    The trade market is terrible! And you cannot chat. The economy is one fundamental point in the game, without chat and with this ridiculous trade market the economy is dead. I absolutely love the game but the port to ps4 lost so much that makes the game really poor to play.

    The game itself is great! Probably what Diablo franchise could only wish to be. But unfortunatley, can't say the same for optimization on this specific platform. I have never experience as many crashes in any other 100+ ps4 games I've played. Not only that, there's been so many lags and freezes especially in end game contents that makes playing this game rather stressful than fun becauseThe game itself is great! It's a free to play game so it doesn't hurt to try, but don't invest too much emotionally and monetarily like myself because you're setting yourself up for a disappointment.… Expand

    New and Casual players stay far far away from this garbage. They suck you in with fun initial gameplay and cool story but as you progress through the acts they sneak in a massive 10% EXP penalty upon death! So unknown to the player who likes to push his character to the limits and dies frequently on first play through to learn the game, that player will be stuck in limbo losing hours andNew and Casual players stay far far away from this garbage. More hours lost! Poof gone in the wind are your valuable free moments from work and the stresses of real life Poof in the wind and your reward? A few terrible loot drops and some stupid currency which you have to skulk around the trade markets for 6 hours to find a single item worth adding to your build! Have fun anyone with a semblance of a life who can't sit on POE for 12 hours a day 7 days a week to approach the end game content. Just do yourself and your friends a favour and stay as far away as you can tell them to as well.… Expand

    Very poor adaptation for PS4. Usually, on PS4 you play on a couch, so fonts and UI is too small, and can't be adjusted. Localization (in my case Russian) is terrible, long text going away from boxes/scope. Were is subtitles? Didn't fount any options to turn on subtitles. Character moves feel terrible with sticks, it's like an analog port of control. Take a look at how a character moves inVery poor adaptation for PS4.     Overall this game feels bad for me, even if it maybe have great gameplay and ARPG principles, if it's not comfortable to play than it's all useless.

    TL;DR
    Lazy and poor UI port for console. Character movements feel rough, not smooth at all. No subtitles (captions). Russian localization terrible, text going through frames. Game tutorial sometimes not showing correct input buttons you have to press.

    PC version feels a lot better. Can't recommend you PoE on PS4 for now, unfortunately, and I'm sure they won't fix it.    … Expand

    Game does nothing but crash crash crash. Can't even get past the GGG opening screen. Anyone who says this is better than Diabo is just strait up lying and should be ashamed of themselves.

    EVERY update they make end game more annoying. This patch 3.9 is so stupid and boring regarding atlas maps design and functionality that will make you stop playing the game... you will have more fun playing mobile p2w games.

    The game begins very interesting, but then you are thrown into a memory area with hundreds of enemies, in which you are supposed to activate memory stabilizers. But you are completely lost not knowing what exactly to do until you die.
    Perfect way to piss off new players. It has been out long enough that GGG should have corrected the server disconnect issues by now, but instead offer excuses that the problem is due to its complex calculation in dealing with so many players and their interaction with the game.     While the game itself is pretty good, the PS4 Port (Played on PS4 Pro) is barely playable.
    The game crashes regularly, it seems there's no disconnection handler, instead the game and the PS4 just crashes.
    It makes it barely possible to complete anything long or difficult. Character progression is great, just sad the game is bogged down by following problems: a) Your character gets    While the game itself is pretty good, the PS4 Port (Played on PS4 Pro) is barely playable.

    Character progression is great, just sad the game is bogged down by following problems:
    a) Your character gets weaker (literally) when you progress in the story, which is kinda backward in usual gamedesign
    b) The game has (in endgame) LOT of insta kill mechanics which pretty much invalidate all classes and skills that are not very mobile which limits the theoretically skill system greatly.
    c) There's a very limited reskill system implemented, if you're getting into it late, you'll have to do a lot of grinding to reskill a class.
    d) The Inventory is tiny, leading to a lot of Inventory management (On PS4, this is especially gruesome)

    So TL;DR great game to play, just sad you will spend most of the time not actually playing it.    … Expand

    This game sucks, my friend, spongebobpopsicle, and I, elliot_jasso, started playing this game a week ago and we both gave up yesterday. This game isn’t user friendly at all, we constantly found ourselves stuck and confused on what to do/ where to go. We progressed up to act 4 where the mining part of the game ended our playthrough, as it sucked.     I want to love this game, a materia system to custom create your attacks, a sphere grid system done right for leveling, and an interesting dark fantasy storyline. That all being said, this game is horribly unfinished in its ps4 edition, I haven't played on other platforms so I do not know how it is on them. The game will crash about five or mor times in a single few hour play session even when doing simple tasks such as navigating inventory. This is especially egregious when it decides to stop working in the middle of a task or dungeon that you only get one life to complete, if the game decides to stop working, you failed. Without this game breaking issue this game would likely be a 6-7 for me. The other 3-4 points are lost for this game because of the way its monetization is designed, I want to support games I enjoy, but 12$ for a hedgehog companion that only can exist on a single character at a time is over 4 times as much as i would consider reasonable, and I have spent over 250$ on another far more rewarding free to play game that is also originally on PC and ported to PS4, so its not like I'm cheap, or like porting it should be this much of a struggle. And we still don't even have a clan system, something I know was in the original launch on PC.… Expand

    I loved this game with all my heart. Today I hate him. The team takes the game in a disastrous direction. Especially since these last leagues with Archnemesis mods. When I open POE it's for play with real fun. Not to play a failed Soul-like

    The PS4 version of Path of Exile is not the best of the bunch, and there are still bugs and glitches all over, but this is still an excellent hack'n'slash RPG and one of the best free-to-play to have ever graced the console market.
