    To me the game is a huge step forward and gives hope that EA might actually listen to the fans that wanted a more “Underground” experience. The game story is short and could have offered much more given the attention to detail and voice acting that the cut scenes offer...but yeah.     Actually need for speed games are so boring at these days but this game is different because you do not need to just follow missions . But when you modified a car you notice that it has no diversity from need for speed payback . And there is no barricade so if you make a mistake you must start over ! Also you can change the sounds of your car !But despite everything game is good ...

    Need for heat feels spectacular it's a big improvement from nfs payback.I love that you can switch from day to night it has that underground feel to it so I would recommend this game to people who are fans of nfs

    I'm really disappointed, at first I even have fun, even though it's very similar to the 2015 game, but the gameplay is terrible.
    The game only has graphics, the game police is somewhat unfair and boring, the day and night system to earn money and REP separately is a bad idea.

    but the story is really too short after we lose the desire to keep playing
    the garage is badly designed we see cars belonging to other players, WTF we don't care about cars of other players

    NFS Heat brings back to U2 and MW days. Its a game that got me hooked up again and really wanting to play some NFS. Graphics are great and gameplay pretty fun, although cops are tough.

    It's fine if you don't like Heat, people have different tastes but i see a lot of "muh bad graphics, muh unrealistic physics, muh hard cops, 0/10" like jfc play Ridge Racer Type 4, GT2, GT4, Burnout, and Black Box NFS and then realize that not every damn racing game needs to be a sim.

    This is the best NFS Game since Prostreet, as it builds on elements from previous games (both Ghost and    It's fine if you don't like Heat, people have different tastes but i see a lot of "muh bad graphics, muh unrealistic physics, muh hard cops, 0/10" like jfc play Ridge Racer Type 4, GT2, GT4, Burnout, and Black Box NFS and then realize that not every damn racing game needs to be a sim.

    This is the best NFS Game since Prostreet, as it builds on elements from previous games (both Ghost and Black Box) in ways we haven't seen in over ten years, and that's fax. Is the story bad? Yes, but it does stuff I didn't expect and isn't super intrusive (see Carbon for an intrusive storyline). Is the music terrible? Yes, but I usually flip on a playlist and mute the music for these games anyway. Are the cops hard? Yes. Stay out of Level 3-4 pursuits until you get a better car, and git gud, after you start getting close to beating the game (which is like 5/8ths as powerful as your car can get) you can evade them with ease.

    But this game does a lot right. Decent choice in cars, good world and track design, good visual design without too many nasty filters or effects, and an honestly phenomenal customization system. The physics are different than a lot of other games, but they feel fine. Not realistic, and that's a good thing for a game like this. The cars have a decent weight to them and over/understeer if you tune them wrong and go too fast into a corner, but you can really dial it in and make them handle exactly how you want. It takes some time, but my Countach, M3 GTR and Devil Z handle really well.
    I didn't like drifting at first either, but then i just did it enough and it clicked and found them to be a healthy challenge. Tutorial for it is awful though so I see why people don't like it.

    No one as actually mentioned what I take issue with the game. No wheel support yet, and that's booty cheeks. VR Support missing isn't a surprise, but damn after playing Assetto Corsa it's hard to go back to monitor view. The worst part is the multiplayer, you just kinda get invited to a lobby to race with zero balancing, or matchmaking, or anything. It's supplementary, but still, i wish it was better.

    So yeah, 9/10. TL;DR this NFS game is fun, for the first time since 2007. The world is fun to be in, the races are VERY well choreographed, and the customization is bang on. Story is cheesy and the lines are poorly delivered but I honestly couldn't care less. Cops are finally a decent challenge even if they feel like **** at first. Peace.    … Expand

    Great game! I love the customization of vehicles here. Car physics became better. You can now feel the grip and change the way you want your car to be controlled. Way better than NFS 2015. Unfortunately, the storyline isn’t that good, that’s why Need for Speed Heat is a 9/10 for me.

    The game itself is very nice. I love the car sounds, they're very well made. The soundtrack isn't very good but i think it fits the game so i'll just let it pass. The choice of cars is very good and the customization is what takes the cake in this game. To sum up, it is not perfect but it's not bad either, therefore i'll give it a 7 out of 10.

    El juego en general está bien. La conducción es divertida y creo que el nuevo sistema de derrape es mejor que en anteriores entregas. La personalización de vehículos es de lo mejor que he visto nunca, lo cual es uno de los principales atractivos de un Need for Speed (al menos en mi caso).     I'm just dissapointed that I really expected anything from this game. Optimisation problems are very frustrating and weird physics really show what Frostbite can do, story is just... not even there; it's like forced too much and failed really bad.     Have any good sides? Sure. Physics are fine after you get used to it and night time visuals are pretty impressive (opposite of day time tho). Soundtrack is good and things like engine swap etc. is pretty cool. Sounds could be just a bit better tho.

    Final verdict: This game just trying to be like it's succesful predecessors; mixed with Payback UI and style, and it copied everything so bad that makes this game a failure.    … Expand

This was definitely the best racer for 2019 next to Wreckfest. This game doesn't have hardcore bugs as people claim and the mechanics are the best by far with the day and night cycle. It makes sense because during the day you earn money and at night you earn respect which makes sense. People suck and don't know anything about decent racing games and aren't good at them therefore they are salty. Police level 4 is easy to escape. I've escaped plenty of times.     This is a fun game, the story isn't incredible but is fine, the customization is one of the best aspects of the game.
    One of the biggest cons is the AI, the're so STUPID, you can't lose a race also in the highest difficulty.

    What I have played in the 2hs of casual game play is a lot of payback coming back to haunt me. Point one: the trailers and reviews make the game sound it’s better than payback and rivals when it take elements from both the rain seems to be from rivals and the handling and customise menus and even the traffic are the same as payback

    Point two: The rng in payback I thought way awful but no they managed to make the rng even worst in heat meaning cop chases go on for way two long and they get infinite nitros to keep up making the game feel unfair and there’s no skill in losing them because it’s just by chance. Last Point: i don’t get why they made manual transmission so awkward to use in the game it makes drifting awkward and not fun which is weird because in payback I enjoyed the drifting and found that you can get really good at it the controls in heat are set up they have decided is so clunky still don’t understand why we can’t set our own preset for controllers like in payback. If You make a mistake you lose the race and if the cops are around (they will) you cant restart the race so you have to escape. or you do a perfect race or you eat a 10 minute escape chase so you can go again and restart the race (if youDONT BUY THIS GAME.     On PS4 fat graphic is so bad NFS 2015 looks better, soundtrack sucks, every song is **** gameplay is not so bad. I so disappointed, because in NFS games music was in 1-st place for me, I really like it in NFS payback, but in this part it’s really sucks

    The story has appeal, however despite trying my best I struggle with controlling the car.
    I play GT Sports, Dirt ect.. but for some reason can't keep this car on the track.
    Using a Logitech Wheel Set.
    Perhaps this game is targeting drifters..???

    While fun, ultimately while i stopped playing is that it gives me headaches., yet can spend hours playing GT Sports and other titles.

    Great game! Very fun and dramatic especially at night! The graphics are nice, and driving model is excellent! You can edit cars like never before and paint jobs from community are top notch.

    Honestly, I really enjoyed this game. Technically, this game is pretty underdeveloped and the story is what you'd expect from nfs (not great), but I really liked the great customization of the cars and the lightweight for racing games gameplay. Definitely a game for casual gamers and older NFS fans like me.

Радует что впервые за серию полиция действительно что то может, но только из-за того что автомобиль теперь имеет запас прочности. Автомобилей достаточно, список большой, но когда видишь в магазине 3 версии никому ненужной Lamborghini huracan, понимаешь что количество автомобилей искусственно накручено. Логика автомобилей тоже поломана напрочь! Где это видано чтобы VW beetle бегал по бездорожью лучше заряженного по полной RR Sport SVR? За все время игры сложилось впечатление что игру клепали люди, далекие от автомобилей и автоспорта в целом и только ради того чтобы сделать «побольше, поярче, более размыто на скоростях». Большая и абсолютно не запоминающаяся карта, которая, в отличии от NFS payback, ничем не привлекает и не запоминается. Зато на эту карту понатыкали «активностей» в духе «собери всех покемонов!» - щиты, прыжки, граффити, покемо...фламинго! 100 фламинго и 130 граффити, которые еще нужно отыскать или же купить за 350+ рублей доступ к карте с отметками, но пока соберёшь их всех - поседеешь. Честно, в таком виде коллекционные предметы в гоночной игре - извращение. В итоге nfs heat по уровню самоистязания за время прохождения превзошёл всю серию dark souls! Но не сложностью гонок и полиции, а бесконечным гриндом денег, репутации и коллекционных предметов и все под отвратительную музыку, которая мало того что отвратительна сама по себе, но и повторяется так часто, словно в игре всего 5 треков. С каким удовольствием можно было кататься в nfs 2015 года и какой же разнообразный, хотя и очень спорный, был nfs payback, но nfs heat переплюнул все игры Nfs - отвратительный наследник великой серии. Самое обидное что играешь и думаешь «ну могли вот тут допилить, ну чуть-чуть не дотянули, ну есть крутые идеи, есть у игры потенциал, но просто всё бросили как есть.»
    А ведь совсем немного не хватает Heat чтобы из гадкого утёнка стать красивым лебедем, но пока что 10 фламинго из 100 и кровоточащие уши. Честно, саундтрек просто отбивает желание вообще играть в эту игру.    … Expand

    This game is definitely horse **** cops are unbelievably annoying. They don't seize chasing you no matter what you do. Which makes plating this game impossible. I hate this game. waste of money. Uninstalled.

    Напрягает жесткая полиция. Особенно что нужно рейтинг набивать, а штраф за задержания огромный. Укрытий во время погони нет, как и способа оторваться как в моствонтед. До гонок на которые нужно приехать с рейтингом 3 доехать так и не получалось, там все время копы спавнятся, а при активной погоне гонки не доступны, а после гаража    Приятная аркадная гонка, в принципе то. что и ожидаешь!

До гонок на которые нужно приехать с рейтингом 3 доехать так и не получалось, там все время копы спавнятся, а при активной погоне гонки не доступны, а после гаража уровень рейтинга снова ноль.
    Забросил игру чисто из-за обязаловки гринда по поллиции. Машины разбиваются легко даже на низком уровне сложности, а ремнтов всего 3 ночью. Короче чет по перебору сделали((

    Yes it is better than the games before from this series, but it is still far away from being a visually polished racing game with addictive gameplay. Technically it is a shame for such a new game from such a big studio with its budget. Codemasters Grid is a better choice so much, there are worlds between them.

    NFS slowly getting better. I feel the dev's missed an opportunity with the s2k. They should have gave it a topless option. Some cars need more love with customizations. I often found myself saying "what is the point in having these cars if I can't customize them?" By far the best nfs game yet tho.

    Best Need For Speed since Carbon (2006)

    I am glad the franchise is going back to the origins, but it still lacks a few aspects like a decent soundtrack, less emphasis on this pointless story and more in racing. Also something worth to mention is that there are no more extremely greedy microtransactions like the last games, just play as it is and be happy.

Автопарк большой, но зачем добавлять почти одинаковые машины, добавили дохера 911 поршей, добавили спайдерские версии многих автомобилей . ЗАЧЕМ? Дополнительные мисии безсмысленные. Кск я понял, мисии по бездорожью и обычные гонки можно завершить после основного сюжета. Смысл? Машины которые получаешь после завершения просто ужасные по характеристикам. Копы просто терминаторы, ещё и лимитированные починки за ночь добавили, просто замечательно. Короче игра точно нестоит 70 евро. There are small short-cuts between way-points for drivers that keep their eyes open, there are tricks to get away from police during the illegal races at night and it has a nice little story line.     The games pretty fun and the gameplays addictive. Graphics aren't as good as NFS 2016, and character models break immersion cuz they arent very detailed. The story is a bit of a mess as well.

    Honestly it's really damn good. Ghost Games really shifted their gears and fixed everything they did wrong in their previous NFS games. Only thing that sucks is the bad soundtrack (amateur rap) and hard cops. But all in all, the story is damn catching and driving is finally fun. And that's from someone who played MW back in 2005

The game's lore could've been salvaged if challenging the "League" (which was built up for nothing basically) would be set in a Pro Street like environment and ending the game right at the end of the contest.

    There are a few things i like and hate. Personally i hate the cops, it's so bs that it's ruining my experience. I like the car sounds, The story is boring, The driving mechanics could be better but not bad, the customization is customizable, and there is no first person mode.

    For me personally i think this game is worth 15 bucks or less, so if you found this game on sale for that amount you should take the gamble, because you will either love it or hate it.

    For the time we are in with a total lack of creativity in car games from the era of NFS Underground through Pro Street, NFS Heat is a very solid game and if I were a kid now, I think I could sink a lot of time into this game like I did so long ago with the classic Need for Speeds.

    The only things that is good in this games are the cars and their customizations. It has a broad variety of cars (classic muscles, european coupes, japanese tuners, hybrid hypercars, etc) and the customization (maybe not as limitless as Carbons' Autosculpt) lets you design and play with your dream car for hours end.

    Previous games in the series let you remap and NFS 2015 was one of my favourite racing games. I have remapping software but when I looked at my remapping game list and only saw games 10-15 years old, I realized how ridiculous this was to have a one-year-old game in there. So if you have too many games, too little time and don't want to setup remapping software to change to decent manual controls, I'd wait till the next NFS and hope they add controller remapping back in. As well as police only ever targeting your car in night time races and AI racers seemingly ramming/blocking you in races in ways that only benefit the AI who is leading to active the age old "catch up mechanic" that is in all racing games. EA you have seemingly perfected the art of making frustrating games as a opposed to challenging games. The worst part is I really want to enjoy this game more! The design/customization choices on cars is amazing, the fact that you can feel the different in the car when you make slight changes, even if the handling and racing is purely arcade-esq (I think I like that blends the elements of realism and fun fantasy). There is a lot to love about it but it is impossible to love because in is hamstrung by the fact that you seemingly couldn't make a challenge game so you just made it frustrating. Also the story **** but that is pretty much standard for any EA game whether it be the Journey in FIFA or any NFS story mode. You really hammer home the cliché you can't polish a turd but you can roll it in glitter.… Expand

    Terrible writing, overly complicated vehicle customization and a C+ sound track. The only thing that saves it is the driving but it's the same driving as every other Need for Speed game so I'd suggest a different entry for the series.

    Côté IA, c'est le grand désastre : entre les autres pilotes qui auront le fair-play d'un joueur de football en vous rentrant dedans sans vergogne et la police qui semble n'avoir d'yeux que pour vous lors des courses poursuites de nuit. De plus, la police, malgré des voitures de puissance inférieure, n'aura aucun mal à vous rattraper, quelque soit les terrains. Impossible à semer sur terre mais aussi sur route. Pro du drift et du drag, impossible à distancer. Une IA très déséquilibrée donc qui ruinera l'expérience de jeu.
    Enfin, la durée de vie du jeu est courte si l'on exclut les habituelles chasses aux panneaux et challenges.

    Need For Speed: Heat is overall a pretty good game which has some downsides, and is probably the best NFS since Rivals. Upsides:
    Decent graphics, especially at night. It's a PS4-era game after all, we can't expect too much.
    Amazing car customization and tuning, it gives a lot of freedom to the player. You can swap engines, visual and mechanical parts, change the color of your nitro,    Need For Speed: Heat is overall a pretty good game which has some downsides, and is probably the best NFS since Rivals. Upsides:
    Decent graphics, especially at night. It's a PS4-era game after all, we can't expect too much.
    Amazing car customization and tuning, it gives a lot of freedom to the player. You can swap engines, visual and mechanical parts, change the color of your nitro, backfire or smoke, add air suspension, change your vehicle's stance, horn, sound, and much more.
    Good enough story mode for a racing game.
    Police actually poses a danger in this game, which is great and adds some challenge to night races.
    Big map with different interesting locations and regions.
    NFS: Heat is fairly well optimised and doesn't loose frames very often.

    Downsides:
    Much-to-be-desired car handling, sometimes it's unpredictable and too sensitive, which is a problem in a game about cars.
    Wonky physics
    Terrible drifting
    Poor multiplayer, you can't make player only races and the lobbies are quite small (8 players max.)
    No drag races, this may not be a probelm to some people including me, but I thought it's worth to mention.    … Expand

A poor man's Crew 2, with less event variety, map diversity, or things to do. Police chases are awful and lack gameplay or environmental mechanisms to throw the police off, leading to protracted and boring sprints to out pace the police vehicles. Map is too small for aLazy and phoned in. Barely innovates on open world racing games from ten years ago, and in some ways has less to offer.     I like day and night cycle but i FCK HATE that game don't demand from us to win races in 1st place. They're marked on the map as completed but i was third.

    I don't like it. I have no motivation to play like that. As for graphics i don't like trees. They're too sharp. Only TAA is helping but not too much. I don't know. Payback was better for me (apart from buying parts for points).    I like day and night cycle but i FCK HATE that game don't demand from us to win races in 1st place.     Last thing - i hate collectibles like this in racing games. I wan't to discover them somehow but with help of the game. Maybe paid map, partial map or something. I can't look for those by free ride.

    There's fun to be had with this game but it's buried in a huge amount of grind, tedium and overall, incredibly annoying rubbish. Firstly, the good:

    Car customization is the best thing this game has to offer. It is full of options and is fun to compare your creations with those of your friends. It's a pretty good looking game. Some of the cars actually feel great to drive. At times,    There's fun to be had with this game but it's buried in a huge amount of grind, tedium and overall, incredibly annoying rubbish. Firstly, the good:

    Car customization is the best thing this game has to offer. It is full of options and is fun to compare your creations with those of your friends. It's a pretty good looking game. Some of the cars actually feel great to drive. At times, there's an albeit small but not insignificant adrenaline rush that this game gives me and that's because i think it nails the sense of speed. Going fast actually does feel fast and that's commendable. I tend to prefer more simulator type racers but the driving model here can be fun too. But, there are often these brief moments where the game basically refuses steering input for some reason. It isn't a huge deal but it's happened often enough for me to notice it and to crash multiple times because of it.

    Otherwise, I HATE the AI traffic in these games and i doubt it had ever been this egregiously bad. Cars stopping in the middle of the road as you near them. Doing perpendicular turns at T junctions and 4-ways from the far side of a two lane road. Always seeming to appear infront of you at the final moment when going up(or down) an incline. And, maybe i'm mistaken here but i swear there is usually more traffic in the night races than at day. Particularly in the high heat races. It feels like they are there to stop you or to seriously annoy you.

    I also hate the cops. I don't mind them being extra aggressive but i do mind when, even if you're racing in a grid of like 7 other cars, they only take an interest in you. They only chase you. And the damage they do when ramming you is unreasonably large, and doesn't even affect their cars even though when you ram them, it also affects your car. I hate that you can tune a car for a specific surface (track, dirt, drift) but almost never outrun the cops on that surface(atleast on hard difficulty that is). The cop cars are all purpose in a way that your cars can never be. I hate that the cop cars seem to teleport at will and have infinite acceleration. I hate that if they crash into you for no reason, they start chasing you. They ruin the game.

    I hate how grindy everything is. The cars can be satisfying to drive but never enough to offset all the grinding you have to do to level up your reputation and earn money for new cars and parts. It's tiring.

    Otherwise, the story is generic. Your usual NFS schlock of a young up-and-coming driver building his reputation, facing the established dons in the underground racing scene before finding out that the cops are the real bad guys. The soundtrack is trash with like 2 serviceable songs. The icons on the mini map are too big and make it difficult to see the road to take and which particular icon you want to move to.

    I've played a lot of this game and though i undoubtedly had some fun, i had a lot of frustration too.    … Expand

    Need for Speed: Heat is the first good step for the franchise in years. Devoid of micro transactions, providing some Underground-like neon vibes with it’s best customization system, it can provide more than a dozen of hours of fun, despite it’s dead like world design and irrelevant and boring story.

    Again, I don’t think Need for Speed Heat does much to re-invent the wheel when it comes to open-world racing games, but it does help reset the franchise in a way that felt necessary at this point. It’s an enjoyable experience throughout, the story is entertaining if maybe a little too serious, and the overall progression path is well realized. If you’re hungry to get behind the wheel of a virtual car this season, Need for Speed Heat is likely going to be the game for you.
