    This game is such a disappointment. However I want to give it some credit. The graphics and the voice acting is incredible some of the best if not the best of this generation. The gameplay is okay nothing to write home although the crunches of bones when a melee attack hits is satisfying. The gun play is outdated and clunky.

The fact the first one was based on Joel and Ellie’s bonding and him coming To terms losing his daughter. There are no likeable characters compared to the first.     The game is rash, and brutal with NO happy story to tell here. About the SJW issue: The fact it is an issue for some people is the real issue.

    In the end, the sequel of the Masterpiece is also a Masterpiece.

    So to start. I actually finished the game and am leaving a review. Trying to combat all the nonsense on here and Metacritic really needs to find a way to prove you have finished or at least played most of a game before being able to leave a review. Phenomenal, gorgeous, exhilarating, emotional and well written. Naughty Dog has done it again and have set the bar in graphic fidelity. Amazing cast and performance, a ton of content to play and just a professional piece of interactive art. Naughty Dog and crew are artists and this is yet again an amazing piece they have created. Jugabilidad aceptable pero no lo recomiendo de salida. Talvez por 20$ en un futuro si quieres 40 horas de juego. Cada vez mas sony me esta decepcionando

    The one is for the graphics. Everything else is complete brainwashing **** The story is **** the characterization of many characters is **** the pacing is **** and even the animations don't look that impressive. The story is ruined by the SJW brigade at Naughty Dog and I don't expect anything good to ever come out of this company again. Anybody who gives this a 10 is a brainwashed mongoloid.

    Una obra maestra del género que todo buen jugador debería probar. Creo que no llega al nivel del primero pero aún así me parece una obra maestra, superándolo en diversidad de armas y técnicas de combate. Totalmente recomendable.

Don't listen to haters, the game is awesome and you definitely should play it yourself. All that LGBT motives and beloved characters death are not beat other accomplishments of the game.     A masterpiece in storytelling, but a very dark game. Not for everyone as the story takes risks. Looks great and the enemy AI is amazing. A refinement over last us in terms of gameplay.

    The best game of this generation, incredible graphics with a devastating story. A great soundtrack. Ellie is a great character, full of thirst for revenge. No one can pass up this great game. Playability that improves everything in its predecessor. Violent and moving game. Quite an experience.

    Masterpiece, this is why I love Playstation exclusives. Last of Us games are one of the best games I have ever played. I don't understand hate for the sequel. I had wonderful 32 hours spent in this game and I wanna play it again right away.

They didn’t turn it into an assembly line, like Assassins Creed, didn’t make the game a little worse than the original, namely KILLED. I feel dead, and Nill Drackmann stands by and spits on my corpse. The whole game is a sick fantasy of a man who imagines himself to be a genius. Do not expect logic in the plot from TLOU2, it is not there. If Drackmann decided that some character should die here and now, so it will be. Characters die as stupidly as possible, their actions are illogical. In the game, loudonarrative dissonance is very felt. Remember the scene with the deer in Tomb Rider 2013? So, here everything is much worse. Everything that we loved the first part, disappeared. There was only beautiful graphics, animation and gameplay, which almost did not change. Unfortunately, if I tell in more detail why this game is so bad, it will be a spoiler. For me, as a TLOU fan, this is the biggest disappointment of the year. Friend, I want to contact you: if you love the first part as much as I do, do not buy this game! Let Drackmann go down from heaven to earth and stop considering fans stupid pieces of meat. I hate all about this game, faces, story, characters etc. is so sad that first game was so popular and we expected this one to be the same. But sadly one of the worst games ever. 4/10

    After playing the game and after getting the platinum (50+ hours) I can say that this game is a masterpiece! The graphics are absolutely stunning, the atmosphere and the scenario are great! I think every ps4 user should get this game! If you don't want to spent so much money right now wait but have to play this game!

    I’ve see this game get a lot of slack so far and I’m absolutely enjoying it so far especially the storyline the graphics and the sounds.     Serious save/load/continuity issues. (Useful exploit for speed-runners though.) Molotovs are useless. Dramaturgy issues (during the tutorial I had to control an unknown, androgynous woman for unknown reasons, who had no back story, and it wasn't clear why is she in the game). Graphics are good (excluding winter). Gameplay and exploration is good.

    The graphics are absolutely jaw-dropping. I find myself using photo-mode almost equally as much as playing the actual game. near photorealism in many places. the combat is fluid and smart, with the AI intelligence increasing with higher difficulty levels. the attention to detail is ridiculous. believe me you will see what I mean if you play the game. Many details you would never expect {lol} have been included. Tiny spoiler, the zombies have bushes, and miniscule anatomic details XD. The way the elements and your character interact are also amazing. Water, snow, mud, grass, trees, all react realistically with each-other. This seriously looks like it could be a PS5 game.
    The sound is phenomenal. You can actually pinpoint where sounds are coming from, particularly with the 7.1 surround headphones. The dialogue between characters is smart, believable, and not cheeseball at all.
    Replayability is high thanks to fantastic gameplay and a multitude of modes, options, and accessibility features. Im on my 3rd playthrough myself.
    if you are on the fence about getting this game, give it a chance. If you have any degree of intellect you'll probably love it.     … Expand

    A game like the last of us, is all about the story. Which is what made the first game so memorable.
    I dare to say you could’ve just watched a play through of the game on YouTube and it still would’ve had the same effect because the last of us was basically an animated movie where you also had the control of the character which only made it slightly more engaging.
    Think of Last of Us Part 2 as a human being.
    A really really beautiful and good looking human being. Think of the design, gameplay and graphics as the skin and flesh of the game, and the story as the heart and soul of it.
    Now what’s a body without a soul??
    That’s right; a corpse.
    And what do you do with a corpse?? You bury it. Because there’s no bit of life left in an empty shell to help it keep living.
    And that’s exactly the case with TLOU 2.
    It may be ALMOST perfect in other aspects, but as long as the story doesn’t work, none of it is worth it. Much rather it makes it even more disappointing. Because you keep playing the game with a sense of shame and pity about it all the way thinking to yourself “what a great game it COULD HAVE become.”
    I barely finished the game, and as soon as I did, I sold my copy and am never gonna touch it again. It was a painful, torturous journey, that I wouldn’t wish upon my evilest enemy.    … Expand

    After 32 hours I finished the game and I was unable to find a single flaw. Any criticism made about this game is senseless and often becomes ridiculous, proving obvious problems with things like accepting homosexuality as a normal thing.

    You MUST play this. A true masterpiece and a PERFECT sequel to the first The Last of Us.

Poco a poco le incluyen mucho relleno y se comienza a hacer repetitivo. Incluso aburrido. Yo le daré un 35/40 en jugabilidad. Ya que como mencione. Por muy bien pulidas que estén. Son súper repetitivas sus mecánicas. Y en historia le daré un 20/60.El juego en en su apartado técnico es muy bueno. Comienzan narrativamente muy bien. Half the game was from Abby's point of view and already having a bitter taste in my mouth for her, I couldn't really connect with her. I just felt mad playing Abby and going through her story already done with her. I think they needed to give us time to enjoy Abby and her story before it led to Joel's death. I would have been more conflicted with figuring out how to feel about Abby and would have felt more for her.… Expand

If we do not allow games to explore real world topics and issues, then how can we expect the medium to ever be seen as something more than a childish past-time?

    This game destroyed everything I loved about the first game. It is filled with characters that the game force you to immediately adore. It is a dark game with no light in it. It is just another empty revenge story. It doesn't bring anything new to the table. Kinda like new Star Wars trilogy . Very dissapointing after 7 years of wait.

    Starting with an amazing plot, the game continue to astonish the player giving two points of view and making you to feel sad about you do with an upgrade of the gameplay of the first game and a more or less perfect AI this is the best game of this generation.

    Belos gráficos, excelente jogabilidade, mundo semi aberto e história profundo, feito de uma maneira prática e gostosa de se jogar. Com tudo chego a conclusão que The Last of Us part II cumpriu o seu objetivo em ser mais incrível do que o seu antecessor.     The game tried to differentiate itself far too much from the first game, and in a very bad way, I found myself caring little to not at all for the stroy or its characters. While it's gameplay makes up for it, it's utter lack of story telling and believable world building is astonishingly atrocious

    This game lacks any creativity or real purpose. This 2020 game has the same combat system as the one that game out 7 years ago. That shouldn't even be possible. The story is absolutely abysmal, they pretty much disrespected their OWN characters. Would reccomend you skip on this one.

В игре есть баги, да не критичные, но игру создавали не 1 и не 2 года, компания просто забила на бета тест и решила что и так схавают. Ну и конечно же это сюжет,который не интересный и пронижен ЛГБТ.     They literally tried to sell the game on the name of the last of us. The story is so distant and the characters are not who they were in the first game. This feels more like an Uncharted game with a bad story and less puzzles.

    This game is a masterpiece. Storytelling in this game is just pure art. I have never finished a game and started over just in next few hours. Many people won't understand but most people should play Predator or Fortnite anyway.
