be like woah woah hold on we don't know them, what are they doing so close to us for. In this one they seem like 2 gullible idiots wanting to get killed. It's just a completely different game, the world doesn't even seem the same in this one, you hardly see tommy, I mean I expected to see abit more of Tommy in this game but still, I don't know anything about him after 2 entire games. That's because he you wanted 2 female leads to be in there instead of it being Ellie and Tommy together getting revenge for Joel's death. Couldn't care for Dina, couldn't care for Jesse, and to be truly honest I hardly care about Elie in this game as she pissed me off aswell with her attitude being more towards loving Dina instead of truly destroying the tribe who killed her father in way. Very poor storytelling. Do not get politics and political views involved with video games EVER!!! Why did you do this ? The game could of had such big potential to be the pinnacle of this generation of games or even next gen of games but I suppose we will never know now. Thankyou Naughty Dog for getting involved in real political world views instead of just sticking to really good storytelling which is what you were all about.… Expand

    Story has ruined everything. if you kill one of the most beloved characters early in the game (Joel) and want to bring in new main playable characters like Abby, you HAVE to bring WAY more backstory in order to make the player feel with her.

    Not to mention that nothing was even mentioned in the first one about gender transition or anything, but the second games comes out, and is pretty much all about gender transition? In the apocalypse? Its just so fkin unbelievable that its ridiculous. You would have to be such a moron to buy this story. Because trust me, when your worried about eating, and being eatin, transitioning your gender is going to be the last thing on your mind..

    The only thing I have a problem with is horrible writing/stories with absolutely no logic or fore-thought put into it/them.

    And its so funny to see all the fake reviews from the developers, with multiple accounts, and you can totally tell which ones they are because they just have 1 fully positive review for this game lol.     Graphically it's an amazing game, some parts look absolutley stunning. Gameplay wise it's ok but i definetley wouldn't have continued playing if it wasn't tlou2. And the Story was an absolute **** The amount of plotarmor and stupid decisions done by characters is beyond me.

    یک همجنسگرا، یک یهودی و کلیساهایی که امکان شلیک را قفل میکنند، تعداد بسیاری کاراکتر مونث، چند مرد احمق ، داستانی اتفاقی و پیام های دیگر که خواهید دید اما نه به اینجا بلکه فشار بیش از حد به کارمندان استدیو، ایجاد هیجان کاذب قبل از فروش، رفتن بزرگان استدیو و یک مشاور همجنسگرا برای پروژه
    تمام این مسائل باعث شد که من به دیده ناامیدی به اثر نگاه کنم.
    پیشنهاد میکنم بعد از تجربه یا عدم تجربه اثر داستان را بدون استفاده از ارایه های ادبی روی یک کاغذ بنویسید تا ارزشی چند از آن را قضاوت کنید.    … Expand

It was a phenomenal Gameplay and a stunning Storytelling. But Last of Us 2 Just keep the Gameplay, while the Story is pure Trash. After so Long Time they could mit hold their promisses. What a shame

    Very disappointed I was definitely going to buy this game I even ignored the leaks and what was being said but because I use metacritic uses score as guidance to my purchases I will never play the game naughty dog have deceived the fanbase to the much beloved first I'm not going to play 10 hours of another character sorry.

    The direction this game took was not in-line with the first game. The treatment of the characters was bizarre. Not really sure what kind of message there were trying to aim at here but this game is negative for the sake of shock value and pessimism. A very well-crafted and constructed BAD game.

Во второй - сливают старого персонажа, дают пол-игры побегать за Элли (и эта часть еще терпимая, хотя тошнит от "страданий" розовощеких лесбиянок в постапокалипсисе), а потом вручают в зубы чудовище "Эбби" с моделькой мужика (анимации мужские, есть мнение, что вообще это туловище от другой модели). И дальше идет та же самая игра, только еще раз. После 15 часов игры вам говорят "вот тебе худшая героиня, занимайся тем же самым еще 15 часов. Ну и кстати, где хваленая детализация? Ветряки внутри стадиона (что с физикой?), беременная женщина с пузом, которая отправляется на боевые миссии и на вопрос, что думает об этом отец ребенка, говорит "А почему он должен что-то решать?", Эбби с фигурой, которую даже в нашем мире надо постараться накачать, а уж в постапоке, где нет качпорошков - тем более. И прочие дыры. Зато в лицо тычут лгбт, сильными женщинами, мужиками-слюнтяями, и тд. В общем, неплохую игровую серию скатили в дырявое сжв-говно. This game complete ruins in my opinion of every character left alive in the game, the only enjoyable characters get kill both by Abby and Ellie, and in the very end Ellie give up everything for revenge and then doesn’t finish the job, and in the very end is is left broken and alone consumed by vengeance, lost every from her lover and child, the one thing she has left to remember Joel fondly, then when she realized she I broken and can no longer play the guitar she just leaves it to rot instead of passing it on to someone she just leaves it, the story complete ruins the gameplay and the world which have some improvements over the first game and then something that just pad out the game to make it longer than needed somethings in the game are extremely beautiful, and the only good moments that feel like it is an actual sequel to The Last of Us part 1 are the flash back the Ellie and Joel, this game completely destroys the likability of any character left alive.… Expand
