This is an amazing game! You can do almost anything you want from being a good-doer to a thief. Every time you die you can better yourself for future, more powerful enemies. The only thing I have against the game is the house building mechanic, but that is not what the game is about. What are you waiting for, buy it!

Game works well like the regular PS4 version, not much to complain about. Great story, great gameplay, good control adaptation, etc. My main problem is balancing. Now, Skyrim is balanced, I’ll give it that. But when a level 3 player can tear up dragons without issue because all you have to do in combat here is just dual wield one handed weapons and swing the move controllers FURIOUSLY and remove enemies in seconds, we have a bit of a problem. Not only can you decimate anything in your path, but it also abolishes the need for the dual flurry skill, as one handed and two handed are controlled by hand speed, not anything in game. I beat this as my second Skyrim run, and finished at level ten, mainly from the way one handed levels up and heavy armor. Oh, and did I mention one handed levels up by damage AND attack speed? Absolutely broken. It is pretty fun to do so though, and everything else adapted very well, so take me 9/10 and scram. Expand

While it's not the best VR game, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR is the most massive RPG on PSVR, and it's just as addictive as it's always been. Regardless of whether you play the main quests, chase down all of the side content, go hunting, go dungeoneering, be a smith and forge your own weapons, or go wherever you want to go, Skyrim works well enough, and that should be good enough for most players.

VR really lets you experience Skyrim on a whole different level of immersion. Even despite PS VR’s low resolution it’s really easy to forget about the real world. The problem for me was that although I’m usually resistant to VR-induced nausea, after ca. 40-60 minutes with Skyrim VR I was starting to feel sick. [01/2018, p.50]

It's not perfect but there's no other PS VR game with this level of depth and detail. Even if you think you've seen it all before, you've definitely never see it like this. [Jan 2018, p.96]
