    I thoroughly enjoyed The Last Of Us Part II. There were moments when I was worried the story was going places that would have been disappointing or narratively weak. However every decision and story beat was well thought out and made perfect sense. My only 2 complaints were the cutscenes being less frequent than I would have liked, and the presence of WLF Whitney being less frequent than II thoroughly enjoyed The Last Of Us Part II.     I honestly really liked the story and I liked abby as well idc what anybody says. But the reason is because I was never really attached to the first games story and characters like everyone else was. The first game was not a 10 out of 10 for me and it was not game of the decade or anything like that. Thats probably why I was ok and understood what happened in part 2.     Es un magnifico juego, no merece la nota que se le ha dado, todo en el es genial y es muy triste ver la de review bombing que ha recibido, recomiendo a cualquiera jugarlo aunque comprendo que no le guste a algunas personas por el tono de la historia no merece ni de lejos la nota que tiene ahora mismo, es un juego de 8,5-9 y es una obra maestra.

    Haceros un favor y jugarlo, aunque penséis que no os va a gustar, juro y prometo que os encantara.
    Es un juego increíble con un nivel de detalle enfermizo y una historia fantástica, ademas de unos gráficos espectaculares.

    Surprised by the controversy. The game didn’t come off as preachy or interested in pushing an agenda. Everything that happens in the game feels like the natural course of events for these characters. This is a masterpiece that rivals the first one. The scope, scale and overall execution is flawless.

Great story, breathtaking atmosphere & graphics especially for a PS4 and compared to other games (Though, it was pretty obvious it was going to look good considering the studio that made it).     With all the bad reviews I was kind of skeptical and waited to this day to play it, but definitely a deserved 10. The beginning is kind of slower but the game is also longer and it's a more accomplished "game" overall than the first, which was already a masterpiece in its time and had a huge impact on me.     o jogo é excelente!! não sei pq tem tantas criticas negativas, o gameplay é ótimo, gráficos perfeitos, musica nota 10, vários momentos de tensão em que não sabemos o que pode acontecer.... posso ser exceção, mas estou curtindo mais esse até mesmo do que o primeiro.

    It was not the game I expected, the gameplay is like the first game but improved, graphically it is beautiful and the story was what disappointed me the most, it is not that it is a bad story, it is just that the abrupt change was a 180 degree compared to first game. overall is good. not the best, but good enough.

    Even if you absolutely hated the story, literally nothing justifies giving this game a 0/10. I didn't encounter a single bug or issue with performance, the environments were absolutely stunning, and even the most mundane areas had character. I don't think I saw a single repeated environment after nearly 30 hours of gameplay. The only minor thing I can say is that the AI could be a little dense but that's absolutely nothing new. Also killing dogs suuuuuucks.

    Maybe not a 10/10 but I seriously need to counter balance the ignorantly unfair 0/10 reviews the game got. This game doesn't deserve a vote below 7/10. It's objectively enjoyable and technically good. Storyline and so-called "politics" are another matter. Trust the critics on this one, not the childish fans.

Un juego que sucede lo inesperado y que te lleva a un escenario realista de los personajes. Aún sin estar presente, durante todo el juego llevas Joel dentro de tu cabeza, ya que si no lo haces te darás cuenta que pierde sentido todo lo sucedido. Solo un pequeño error le veo al juego y eso por parte de la historia de Abby y los niños, la cual para mi gusto no tiene sentido ya que se pierde de vista un poco la problemática principal. A pesar de esto un gran juego con excelentes escenarios, gran aprendizaje y una historia sin perder el sentimiento original de The Last of Us Parte l.… Expand

    First of all, ignore the review bombers. TLOU2 is a great game and it is nearly in every aspect better than its predecessor. There's lot of hate towards Abby but I must say I enjoyed playing for her even more than playing for Ellie.

    The visuals and audio are great, game mechanics slightly improved (even though still sometimes frustrating). It's the real life, there is not just one point of view. It's how you identified yourself with the actions of each character. This game is not political, it's about humankind. Our society, how people behave when everything is chaos. It's a masterpiece. I think this game is made for people who is enough mature to feel each emotion of characters' decision. The first game explores a blossoming relationship, that leads to opening up, and the picking up of your pieces to go on. This second shows you what it feels like to be shattered. Characters face consequences for their actions and must deal withThe Last of Us Part II is a follow up to what some would consider to be Naughty Dog's magnum opus. This sequel juxtaposes the first in its themes. The first game explores a blossoming relationship, that leads to opening up, and the picking up of your pieces to go on. This second shows you what it feels like to be shattered. Characters face consequences for their actions and must deal with trauma as their choices collide and cause a train wrecks that brings their world's crashing down. It explores a hard descent before a slow uncertain ascent. You see all the ugly details. Details that would have only been referential in the first, are put on full display. It mirrors itself and examines itself in a way that provokes the player. The game is brutal and gory much like the first, but it is unrelenting. Players do not know what they are in for as the story opens in relaxed settlement. It is beautiful and safe, but there is a sense of dread hanging in the air- unseen by the characters and felt by players. You know a conflict will begin soon. The sequence that begins the quest is painful to look at. Especially if you have the background and shared the experiences of Joel and Ellie from their journey across the U.S. What takes place in this sequel is heartbreaking for many reasons. Those reasons evolve and change. It will continually throttle your emotions and deliver one punch after the other. As the full picture unfolds, these reasons for the melancholic tale are only exacerbated as the narrative drags you further into these dark places. The game is not fun in the traditional sense. The gameplay is a fantastic, smooth experience. Detailed to the fullest with simple but effective and immersive mechanics and gameplay. It is fun to play. One large part of the game, however, is the very same story that I said is relentless. That is why it isn't fun. The story, while not fun, is immersive, engaging, and is entertaining... and messy. It undoubtedly has pacing issues. But these pacing issues are resolved as the narrative slowly intertwines and brings all its aspects to head before inevitably wilting into its end. The story gives the player time to experience wholesome moments of love to alleviate the heavy atmosphere, but before long, assorted pieces of the narrative's tone outweighs other pieces. The beats and progression of the characters and all their stories ebb and flow. The game explores humanity with a dive into the depths of the inky black emotions of hate, disgust, selfishness, and deceit. Eventually, there is a long slog upwards, but you really have to push and pull through the waves out of those depths. When you break the surface of the waters, you see little glimmers of hope like stars in the night sky. If we just squint we can see finer details that can highlight the better parts of us, the selflessness, sympathy, understanding, and forgiveness. We see the forest for the trees, and can analyze ourselves. How much do we really understand about ourselves? About each other? This games asks a lot of the player but it gives back. It is not a must play. It is a must finish. You may not like the direction the story goes, but it is worth the experience. It brings itself together in shaky, exhausted fashion that mimics Ellie and likely the player. Its tale comes to its simultaneously climatic and anti-climactic ending as it sends its messages home to wrap up Joel and Ellie's legacy.… Expand

The gameplay was dirty but beautiful, the acting was phenomenal, but most of all. The story was impactful. I know a lot of fans were divided by this game because spurred a lot of negative emotions but if you were able to look past the emotional, heartbreaking and also angering death of the one and only Joel Miller, there is a lot about this game that I found to be ambitious and beautiful… Expand

    This is the best game I have ever played in my life for sure. I have to admit that the story got to me every second I played, the scenario, the tension that many parts of the game gave me was really good. I had no technical problems, I believe that is why my experience was really better than many people

Сразу после финальных титров повторно прошёл ещё пару арен потому что не наигрался. Из минусов для себя отмечу неуместного «босса», финальную драку и редкое ощущение, что я играю в uncharted, а не last of us. История 8/10 из которых один бал за уникальность, геймплэй и визуал 10/10. Для сравнения первая часть, история 9/10, геймплей и визуал 9/10. Ставлю 10 потому что категорически не согласен с тысячами нулей от людей которые даже не играли. При другом раскладе поставил бы 8.     Com certeza um dos melhores games que já joguei, além de todos os quesitos técnicos serem 10/10, foi a primeira vez que senti na pele oq é uma história profunda de verdade, uma história que consegue te destruir, é um verdadeiro misto de sensações toda vez que vou jogar, esse game me marcou de uma forma do qual nenhum outro antes conseguiu, de fato um dos jogos da década.

    Naughty Dog has been more bold and brutal than ever and has told a story that is as thrilling as hard to swallow. Other than that, the game just oozes quality in pretty much every aspect. It’s lengthy, it’s polished, it’s gorgeous to look and listen to. Masterpiece.

    I don't know how this game got so much hate. I'm not a fan of sjw movement on gaming industry either but the story was so dark and the acting was amazing. So much sadness on bothsides! Game was virtually bug free and stunning graphics. I was always contemplating whos the antagonist in this one.

But to me it served a good purpose as Ellie needed that drive to go get revenge. Now to the revenge. Many people said because she did not kill Abby at the end of the game, Ellie did not get “revenge”. I don’t think that was the case at all. She killed countless people and at the climax of it all, she found her humanity, just like Joel saving Abby. This story was not meant to be the same story as the first, they went on a limb and i enjoyed it. It is very divisive so I can see both sides of the argument but all in all I enjoyed it. I don’t want to take any more of your time than I already have so yeah...I will say though in the future I would like Naughty Dog to reframe from sad stuff lol I play video games to have fun not to cry.     I have played it and I just can say that it’s almost perfect technically, it’s very fun to play and (for me) it have an interesting history. The history is something personal and you can like it or not, it’s like Game of Thrones: it will make you feel bad and it wouldn’t give you what you expect or what you want. :)

It makes you question why you love and hate certain characters and makes you go through a lot emotions with the characters. Absolutely amazing, definitely one of the best games ever made.

    The gameplay is too enjoyable, I could spend hours playing without getting bored. The narrative does have a couple of defects, but the evolution of the characters are of another level, it feels very different from the first game, without leaving behind its own magnificent essence.
    Is one of the best game ever, and probably of the year, i'm more than satisfied.
