    This is not a basketball game. This is a virtual casino to rip kids off their money. Slot machines, roulette and more, this should not be rated "E" at all.

    Insidious microtransactions, a reskin of NBA 2K19. Even the icon logo was 2K19!! It's a scam everyone. Just stick with NBA 2k19 and dont enforce or encourage their behaviour this year. If you like to actually play a basketball game, dont go for this one.

    This is so bad. Mirotrans are out of control. Am done with the 2k series. And its a gaming sim. No real step up. Just the same game with a updated rooster. With more mirotrans.

    Look. There's simulated gambling. There's REAL gambling. There's slot machines. There's games left to chance. There's micro-transactions around every single corner. The game costs 60.00 + tax. The target audience is "everyone" which includes children. Makes no sense to me. DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. GAME. Something has to change.

    Horrible game filled with bug's. They released an unfinished game like usual and don't get me started on the micro transaction. I don't get it how this game has a 77 metascore, who reviewed this game who are these people.

    When I first played this game I thought it would be much better with previous modes in 2k18-19 but this is barely a game at all. This nba is almost only about lootboxes, and cosmetics are such a grind to buy.

    As someone that use to spend all of there money in the My Team and recovered after being addicted this year's game gives me outer rage as the My Team mode is designed to get you hooked with its pretty attraction of being there to give you good stuff its not. All those Galaxy Opal's, Pink Diamonds gone start all over and majority takes forever to get anyways. Once you do people would majority of the time leave the game instantly seeing your most powerful 99's. Thinking about it it takes a lot of money to get a great card for your My Team I spent $100 and only got two yes two please avoid and the two cards weren't even that good had to sell them in the auction and grind and hopefully win the one card in my auction. This is simulating gambling should be rated T for teen not E. As always play responsibly.… Expand

    So refreshing to see some actual basketball in this ONLINE CASINO SIMULATOR. Also great that it is rated "E" for Everyone so my kids can experience the immersive and addictive nature of GAMBLING so early in their life. Graphics are ok for a 2019 game.

    I stupidly placed my credit card on my 10 year old son's PlayStation in order to purchase games in the past. He somehow managed to spend $279 for in game items in two days. I realize it is partially my fault, but how is a game that offers card sets, which are very expensive, allowable to children 3 and up? Upon closer review this game has actual gambling as well. NBA shouldn't allow this, it's disappointing to me as a fan of the sport and of the NBA as well as the pro basketball players inside this game to be used so intoxicating. BRING BACK TRUE BASKETBALL.     NBA 2K20 includes fewer innovations than a "copy/paste club", yet manages to still play and feel pretty great. Gambling and microtransactions involved are becoming more and more toxic with each year tho.
