    Coupled with the unique upgrade mechanics and the occasional chuckle you’ll get just from the sheer craziness on-screen, I can recommend Shutshimi to anyone looking for an easy game to waste time with.

This is officially the worst game on psn. I cannot believe this garbage was given for free on ps+ this month. I find it insulting because a piece of dog **** would have been more fun and interesting. This is a very basic wave shooter. It's as if some moron took the bonus stages out of a few popular 80s games and made them into one modern disasterpiece.

    The problem with many 8bit modern games is they completly misunderstand what made games so successful back in the day. They either over complicate them by adding unnecessary mechanics or get the genre wrong. This could have been an interesting side scroller shooter but instead its a wave shooter. Tiny levels with dull backgrounds last a few seconds meaning you never get into the game.Which is a shame because it looked like it could have been fun, the music is pretty well made but you'll forget it after the 10 mins you bother to play before uninstalling and watching paint dry instead.
