    Единственный минус этой игры - после прохождения тяжело найти игру с настолько высоким уровнем, чтобы она была наравне с rdr2.

    Best game ever! I respect other people's opinion that its slow but that's exactly what i want in games. and when it comes to open world game there is no other company who can make games like Rockstar. And this game has one of the best stories ever written.

    just an incredible world, an amazing storyline, and the atmosphere of the wild west! it is an incredible feeling of the first launch! only loading from HDD disappointed - but this is no longer the game's fault.
    the game looks more than worthy on next-generation consoles, and if you haven't tried it yet, be sure to add it to your list!

Однако весь тот неоправданный хейт в её сторону мол " игра слишком скучная, начало очень затяжное" идёт сразу нахер, это синглплеерная игра тут не должен быть динамичный бешенный геймплей, это вам не ГТА 5, здесь спокойный размеренный сюжет где нужно изучать локации, а не с горящей жопой пробегать их.Это великолепная игра, с хорошим проработанным сюжетом, с калоритными персонажами.     An incredibly boring game. I barely mastered the prologue. Online is at least a little more fun, but it does not addictive either. The story is silly, the characters are not interesting. It feels like the plot was written for children under 5 (or screenwriters, children under 5).

    I am still giving it 7 rather than 1 simply because the rest of the game is built on such obvious hard work, which can be contemplated in the astonishing graphics, the beauty and realism of the world portrayed and the extent of depth with which a well studied gameplay can make you feel like you are really living in that virtual world.    … Expand

    what a bitter disappointment..yes the graphics and the details are amazing and the story was going great up untill the point where Arthur dies..that whole plot doesnt make sense..Dutch doesnt make any sense, he leaves Arthur over Micah and Micah just **** off with the money while Arthur dies alone and Micah got what he wanted??!! **** me. requested a refund,i hope i get my money back.

    Лучшая игра в которую я играл. Всем рекомендую и советую. По отзывам вижу что она показалась кому-то скучной , но точно не мне, не разу в игре я не заскучал.

    The story is sucking you into it. You start to really worry about everyone. The ending is one of the best. If you did not cry in the end you must be a heartless  human from the tax office.

    O jogo é lindo e ultra realista de forma impressionante, mas igualmente chato e tedioso, foram 60 horas jogadas no lixo na esperança q o jogo tivesse qualquer coisa interessante e nada... Péssimo personagem principal, história muito mais ou menos com poucos pontos altos e muito... mas muuuito passeio de cavalo sem absolutamente nada de interessante acontecendo.

    So-so western game. The history is common, not weak, but didn't hooked me. Sadie Adler is obviously the best character of the game, but only the stupid male characters had the spotlights. One thing must be said: the graphics are amazing! But only this. If you are seeking for a revolutionary game, try something else.

It looks good, it has a good story, but they tried to make the gameplay so realistic that it's boring as **** And the introduction is ass long and ass boring.     No game or movie or a story drive me even close to emotion but thus game made me even cry, this masterpiece, the Story, charesters, graphics, sounds, atcting & voice acting, the reality, the NPCs that makes you feel they are alive.     I've finished the game about 100 hours, but i still have too much things to do. The game is full of contents.
    Rdr2 has most realistic open world experience ever made. The world makes you feel like all the things you witnessing are would happen even if you are never here at the time. It is hard to happen a open world event more than once in your first gameplay time. This events are    Rdr2

    Other than the open world events, the best thing that makes the game's world so realistic is the animations of all the animals and npc. All the beings from this world feels you like they're really living.
    All the creatures has their uniqe attitudes in their habitat. If you observe them in long times, you can witnessing their natural attitudes like eating, resting, comminucating, watching, drinking etc.
    Apart from animals, even humans has their own attidues, daily routines and personality's.
    Rdr2's worst side is gamedesign as all other Rock Star Games. All the quest types and gamedesign elements are almost same with GTA V. But despite the poor gamedesign, main quest's still awesome with great cinematography and realistic aspects of the game.
    And the story of the game.
    First of all, it is a very shifty story chancing with Arthur Morgan's breaking points. With every breaking point, our main character has a different perspective for our story.
    The game starts with a story which telling us surviving tale of Vander line gang. In the early game story is too optimistic, the gang is a family to us. We work hard for the gang, and trying to make money for gang.
    But after a while. our leader Dutch Vander linei starts to showing us him dirty side. Dutch starts to being soo greedy, and this lust of money cost us a lot.
    We lose our brothers one by one with the time. Every attempt to make money by Dutch, cost us a lose of a family member of ours. After the pain of death gang members, witnessing dutch's corrupting and Arthur's deadly illnes. Arthur had him break points, and he changes his perspective to Dutch. From now on, He just wants to save rest of gang members, and he puts him all effort for this purpose.
    I loved all the characters of the game. Arthur, Hosea, Dutch, John, Charles, Abagail, Sadie, Uncle, Javier... I will remember this all characters for soo long. And i never forget someones among them. All the characters were written and played perfect.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Big up to Rockstar Games for giving it their all. I enjoyed playing it, but for me it has no replay value. Thinking of how tedious doing chores or looting it, kinda puts me off. I can’t say I care more for the dialogue it’s not as ground breaking at the trailers led me to believe. My biggest gripe was that player choice wasn’t the driving force at the centre of the game. Like that one mission where Arthur catches TB, was that the only way for events to unfold? I think not. Instead we were forced to play through a linear story in an open word game. Games like The Witcher 3 really lean into player choices and ultimately the game concludes how to choose depending on my interactions. MSG 5 also gave players the freedom to choose how go about handling missions, RDR2 on the other, you can’t stealth the entire game which is a letdown. Much respect for what they were going for, it’s lacking but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad game.… Expand

    This video game has the best story I have ever played with who I believe to be the best protagonist in gaming ever. The online mode is kind of lacking content but playing with friends is always fun. definitely worth the 80 dollars CAD.

    This game actually real ? or am I seeing dream ? if there's a one of them, that's amazing dude.

    Reality, characters, story, details, open-world and many many things are great as hell.

    I can tell this, this game is the most powerful and nice open-world game ever. I am Arthur Morgan now.

    Die Missionen sind Todes langweilig. Die Steuerung ist aus der Hölle und im Grunde wird man vom Game nur bestraft sobald man versucht es zu spielen. 1 Punkt gebe ich hier nur deshalb weil ich Westernsettings sehr mag. Schlechteste Game, dass ich bisher in meinem Leben gespielt habe!

Drop the game due to the button inputs are weird as RDR2 not stands for standard input like any other games which make the experience unpleasant as I'm playing several game. But now, I've finished all that games so I revisit RDR2 and fully focus on playing this game only. Turns    Rockstar is truly the God of Open World Game.

    But now, I've finished all that games so I revisit RDR2 and fully focus on playing this game only. Turns out this is one of the best game I've ever played.

    Story = Great, each characters have their own value and role in the world of RDR2. So, they are most likely memorable. At least for me, I can remember the whole gang name and their behavior which is insane as I've never truly pay any attention to any characters besides the protagonist and the antagonist.

    Shooting = Great, got no issue at all and somehow its very smooth experience for me.

    Exploration = Need improvement, way too few spot that accessible for fast traveling in the big world of RDR2. Well I guess I know the intention behind it is to make player fully explore the world of RDR2 which truly rich and full of great and sometimes funny encounter.

    Character Development = Excellent. Each character is going through some phase in RDR2 that make everyone of them is growing as a character. The most emotional one is when Arthur got sick. I've never really attach to a character that much that it makes me completely sad and emotional when I play as a sick Arthur. Then, when you play as John, John is using Arthur's ring where he took out Arthur's and Mary's photo which make me emotional when I saw that. Overall its very great story with character's fabulous background to complement that.

    Another note is this game is totally give you a great amount of freedom which already a selling feature of Rockstar game. There's not many open world game that can create this amount of freedom to player.

    RDR2 is not starting its game strong which probably will make some of you getting bored or even lost due to a lot of feature and weird button inputs in the game. But believe me, learn it and get used to all the features that this game has to offer and you will have a one of the best gaming experience in the genre of open world game. I'm not a fan of open world game, but RDR2 is right of the bat my all time favorite game. Will play it through again to see another ending of Arthur Morgan.    … Expand

But when they announced this game, i was so mad that i couldn't play it because at that time i didn't have enough money to buy a ps4. Now i have one, and the first game i bought was RDR2. This is a massive open world game and it has maybe the bestWow... just wow.... out of all the games i've played, i have never played a game quite like this one. I played the first Red Dead back in 2011. But when they announced this game, i was so mad that i couldn't play it because at that time i didn't have enough money to buy a ps4. Now i have one, and the first game i bought was RDR2. This is a massive open world game and it has maybe the best story ever for a game. It's filled with compelling characters and an amazing protagonist. Every second of the 70hrs of gameplay for me was worth it. This game is an absolute masterpiece, and it will stand as one of the greatest games ever made.… Expand

    Arthur Morgan is the best written character I've ever seen, the bond he shares with his friends and loved ones is very grounded and heartwarming, and his development throughout the story is insane.

    The Open World part of this Titanic videogame is next level, it raised the bar so high, I don't think we are gonna get a game of this quality in a very long time. A World full of life and activities to do, a living ecosystem, you can see animals fighting in the wild, people interacting with objects, and so many absurd jaw-dropping details.

    As you ride your horse through the gorgeous landscapes, everything eventually comes to you and enhances your experience, something we've never seen before in a videogame. Exploring the map is very enjoyable, countless of encounters with random characters that you'll meet in your journey, you'll always find something new.

    As for the side content, it's a very rich game, the side stories are interesting with charming characters, there are some mini-games that you can play just to relax for a bit, spend time hunting animals for food and clothes, do some bounty hunting for money, raise your honor by helping people, bond with your horse, visit the saloon for a drink, go for some fishing, rob a homestead, explore uncharted territory for hidden treasures and unique weapons, and just interact with the world of the game and everything it has to offer.

    Lastly, I want to talk about the gameplay, in my opinion it's a fun game but the shooting mechanics are indeed a little bit clunky, you'll need to get used to the controls, and once you do, combat will feel way more satisfying and rewarding.

    This is a remarkable experience, a benchmark for Open World games and the industry as a whole, a piece of art, full of love, care and effort.
    Hands down, one of the best videogames I've ever experienced, and one that I will surely NEVER forget, Congratulations Rockstar Games.

    This game is the best game I've ever played it is not flawless. For some people the gameplay may be to slow but I don't care my playthrough was a 10/10. The game isn't made for everyone it is a very easy you will die like 25 times in one 45h playthrough. It is a game to enjoy.

(english aint my first language) the game released when i was at the most depressing part of my life, rdr1 is one of my favourite games, so rockstar announcing that rdr2 was coming in 2017 was one of the happiest moments of that time. waiting until october 2018 really kept me alive. at first i didn't really liked arthur, since i had for john a special place in my heart, but i can assure you that arthur morgan replaced not only john's place but also the one for every other character that i loved. seeing him trying to look cold and scary to people but being so lovely and calm in the inside make my heart melt. like a said, i was in a really depressing time of my life, so seeing arthur getting sick, and see him slowly die trying to help the ones he loved, him realising dutch's madness and betrayal, him sacrificing himself for the future of john (even tho he was completely mad at him for running away a whole year) made my heart shattered, i really felt like a lost someone i know. i hadn't felt like a characters death that way never before, not even john's, not even ezio auditore, no one. i would love a dlc for this game, not a undeadnightmare since that means that i have to see arthur probably die again, but maybe one when they were all young, when the gang first started (maybe the time from the picture that arthurs keeps near his bed). i don't know, but i swear to god that i will never get tired of this masterpiece… Expand

It may seem like a long game at 60-70 hours for main story alone but trust me it is 100% worth getting into. Пытаясь, как и сам Артур Морган, хоть как-то искупить свои грехи, стать хорошим человеком, попытаться сделать хоть что-то хорошее и оставить после себя добро, а не только зло. Когда ты до последнего хватаешься, как и герой, за жизнь, чтобы что-то в ней изменить, помочь кому-то, прожить жизнь лучше, чем до этого. Можно сказать, пытаешься выпросить у Бога хоть какое-то прощение за все содеянное, у всего мира, у близких для Артура людей. Но все рушится прямо на глазах и остаётся только путь искупления и принятия подходящего тёмной тучей конца. Изумительный пример, как через геймплей можно дополнить вглубь и вширь философскую идею произведения, сам сюжет. Я с ходом игры лишний раз осознал, что делать плохие поступки (которые влияют на карму) как раз плюнуть. Убил ради прикола прохожего, ограбил кого-то для своих алчных целей. Весело и беззаботно. А делать поступки хорошие стоит реального труда. Чтобы равноправно поднять карму от обычного убийства прохожего фермера, нужно сделать что-то стоящее, как минимум, времени. Даже прикол с рыбалкой и отпусканием рыбы обратно в воду занимает несоизмеримо больше усилий и времени, чем достать револьвер и пустить кому-то пулю в лоб. Про другие аспекты игры даже говорить не стоит. Все и так знают, что это технологический шедевр в плане графики, что это САМЫЙ (!) проработанный открытый мир за все время, который живет сам и в котором, самое главное, хотелось бы пожить самому. Про внимание к деталям маниакальное, что отстреленная веревка на повозке с дровами (сам факт что ее можно отстрелить говорит об этом) в итоге приведёт к тому, что дрова по физике начнут с обоза падать, приведя к каким-то последствиям, на которые живой мир игры реагирует. И таких мелочей буквально тысячи.

    Игра достойна считаться настоящим произведением искусства.    … Expand

    Watch a deer grazing in a wood , then see a pack of wolves sneaking up for an attack , wolves branch off , a crow squawks and the deer's ear pop up , birds fly from trees and the deer gets nervous and bolts straight into the waiting second branch of wolves .
    A chase ensues down towards a river , the deer in a panic jumps in and paddles further downstream , the wolves carry on chasing down 1 side , the deer stumbles to the opposite river bed & starts to walk up a bank .The chase is over.....

    But wait, the 3rd branch of the wolves attack is on the same side as the deer , exhausted , the deer can not run far before being subdued by the remaining pack .
    Wolves eat lunch , then crows and hawks appear for scraps , the rats , foxes and other woodland animals arrive all to do their part in getting every last piece of food from the carcass .

    This is 1 example of thousands of scenarios just for the animals that populate each area .
    I honestly have spent probably too long watching these things unfold instead of shooting the targets . it is an amazing detail that does not get expressed enough .
    Whatever team was involved in the study of every animal and then imputing that knowledge into a each species of the game , from what they eat to how they feed //sleep/mate /live , they all deserve a medal.

    Go buy the game , you will not find a game that gives so much for so little :)    … Expand

There has never been a more explorable and immersive world in all of video gaming. The NPCs feel so alive, like they came from the old west version of the movie "Free Guy". And the graphics, even as ISimply put, the greatest game ever created. You couldn't feel more like a cowboy even if you time-traveled to 1885 and took your horse down to old town road and strolled into Dodge City. And the graphics, even as I write this four years after its release, stand toe to toe with any game even next gen games. And that makes it so depressing that Rockstar and Take Two have decided to let Red Dead Online die at the expense of the fans.     It’s an huge, outstanding piece of art – worth the hard-earned cash as well as countless hours that are needed to get to know at least some of the attractions of Rockstar’s rendition of Wild West. For those who put story first – the biggest virtue of Red Dead Redemption 2 is that it sets the stage for RDR 1 and does it wonderfully. [13/2018, p.40]

    Amazing not only for Western lovers. No other game has probably offered so many options to express yourself in the open world, and at the same time did not have such an interesting, rough and moving story. A magnificent experience, with a slightly slower start. [Issue#291]
