    Total and complete waste of money. Characters from the first game in no way act in a way they would be expected to act in the sequel, there is no payoff, and the writers clearly don't know what they're doing. This is the gaming version of Game of Thrones season 8.

    WTF was that. The main complaint is the plot component and the SJW agenda. It is also worth noting the outdated gameplay with a boring quick press of certain buttons.

    The first game was so well done but now part 2 has become a politicised, like it or be silenced agenda product and it's no longer about a video game with a great storyline and character development. Lots of bugs, terrible story, an agenda politics story and you are silenced if you don't like it.

    Absolutely beautiful game and the difficulty settings are amazing, but the game itself is horrible! This game honestly just feels like it was made to cash in on the popularity of the first, and the story and characters just feel hollow.

    TLOU2 - what an incredibly **** game. The plot makes no sense after 3-4 hours of playing - you get reset back to the beginning of the game, thanks for playing this, but screw that, we're sending you back - the continuation of the first game (which was amazing) is nearly VOID, the AI is garbage, and there is no relation whatsoever with the characters. Best PS4 game of 2020? Don't make me laugh.

    This is not a review of the gameplay, this is a review of the experience which is abysmal. I know that Naughty Dog lost a great portion of their team but I didn't expect the story to be such a warm packet of dogsh1t. It's the stupidest story I have ever consumed and I played Duke Nukem Forever.

    It's not good. Here's why:

    Actually just a movie, double standards on Sony's part, deceitful marketing, no focus on the zombies, weak plot with plenty of holes, but worst of all, no respect for Joel.

    If you're looking for a game like this, but done right, consider playing Metal Gear Solid 2 if you haven't already.

Ellie pushed Joel off so hard about him not allowing his daughter to die. Also, you can complete the game by crawling on the ground and only if npc that are alerted of your position then they will not target you. Also ellie ends up with 8/10 fingers and alone.… Expand

Who the hell want to play Abbie in the first, she might be okay villain to kill in the game but not as playable characters. Joel death was rush and leave bad taste for fans of this series.     Tlou 1 was great, so what the actual hell happened here? The story is complete GoT season 8 level garbage.

    The only good things here are the graphics and voice acting. The gameplay is meh at best, repetitive and a bit outdated.

    The graphics and the gameplay is good, but not a lot of improvements compared to the prequal. The writing and story however is the worst I've seen, A lot of meaningless scenes and you are forced to play a character you hate. One of few games where I was glad it's over.

This "game" is sick, I can only assume that the creative direct harbors deep feelings of resentment toward women and loves seeing them debased, brutalized and vulnerable.

    I can only assume the access media reviewers did not get far enough into the game to see most of these cutscenes. I refuse to believe they saw this smut and still thought it was worth a perfect score.    … Expand

    This game is like enduring an entire plate of unlikeable vegetables, only to find out that the dessert is even more unappealing vegetables. If you adored the almost father-daughter relationship between Joel and Ellie in TLOU 1, you WON'T like this game.     The story is bleak. The gore is ubiquitous. It has unlikable characters. The story is like some sort of snuff film, filled with revenge porn and a gratuitous sex scene. And it's got plot holes, much like a golf course has holes.

    The graphics were pleasing, 8/10.

    5 years I waited for 5 years to be delivered this steaming pile of hot garbage. The first game was excellent. So much so that I was nearly salivating waiting on this release. Now I got to play it and it was the most awful story I have ever played. Straight from intro to ending. Yep I gave it afair shot. And it was worthless. Anthem was better.

    Background, I am an avid lover of the first last of us, the story was amazing.

    However, there are a ton of significant issues related to this game

    Graphics: Graphically speaking this game is amazing it is one of the best produced games for the PS4 that I have ever seen. Grass flows realistically, areas look spacious, etc

    Sound Design: Again, no issue here, same as the first last of us, detailed and perfect. Sounds are realistic, everything from reactions from personnel and bullets wizzing overhead, death sounds, All incredibly detailed and realistic.

    Gameplay: The same as the last of us 1, only with the added prone position. Combat is improved, but nothing remarkable. Easily considered mediocre of all the things you can note.

    Story: The story is disjointed and hot garbage. At the midpoint in the story you have Ellie kill a pregnant woman which evidently affects her negatively despite killing hundreds of people before getting to that scene in graphic ways and using expletives. The game drags on, instead of ending at 15 ish hours or so. This could've been effectively two different games and the motivations dont seem convincing at all. You jump between flashbacks, and different characters

    Overall: People play the last of us for the story, everything else in the game (gameplay, sound design, and graphics) are intended to complement the story to make it more realistic. The story is an unconvincing, disjointed mess and is a poor representation of what the series could be. Skip it and buy something that remains true to characters and doesnt just write "surprises" into the game to generate views.    … Expand

    I am always impressed by how some people managed to take a chunk of gold and produce a piece of sh**. i mean it really takes some skill (or an idiot) to achieve that. Game is fine but the story not and this is a story game.

    Al ejecutarse da problemas de sobrecalentamiento en mi consola PlayStation 4 pro. Tiene muchos bugs y problemas con las texturas. El apartado gráfico es muy dispar dependiendo del lugar.

    This game killed the franchise for me, the magic is gone. Nonsense plot and unbelievable characters.

    Thankfully the deceptive advertisements didn't fool me into buying the game.

    The game is a testament graphics are the least important feature in a game. Because aside of that, everything is terrible, and just woke propaganda. AVOID this game. Horrible in every way

    su historia es una burla al primer juego. nos obligan a jugar con el personaje que mato a nuestro protagonista para internar darle afecto y es pobre. la proxima vez tienen que cerrar el estudio antes de comenzar otro juego.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
