The Three Brothers, much like Outward's other DLC, the Soroboreans, brings glaring attention to many of the frustrating elements found in the base game while somehow making it all even more of a drag.

If the Soroboreans was a slog, the Three Brothers is an even more unrewarding time sink. Rather than accentuate the best parts of Outward, this DLC is so bad that it soured the appeal of the entire Outward experience for me. It is debatable, in my eyes, whether or not Outward is better off without the Three Brothers DLC, and that is an outrageously bad thing to have to say about any game's DLC.… Expand
