    The best Need for Speed entry in a while. The vibe of the world and art directions is awesome. The customisation of the car combined with the character customisation add a lot of depth into the game and variety.
    The cars feel great and the handling model improved a lot compared to Payback and it's very intuitive to fit it to your tastes with the Live tuning.     The city looks great, is detailed and feels true to it's inspired location. Meanwhile the Handling is the best it has been since Ghost took over, Cars do not twitch around on their own accord and you finally have full control. Drifting is harder and therefore presents a bigger learning curve. All in all this is a extremely good need for speed game    Best Need For Speed of this generation.

    Great game by ghost games. Beautiful graphics.
    Customization is top notch.
    Good amount of cars.
    Driving mechanics could be better.
    Cops are too aggressive.
    Rewards well if u manage to escape at 5 star heat.

    Great game, way better than the previous entry in the series (Payback), better graphics, handling and no predatory microtransactions as of today at least.

    It's not flawless but nothing is, I'm enjoying my time playing it and that's all that matters.

    The game is really good. It is an extremely fun racing game with lots of potential. This bad reviews are just haters hating on a good game basically. The game has both day/night mode, good car handling, great graphics and the physics of driving has always been arcad-ish which I have no problem with. If you actually look at the reviews and decides to play this game, then you're missing out on something that is really amazing. This nfs throughout the years is the closest title that got close to mw(2005) and u2, and pro street in my opinion. I had amazing times with my friends in this game like setting up a party and had a car meet, had few runs in the highway.. This bad reviews are seriously from haters and it's because some people just can't accept the fact that (EA) actually published a good game after all these recent backlashes the company facing without realizing that GHOST GAMES's effort in this game.. Look at LP-RIPPER24 (a youtuber's view) on the nfs heat's bad review.. Just ignore this reviews and try it out, I'm telling you, this is an entertaining racing game that gives you the feel of underground 2, pro street, carbon, most wanted all combined..… Expand

    This game has its flaws, but I have not put it down since I bought it. The one thing they need to work on still is the handling, but its definitely better than the last installment!!! The customization is a lot of fun and the races are a blast. The cops can be a little difficult at times, but not to the point where I think it's a bad thing. The physics of the cars are good but I was hoping for some real car damage I mean slamming a wall at 150mph and not having any damage was kind of lame. The story is ehh but like I said the effort on the racing is much improved. All and all a great step in the right direction. And before I forget, NO MICRO TRANSACTIONS? You actually have to grind on a EA game? Bug thumbs up for that. I'm actually giving this a 8.0/10. A ten to offset these fake ass low scores!!!… Expand

    This is the best NFS since years!

    The city is big and really good and the game looks beatiful. Cops are aggressive again and the story is decent too.

    This genuinely feels like a throwback to the OG most wanted and underground days. There are some performance issues that plague the game but other than that, we finally have a good need for speed game this year. Good job Ghost.

Очень понравилось что героя игры теперь можно не просто выбрать, но и одевать его как хочешь. В общем, класс. Машины сталиОчень понравилась новая Need for Speed. В игре чувствуется атмосфера. И она зависит от того, что происходит, например когда коп догоняет, становится страшной такой. В общем, OST наконец-то классный сделали в NFS.

    Есть небольшие проблемы с графикой и геймплеем, а именно с анимацией. Волны в море - они ужасны. То как сминаются кусты под машиной - ну это вообще полный бред. Можно снести толстое дерево на дороге на скорости 0,1 км/ч. Не машина, а броневик какой-то сминающий все на своем пути - это минус.

    А так все круто, красиво. Совершенно другая и новая игра, хоть и на движке Payback.    … Expand

    The BEST NFS I've played since Carbon. There's nothing else for me to say. I can only this game for hours and not get bored. And pursuits are the most fun in years and not as frustrating as Rival's pursuits. Overall very happy with the game and with what ghost has done.

    The game is so much fun, Love what they did with the day night mechanic.
    car customization is crazy good.
    My only complain is i don't like the soundtrack but i can mute the music and play my own.

It captures every good aspects taken from the great nfs titles like most wanted (2005), underground 2, pro street and carbon. The game doesn't get boring by no means. The ai level is ok, if your car rating is more than the recommended rating in any specific race you're selecting, you're good. The driving physics is of course arcade and I'm loving the new drifting physics. The customization is outstanding with loads of options available to customize your car and FINALLY NO SPEEDCARDS from payback. The graphics looks great. Now, I would want EA to kinda tweak the photo mode a little bit because it's kinda tricky and annoying to work with but other than everything is good. If you just wanna have fun and race with your friends and hang around and wanna host car meets and stuff, this game is a way to go, it gives more pro street, underground 2, and carbon as in general. Also, I like one of the most important of the game is that you can play offline and people who don't want to multiplayer can play offline.… Expand

    heat delivers something we actually wanted from 2011. I think that handling matches the good old black box games, story isnt maybe the best thing but nowadays stories arent focused on, just look at forza horizon 4... at least we have progression system of some sort and finally good cops, engine sounds are good and overall game looks like ghost put a lot of effort in it.

    It's absolutely amazing how ghost has improved HDR and weather on this gorgeous game. The dynamics look fantastic.
    When it's raining and go under the cover of building, you'll see how beautiful the weather system works.
    It's incredible how free you rae at customizing the cars.

    It’s amazing full of underground, most wanted, carbon and prostreet vibes. Modern and fresh! And the story although a little short for my taste is way better than the previous games. I had a lot of fun playing it. Oh and those cops are deadly lol

    Need for speed Heat is great! Don't read reviews with a score of 0, because they just are from frustrated people or Forza fanboys. I have played both FH 4 and NFS Heat, and i can say NFS Heat is different, but not worse. In some ways it is even better!

    Graphics: the graphics are okay and sometimes even good. Not the most beautifull i have seen but with some patches it can be even    Need for speed Heat is great! In some ways it is even better!

    Graphics: the graphics are okay and sometimes even good. Not the most beautifull i have seen but with some patches it can be even better. Overall the game looks nice with very detailed cars and a nice environment.

    Sound: the sounds is just amazing!! NFS always had good sound, but this is just getting better. Each car sound different depending how you upgrade it and you can even tweak the exhaustsystem for your own personalized sound. And yes, the sound is one of the points NFS beats games like Forza big time.

    Gameplay: it's all about the love for cars and do races to upgrade them: day for money and night for reputationpoints, to unlock upgradeparts. Handling isn't realistic but it's fun. Above all you can tweak it to your own likings to a drift, race or rally build.

    The storymode is pretty fun also. Much better then it was back in 2015 or in Payback. It is is'nt great, but personally i don't play a racegame for the story. Does other racegames have a great 'story'? Don't think so. When you want a good story you have to play Uncharted 4, The last of us or Days Gone.

    Police are also back and more agressive then ever. In my opinion and especially in the beginning with a beginner car, they are way to hard. Good thing they are back but very frustrating when you have hypercar and the police are keeping up with great ease and making you feel you drive a 75 horsepower car instead of a Koenigsegg.

    The game really is great and shines on sound and how you can tune your car. Really a lot of options to make it your own unique car with even your own sound, handling and visual upgrades. Hopefully they fix balancing problems with the police and improve the overall game, because the basics are solid! Now the question; is NFS Heat better then Forza Horizon 4? Yes and no. Yes, the sound is much much much better and you can upgrade your car to your own liking. On the other hand, Forza looks much much better, and the handling is more realistic. In my opinion NFS has more of a fun factor for long replayability then Forza due its deep upgrading system.

    Excelente NFS, en mi opinion el mejor en 14 años y a la altura de most wanted y underground 2, tiene personalización exhaustiva, excelente historia y graficos a la altura de forza horizon 4(otro juegazo) Muy contento con lo que ha hecho Ghost Games. Ademas esta libre de micropagos

    This has to be the best Need for Speed I have played in a long time. What ghoust got wrong with payback the got it right with Need for Speed Heat. The story is amazing, but I wish the story was longer than it is. The car list is amazing and the car customisation is better than ever. I highly recommend this game.

    NFS Heat brings back to U2 and MW days. Its a game that got me hooked up again and really wanting to play some NFS. Graphics are great and gameplay pretty fun, although cops are tough.

A single player experience where you have a character that engages a little with the story. You will race a lot to progress and unlock parts you even have the ability to switch engines. The games system of racing during the day and night is excellent and it works. I don't understand how people are giving this game a low score just because. This was definitely the best racer for 2019 next to Wreckfest. This game doesn't have hardcore bugs as people claim and the mechanics are the best by far with the day and night cycle. It makes sense because during the day you earn money and at night you earn respect which makes sense. People suck and don't know anything about decent racing games and aren't good at them therefore they are salty. Police level 4 is easy to escape. I've escaped plenty of times. I don't understand the frustration people get out of this game.… Expand

    Great game! Very fun and dramatic especially at night! The graphics are nice, and driving model is excellent! You can edit cars like never before and paint jobs from community are top notch.

    Eu gostei muito do Jogo, tem uma história não tão má para um jogo de corrida, tem gráficos bons e é muito divertido, para mim é o melhor jogo da saga need for speed.

    Great game. Once you get passed the first vehicles you choose which are horrible. Buy a car at the dealership and tune it. The Honda Civic type r is a great start. Game is fun and offers rewarding upgrades and cars to unlock. Try it for yourself. Don’t understand the hate it’s gotten

    It is a very cool game with a very cool aesthetic. It is pleasing to the eye, plus a very fun driving and mechanics. The almost total absence of micro-transactions is appreciated.

    After playing unbound, safe to say that my gaming experience is better with heat. I feel like unbound is a cheap copy of heat.

    This is NFS getting their form back. It hooks you and keeps you coming back. The cars seem to have a character, pimping the looks, swamping engines, all adds to the experience. The races are challenging, night cops are hard, the day night switching is fun af. The bad; no drag racing, lots of bugs.
    It is not the best NFS, but it is the Best Modern NFS. Very underrated.

    Solid casual experience perfect for me home with my twins :) I would have liked more fast travelling during the days where it wouldn't break the night rules to events but when you unlock most garages it isn't far anywhere. (full disclosure I'm an EA employee but haven't worked at all with this studio or game )

    I really enjoy games that support BLM with diverse characters and fitting hip-hop music. NFS heat may have its flaws but the thrill and hours of enjoyment of racing drifting and rally events will always put NFS on top.

    Been playing NFS games since 2005 and this one is definitely one of the best NFS games ever made. I don't know what else you people on this website want sometimes lmao. Nostalgia rose-tinted glasses, huh? Great customization, heap of cars and events, ability to play solo offline, not grindy at all. One of the best arcade racers.

    After 2 or 3 miserable entries...this game comes along and reinvigorates my faith in the franchise and the direction it is going.
    All I want to do is buy more parts and more cars and after that....do it all over again.

    then, The Story
    So The premise of NFS Heat is that you play as an unnamed racer looking to race in Palm City (A Miami-Inspired City) for the Speedhunters Showdown who meets Lucas Rivera in the garage, After one race, she meets Ana Rivera (Lucas' Young Sister) Where she asks that they need to know who they are by racing at night and avoid the cops, but something from the High Speed Task Force is not what it seems.
    The story is great and the characters are spot on

    Now for the Gameplay
    It has a lot of things to do in Palm City, One of the main attractions is of course the events. From circuit to drift to sprint, there's gonna be alot of racing! Speaking of drift, the car handling is so great. and another of the main attractions is the cop chases, it's so hard yet it's so entertaining that it puts you to the edge of the seat. And of course, we could forget the customization. not only for your car, but also for your avatar can be customized.

    Finally, The Overall Score

    Great NFS overall. Bring back some nice things from the past games, like a good car chase and a nice soundtrack. It's a fun game to play, even with a wheel.

    The customization options are great, but for me personally it would be even better if they chosed to bring back some original parts and not only official parts.     Need for Speed: Heat is the first good step for the franchise in years. Devoid of micro transactions, providing some Underground-like neon vibes with it’s best customization system, it can provide more than a dozen of hours of fun, despite it’s dead like world design and irrelevant and boring story.

    Again, I don’t think Need for Speed Heat does much to re-invent the wheel when it comes to open-world racing games, but it does help reset the franchise in a way that felt necessary at this point. It’s an enjoyable experience throughout, the story is entertaining if maybe a little too serious, and the overall progression path is well realized. If you’re hungry to get behind the wheel of a virtual car this season, Need for Speed Heat is likely going to be the game for you.
