Much like the Soroboreans, this DLC punishes you for exploring at your leisure. It also makes astronomical requests of your time and energy, and suffers from major imbalances around in-game money in such egregiously frustrating ways.

If the Soroboreans was a slog, the Three Brothers is an even more unrewarding time sink. Rather than accentuate the best parts of Outward, this DLC is so bad that it soured the appeal of the entire Outward experience for me. It is debatable, in my eyes, whether or not Outward is better off without the Three Brothers DLC, and that is an outrageously bad thing to have to say about any game's DLC.
