Aug 14, 2018Outlast is incredibly terrifying. What it lacks in gameplay it makes up for in atmosphere and haunting imagery.
-
Jun 19, 2017Maybe the biggest horror game to come out of 2013. One of the scariest games i've played in a while. From the atmosphere to the characters and the hospital itself.
-
Jun 29, 2016entretenido, cumple con lo que promete, te tiene en tensión y suspenso constante, lo unico que no me gustó es lo repetitivo de las situaciones a resolver.

Oct 29, 2018Outlast is a good horror game, I'm not a fan of all the hiding but I managed to look past that. What you have here as a genuinely scary game. There really isn't much of a story in this game but that doesn't matter as the gameplay is really good. Outlast is a good game to play when you feel like being scared.

Sep 28, 2020Played it in 2020 after TLOU2 and Ghost of Tsushima so the quality of the game is obvious not that good. But as for such an old game it's very atmospheric, story is quite interesting and sometimes my heartbeat was quite high and I think it's the best recommendation for the horror game.

Oct 12, 2020O primeiro jogo de terror com história mesmo que me lembro de ter contato. Até hoje é um dos melhores, realmente bem assustador. Não é muito meu estilo mas valeu a pena mesmo assim.

Mar 27, 2022Still one of the best horrors of all the time, but sometimes game design looks puzzling

Dec 24, 2022Answer: 75 characters is between 10 words and 19 words with spaces included in the character count. If spaces are not included in the character count, then 75 characters is between 12 words and 25 words.

Aug 2, 2014Outlast is a terrifying game to play on Playstation 4. Although the gameplay is somewhat repetitive, it truly is a horrific experience that I would definitely recommend.
-
Feb 13, 2014This game is a very frightening experience but an enjoyable one. I love everything about this game except two things. First, some of the scares get repetitive, second the ending of the game is a terrible appointment.
-
Mar 24, 2014Boring. I played it on PS4 and I was completely disappointed. I'll have to wait and try other games, then I'll try with this again and I'll change my review if necessary.

Nov 11, 2014Outlast is an oppressive game until the end. You have no weapon but only your camera.

Music 5/10
Gameplay 8/10
Scenario 7/10
My overall score is 7 -
May 15, 2018Amazing atmosphere and hide-and-seek game-play make up for a contrived plot and ending.

Playstation Official Magazine AustraliaMar 19, 2014It’s not perfect, but Outlast still succeeds at scaring the pants off you. [April 2014, p80]
-
Play UKMar 10, 2014A great example of the new wave of indie horror, Outlast isn't revolutionary or particularly terrifying, but some great jump scares and a fun, cheesy story make it well worth checking out. [Issue#241, p.72]

Feb 25, 2014Outlast is a virtual tour through a hall of terrors. Even playing the game in full daylight makes me uneasy. However, the game's overall level design and gameplay were sacrificed at the altar of fear. If you're looking for an experience that will get your adrenaline pumping, Outlast is hard to beat, but if you’re looking for a meatier horror experience then you might want to run past this one.
