Jan 21, 2020Shadow Legend VR is a modest adventure title with a sprinkle of action, though it hints at a giant world hiding outside of what the player sees. Every mechanic in the game works well, from the exploration to the combat. Shadow Legend VR is recommended as a demonstration of the interactivity that VR can offer, couched in an enjoyable fantasy adventure. This is one of the better fantasy VR titles available on PSVR.

Jan 21, 2020While Shadow Legends does not quite scratch that VR fantasy RPG itch I have had for a while. What it does is immersive, fun and well worth your time. The combat is great with a lot of weapons to experiment with and each battle is enjoyable. The tracking is good and the VR implementation is great. What are you waiting for? Get out there and slay some of the undead.

Feb 26, 2020This low-budget title has been able to conquer our sympathies with a staggering and unexpected level of environmental interaction, which during the campaign has therefore encouraged us to examine carefully every single element crossed along the path towards the final battle.

Jan 21, 2020Shadow Legend VR is most certainly one of those 50/50 VR titles with both recommendable and questionable elements. Why wasn’t there more crafting elements to make better weapons? Or why didn’t the swords become blunt over time, necessitating the use of the grinding wheels? Shadow Legend VR isn’t a bad VR title by any means, it looks good and offers a fun few hours but it could’ve been so much more.
