This is a complete waste. It definitely doesn't worth the money. Lags in racing, sound issues, nothing new compared with Heat 4. I would've loved to get my money back from Sony.

I've spent 3+ hours with this game and can't figure out how to change my car settings to make it go faster. So I can't compete online or against the cpu...bummer because it could be a fun game if you could actually modify your car.

They have not updated this game in multiple releases. Just paint schemes so they can sell DLC. Career mode is copied and pasted every year. Very limited options. 20-year-old NASCAR games on the PS2 have a more impressive crash damage model. DO NOT BUY this copy and paste game

Its for ps4 but I have many racing games that look and run better that are on ps3 and before. I couldnt recommend this game unless you just wanted to try it out briefly.

It is literally nascar heat 4 in every single way. Even the career is exactly the same

This game is literally NASCAR Heat 4 with updated paint schemes, more glitches, and *worse* physics. Save yourself the money until the next-gen consoles come out. Maybe then the game will finally improve then...

It’s an excellent racing experience held together with numerous player-friendly gameplay options and superb controls, but anyone who played NASCAR Heat 4 will likely get a feeling of déjà vu.

Gameplay was a strength of NASCAR Heat 4, and that has been augmented for NH5. The play is so much fun, it helps to compensate for some of the presentation issues, and what I’d describe as a lack of creativity in other areas. Those issues prevent the game from being great. That said, I’d still consider it the strongest release in the series’ history, and a solid get for NASCAR and racing fans.

NASCAR Heat 5 is a step backward for the series, but still delivers some tense and rewarding racing.
