    Best game in the franchise and my favourite fighting game, people need to cut this game some slack. It’s not all about the **** and the microtransactions aren’t that bad anymore (they were never that bad in the first place anyway)

    Подытожим: Игра - хорошо Микротранзакции - плохо Отель - TriVaGo    Очень сочный файтинг, который смог привнести что-то новое в серию, при это не поломав старого. Просто обалденный сюжетный режим, отличная картинка и всё те же персонажи с кровавыми фаталити, снова лучшая игра для пьяных вечеринок! :D

Sure it is always online and had it's troubled start, but the microtransactions are basically non-existent, the difficulty has better scaling, the rewards have been amped up to make it faster to do things, the Krypt, although buggy in some areas, is still amazing, and the story is just plain great. Fighting is smooth, graphics are insanely good, animations are detailed, mechanics are well-explained in tutorials, the characters all feel relatively different, and now the game is much more balanced. A solid 9, only losing a point for the rocky start, instead of losing everything like some people have done.… Expand

    Netherrealms always knows the way of making a perfect fighting game with high levels of details and gameplay. Let's start with the story. The way of telling the story is just like Injustice 2 so it's cinematic and interesting but after some hours it will be repetitious. Visual effects and graphics are at the highest level but there are not huge distances between MK X & MK11. There are a lot of differences between MK X & 11. The most important one is Fatal Blow . In MK X there was X-RAY. If the opponent block it, there won't be any chances to use it again and it was just a stupid idea. But now we have Fatal Blow that is the completed and enhanced form of the X-Ray. You can use fatal blow just one time in the whole game but it can change the result of the game. When the opponent blocks the Fatal Blow there is sth like cooldown and after some seconds the game will give you another chance to perform it but it might be a bit late. The next big enhancement of the game is blood designs. Now blood is more realistic.Some characters are lovely (in my idea Noob Saibot, Skarlet, and Erron Black are better than the others) but some of them are just like a patch. There won't be any problems if we remove them from the game. Personalization is perfect. You can completely customize your favorite character however you want. But the story is short and you can finish it in 6 to 7 hours. Some basic characters like Smoke aren't in the game. Variety of environment is perfect Now we can see more details. Both the single player and the multiplayer are interesting and they will entertain you for many days or actually for some months. And of course servers are good and players can face each other in the shortest time.
    But it's such a crazy idea to pay a lot to buy skins or some cosmetic items in addition to pay 60 dollars. We expect Netherrealms make an interesting game and finally, after 4 years we saw what we had to see.    … Expand

    if you look at the comments down here just say that alot of people dont know what the **** they are talking about. becuase they highlight that its a microtransaction heavy game. when its not. i have over 300 hours into the game and havent spent a **** dime in this game. and i have all the skins and gear for every character.

    a game that forces a player too get certain things through microtransactions is disgusting. and mk11 does not have that.

    online is good and fun. and every character is unique with personality.
    the reason i dont give this game a 1010 is because

    customization is not the good on every character, as the gear is different and does not show as good on each one.
    kombat league has been a frustration for 5 seasons.
    they should also add tag team pvp.. 2vs2, beucase there is simply noothing coop stuff except towers, and they get tidius.
    and overall there are missing small pieces here and there for it too make a 1010.
    with that said. this is the best fighting game i have ever played in my entire life.
    and if you look at the comments down here. alot of them are not even based on the game. they hate the game because what some statements on the dev team sayd.
    wich is just soo tragic.

    for every player who wants a good fighting game with alot mechanics too win wich is easy to understand. this is the perfect game.
    once you understand everything within this game. other fighting games is just a joke compared too mk11. i went back and tried SFV after almost 1 year of MK11 and SFV sucks in soo many ways now.
    i do wish that mk11 had more variations in the combos and that it had more dmg potential without fatal and krushing blows.
    with thats sayd.

    Point is this is not a bad game. It's actually really good. MK has the best universe in fighting games and this game holds up with that reputation with a fantastic and lengthy story mode. The classic arcade towers are back as well. The other towers can be really difficult at later levels but when you're at level 150+ on the tower what do you expect?

    If you like mortal kombat, buy this game. Even if you liked MK back in the day but skipped the last entry (i skipped 10) you'll still really enjoy this game.    … Expand

    This game by far exceeded my expectations. the last games campaign was amazing and didn't believe it could be topped. The cinematics, the color, the story telling, and the voice acting were top notch. Complimented with great fighting experiences between. the end was great and fulfilled what I desired without leaving it open ended. But it definitely should not be receiving more negative than positive or neutral reviews. i have won plenty of matches and haven't spent a penny outside of the initial purchase.     I have been playing the game for the past few days, and I have no complaints. I am not a competitive MK player and single player is quite fun. I do not truly understand why people are giving bad reviews because story mode, krypt, towers of time is amazing to play and spend some time. Polished and well finished game.     A blast from the past is what comes to my mind when I think of Mortal Kombat 11, back to my basement drinking kool aid or soda while spending countless hours playing Mortal Kombat on my Sega Genesis. This feels like a proper sequel pace slowed down for new comers to join, a wonderful story with a flashback to the 90s-character models and return to classic modes which makes the Mortal Kombat series so great.
    While the 11th installment of this series is a great return for hardcore veterans of fighting game, from the extended special moves list to the long list of combos. It also is a great for new comers to learn and have fun with a shorter list of special moves right from the pause menu, to a great story mode to learn about new characters, and classic ones and they’re past. While the roster is fantastic in this game it falls short instead of removing characters why not just expand on the roster from the last game and keep building?
    It is not all about the story mode and tower mode, the most fun I have playing this game is having my friends over and watching the grudges come out and anger between me and my friends. There is nothing more satisfying then unleashing a brutal fatality against one of them and watching all our faces cringe at graphic and skull crushing blows.

    There is nothing more adrenaline pumping then entering a fight when the score is one to one and you’re in that final round and both players are down to twenty five percent health and you land that final combo. Your holding your breath and you are just hoping that it lands just to watch your opponents body collapse to the ground like a sack of potatoes; when its all over you are sighing out of relief that you won.
    Mortal Kombat is nothing short of greatness, just when I thought we would only see one Mortal Kombat on this gen, but Ed Boon and Nether Realm studios surprise me with another installment of a series that I grew up playing.

    I enjoy the game, it gives me what I expect. A lot of fun with your friends anytime. You dont have to be pro to play this, anyone who comes for a visit can take a pad, push buttons and get fun. When alone I was playing story and enjoyed perfect tutorial, which explains great game mechanics. In towers, it is kind of difficult in later stages, but I believe it is only about balancingI enjoy the game, it gives me what I expect. A lot of fun with your friends anytime. You dont have to be pro to play this, anyone who comes for a visit can take a pad, push buttons and get fun. I’m not huge into collecting skins and moves so that being broken doesn’t much matter to me. I was a little irritated by some of the character redesigns especially the women’s outfits. I don’t think the Girls are Ugly or anything, in fact I likeI like this game, I’m a big fan of the series and of fighting games in general and this has great gameplay mechanics a am pretty good story mode. The explanation of, well would you like ear a bikini to a fight fall a bit flat when the guys are still shirtless. Even in Injustice you had some of the girls dressed in sexier outfits because that’s how the character would dress (Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy; and Starfire come to mind) so why is jade now completely covered up.     Its a really fun game. i understand why some are disappointed with the microtransactions but they are not as bad as in other games and do not make it less fun to play. and the many update possibilities will be very motivating for sure!

    would have gave a 8 but a 10 seems necessary, the game is amazing, top notch graphics, animation, gameplay and the best tutorial to date in a fighting game. Of course it's a grind but an easy one since update there is even a solid IA if you can't make it.

Time crystals can buy some skins in the item shop that reset on a daily basis + you can buy easy fatalities which u can earn without buying them. There are no lootboxes in this game that u can buy with real money nor do the time crystals actually enhance gameplay or give an unfairSo, i've read a few reviews. The gameplay in this game is ''harder'' for some people, and i get that. Especially i you played mkx. Because it was really straight forward. Barelly any footsies, a **** ton on 50/50's and armor on a lot of a characters speciall moves. This game actually makes you think, should i use my crushing blow or not. Will he get-up attack or roll perhaps even delay wake-up. This game is more footsie based compared to mkx, sure this review is not the best. But i'm tired of people complaining about microtransactions since they don't have any effect on gameplay. + the grinding for skins is not bad, and if that grinding part bothers you, don't do towers of time :)… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Yes, NRS made the mistake of making the game way too Grindy to start out. But they fixed it not even a week later. Loot boxes? Quite literally none, don't understand where everyone is getting that from. Time Krystals are easy to obtain and there is basically no need to purchase them. NRS will and always fix their mistakes like they always have. Gameplay is fairly balanced with a few exceptions (Geras fatal blows are ridiculous) Every character is fairly solid in their own right, and the character designs are gorgeous. A few skins may look bad here and there but there's always different options with more on the Way. The Roster is a great combination of new skool and old skool characters. Net code is outstanding and I haven't had an issue with Lag and I'd say the online is one of the best features. Story more is solid until the ending. I'm not a huge fan of the ending just resetting the timeline for the 2nd time with so much more to explore left in the dust. But hey, maybe the new timeline will be better. Looking forward to the DLC and I'm glad I preordered the ultimate edition. Great Game.… Expand

    Amazing game, the best MK so far. Unfair reviews. The only thing that i didn’t liked at all is the roster, there are a few wasted characters like Erron Black or Noob Saibot (story mode). Also there are characters that should’ve been here: Shang Tsung, Reiko, Rain, Fujin.

    I love this game, one of the best fighting games I've seen in years. I don't understand why there's so much hate towards it. Sure the amount of currencies in the game are a bit ridiculous (which is why I didn't rate this a 10) but one or two features shouldn't cause people to give it an automatic 0-2, especially when it doesn't even involve the core gameplay. Overall solid game and just good fun.

For true fans like me, who stuck with the game; the graphic are fantastic, the mechanics feel great, there's new stuff to do and the customization is awesome. I've played the game since launch, and I have maxed out the Krypt several times.     The plot of the story isn't the greatest, but this is MK and it's never had a great narrative. The story is just an excuse to throw all the characters together in a bloody high stakes situation. It's fun and rewards you with plenty of cosmetic items.

    Now for the most important part, the gameplay. MK11 is the best MK has been. Gameplay feels smooth and rewarding. The variation system gives you a lot of choice when it comes to how you want to play.

    There is no way this game is a 3.2/10 (the current User Score)

If you're thinking about buying it, just wait till they sell everything separately., Gorgeous visuals, accessible combat, and a gleeful sense of humour make this one of the most unabashedly fun fighting games around – and it’s packed with content.

    In terms of extras, NRS always goes out of its way to make their fighting games have as much content as there can be for a fighting game. Their story mode presentations are still second to none, even if the MK storyline has gotten bogged down in reboots and doesn't exactly work for me. The tower system from Injustice 2 is back and adds a huge grind mechanic to get the hundreds of costumes in the game that worked well enough for me to keep coming back and playing it for awhile. And with the game coming down to 20 dollars recently, I'd give it a recommendation to try it now, especially with the new expansion having been released this week as many people will be coming back to try out the new features.    … Expand

Number 1, the game been slow it's not an issues for me, since i think it makes punches and attacks have more like power and it looks really cool imo. But gameplay wise what i don't really like about htis game is the stupid krushing blows, itInitially i gave this game a 10, that was back on 2019. Number 1, the game been slow it's not an issues for me, since i think it makes punches and attacks have more like power and it looks really cool imo. But gameplay wise what i don't really like about htis game is the stupid krushing blows, it gets really anoying when the only ways to make great combos is either by spending meters or by using the KB and i hate that, since even in the 3D era it was very easy to do very cool combos. Also the krypt is so broken, and so annoying. They idea is cool but that i can only use it with internet and that is all random, looses the point of the krypt in the old games. And JC the story is so bad, so full of character assassinations and not in a MK way. They literally got every MK character and just makes them worse. This is not a bad game, it's just that it isn't the kind of game you'll like to came back to replay when MK game comes out. The soundtrack is actually good and i really enjoy the customization of the characters. And also the graphics looks amazing. Lets hope the next MK game makes some real improvement and actually create a fun game for the ages like MKX or Deception… Expand

    The campaign has more weight, narrative drive and spectacle than MK:X. In general the main campaign is by far better than I was expecting. Still a Hollywood-esque experience but with enough plot points and variations on old tropes in the franchise to have kept me engaged until the end. Additionally, aside from exposing you to new characters which I found was surprisingly good at landing a new kombatant into my character pool. I fondly remember getting my hands on kotal kahn and destroying everyone because his move-set just... Sort of clicked.

    The classic game modes make a return in all their splendor and glory, and after beating my first tower with Kollector I realised the individual dialogues are nicely fleshed out and satisfying to beat the last (and reasonably tough) opponent guarding the ending. Now... Onto the bad...

    The microtransactions in this game are very greedy. The customisation for each character is more extensive than ever and as a result the game forces many awesome weapon and character skins behind (now patched to be more reasonable) a grind or a plethora of premium currencies to "augment" your favourite touches to an already impressively beautiful character design. This is just .. disappointing but the gameplay more than makes up for it. It's such a fun feeling game I can get through the grind to unlock the skins for my favourite kombatants as I master my mains. But lastly... And more insidiously are the konsumables.

    Now as I understand it, by winning in towers and other fun classic challenges in the konquer game mode, as well as leveling up, gets you consumables in the form of actual in game advantage. From healing potions to special moves from other fighters... This is added to milk players that are getting frustrated with the games difficulty. Now there's both wrong with needing a hand to improve but there has to be a better way than microtransaction based konsumables that a bad player would not be able to acquire easily otherwise (as mentioned previously you must beat towers to actually get those). They can completely trivialise the fight and is by far the most hollow aspect of the game. Add a system to promote practice, learning to chain kombos, that some kombos are better than others at certain ranges, to learn multiple characters and using special moves to greater effect than simply spamming. This game's combat is the best it's ever been! It's the most deep also! So why leave a way to cheese the game? You can even get a konsumable to just flat out skip a fight. There has to be a better way to promote not so good players from growing in skill... And not like this.

    Since people barrage this masterclass game with 0's and extremely low scores it's only fitting I give it an obscenely high score. The game as it stands is an 8/10 if not 9/10 but the konsumables, grinding for awesome customisation and more greed brings it down.

    Overall, best MK thus far. Thoroughly enjoying myself with this one.    … Expand

    Bueno, tras probar durante un largo tiempo el juego, aquí voy a dejar mi reseña (aclaro que es una reseña al estilo de juego Offline y que la reseña no contiene Spoilers):

    Lo positivo: - Gameplay: Con un estilo de juego actualizado y pulido gracias a las mecánicas de Injustice 2, MK11 trae una jugabilidad mas estratégica a la hora del combate, teniendo que pensar bien cual sera tu    Bueno, tras probar durante un largo tiempo el juego, aquí voy a dejar mi reseña (aclaro que es una reseña al estilo de juego Offline y que la reseña no contiene Spoilers):

    Lo positivo:
    - Gameplay: Con un estilo de juego actualizado y pulido gracias a las mecánicas de Injustice 2, MK11 trae una jugabilidad mas estratégica a la hora del combate, teniendo que pensar bien cual sera tu próximo movimiento ya que los combates pueden llegar a dar la vuelta en un momento a otro.

    - Diseño Gráfico: Con el nuevo motor gráfico"Unreal Engine 4", el juego a tenido un lavado de cara muy bueno y alcanzando detalles muy realistas, algo muy bueno para la franquicia ya que esta siempre se a basado en lo realista que puede ser su gore. Ademas que hay que remarcar que el juego tiene un mejor diseño respecto a personajes comparado con MKX, aun siendo de la misma generación.

    -Tiempo de Juego: el juego ofrece mucho para desbloquear, y Completar toda la Kripta no es un trabajo fácil, y aun cuando ya ayas logrado comprar todos los cofres el juego se insista a restaurar el tiempo hacia atrás y volver a comprarlos para desbloquear mas cosas. Las torres de tiempo se llevan todas las palmas, ya que ofrece un contenido inmenso en trajes, equipamiento, dinero, etc. fácilmente si te gusto las "torres vivientes" de MKX, esto te fascinara.

    Lo Regular:
    - Historia: muchas expectativas creo la historia de MK11, pero se a quedado a medias. Siendo sincero, no es mala es hasta mejor que MKX, pero irónicamente MK9 con 8 años por delante realizo una mejor historia con respecto a la saga. mejora en sentido cinematográfico, pero la historia y la trama deja mucho que desear. este punto es subjetivo, ya que cada uno tiene su punto de vista respecto a la historia.

    -Traducción al Español Latino y Español España: Yo fui en su momento uno de los que defendió el doblaje en Internet, pero hoy en día admito que es pésimo. todos los actores que estuvieron en MKX lo hacen perfecto, pero personajes que por fin reciben traducción como Shao Kahn, Noob Saibot o Shang Tsung tienen una voz fatal, que no queda con los personajes. y ojo, que no todos los personajes del juego anterior a tenido su anteriores voces como Kung lao, Kitana y Kano. España sufrió algo peor, ya que el juego solo llego con subtitulo y audio en ingles, algo abusivo a mi opinión, ya que los últimos dos juego tuvieron una excelente traducción en ese país (Sobretodo en MK9 ya que latino américa no tuvo doblaje en ese juego).

    - Kronika: esto sera breve, Kronica no llego a lo deseado. El personaje no llega a sorprender de ninguna manera, su combate en el modo arcade deja podría haber sido mejor y su participación en la historia no es nada al lado de Shao Kahn en MK9 y se supone que ella es aun mas fuerte que este ultimo, teniendo el poder del tiempo.

    Lo malo:
    - DLC: aunque ya mencione que el juego tiene mucho contenido, el contenido DLC (O Contenido descargable) es abusivo. 6 personajes DLC, y 3 trajes por cada personaje es lo que ofrece el Kombat Pack, pero el precio es exagerado al cobrar 40 dolares por el Kombat Pack 1, quien sabe si van a sacar kombat pack 2 o 3, ademas que no parece que quieran regalar cosas como lo hicieron en MK9, Yo les recomiendo esperar un año y comprar la Edición Kompleta ya que si compran todo el contenido ahora terminaran pagando el triple.

    - Conexión obligatoria: Si no estas conectado a Internet o no tienes actualizado el juego, No podrás desbloquear nada, no ganaras dinero, no obtendrás XP (Puntos de Experiencia), aunque en este caso la conexión obligatoria no es tan malo como otros caso, no es divertido jugar y no ganar nada.

    Bueno, eso es todo lo que opino: sobra decir que no es un mal juego, me divertí mucho con el y aun me sigo divirtiendo con el, y queda en cada uno ver lo que le gusta o no del juego.    … Expand

    The best mortal kombat in years. I cannot understand the bad reviews. Sure the microtransactions and the grinding are a little too much but the gameplay, story and graphics are amazing. It's gonna be a while until a fighting game this good is gonna be released. All hail Shao Khan!!!

    Well. Honestly dunno why such bad reviews. Honestly, really liked that game. Microtransactions. Idk who ever going to buy time krystals to buy skins. Honestly, almost didn't spend them. Don't forget - that is FIGHTING! Are you playing this game to fight or look at skins 24/7? Fight system is pretty good. Buy game to play! Not to watch at fighters and their customisation. That's all.

    I decided to buy MK11 at the release day and ever since I am playing it. What is definitely good here is graphics. The game looks awesome. There is a huge step up comparing it to its predecessor MKX.
    The roster looks kind of fresh: along with all-time-guaranteed characters like Raiden and Liu Kang, some characters made their long-waited return: Skarlet, Nightwolf, Noob Saibot etc.
    What    I decided to buy MK11 at the release day and ever since I am playing it. What is definitely good here is graphics. The game looks awesome. There is a huge step up comparing it to its predecessor MKX.
    The roster looks kind of fresh: along with all-time-guaranteed characters like Raiden and Liu Kang, some characters made their long-waited return: Skarlet, Nightwolf, Noob Saibot etc.
    What is really good is the Towers of Time, which give you lots of unlockable content, gear, skins, augments, koins etc. The Towers are being updated every day, some of them are available only for couple of hours. Every time you have a match, be sure that you will gain something (game currency: hearts, souls and koins).
    Another great improvement is the Krypt. Now it looks like an integrated strategy game, which gives you a lot of options. There are so many things to discover in the Krypt that even after 6 months of playing it, you do not know all the secrets hidden in the Krypt. Just as like in previous series, you can unlock there some gear parts, skins, intros, fatalities, brutalities, taunts and much more. If you are tired of endless fights, you can easily switch to the "classic strategy RPG", which in offered in the Krypt.
    What I was not very happy about is Kombat Pack. Once it was announced along with Shang Tsung being released as a first DLC character, it drew my attention and I have pre-ordered the whole pack. It turned out, that the pack I am paying for, is nothing more than just a new level of marketing. NRS decided to add Joker and Terminator because there are movies scheduled to release this year. So they just wanted to promote the movies through adding these characters to the game. I would not mind it, if I was not paying for it.
    Personally I do not like guest characters (this is only my opinion). If I wanna play as Joker, I will get my Injustice 2 game and then I have some great fights. While buying Mortal Kombat, I like to see actually Mortal Kombat characters. There is still no Mileena, no Reptile, no Kenshi, no Rain, no Ermac and no Sheeva, but we have Joker and Terminator.
    Apart from that, the game looks pretty good and it is fun to play. About the microtransaction: there are not so many things you could do with actual money in this game. Should you grind? Sometimes. Should you pay? Nope.    … Expand

    MK11's main attraction is it's competitive multiplayer. It's now a more tactical game than based on pure aggression, and to me that's a welcome change.

    The first major change is addition by subtraction - removal of the run button. If you liked extending combos with run cancelling then this will be a negative for you, but as someone who primarily plays online multiplayer where ping over 50ms ruins your ability to use this mechanic consistently, I welcome the change.

    Second, there are two special gauges - one for offense and one for defense. The offensive one works similar to MKX's enhancements, whereas the defensive one is used for get-up moves (the MK11 replacement for combo breakers) and environmental interactions. Both gauges refill with time and not aggression, further lending the game to its more tactical nature: you can use zoning techniques with some characters to wait out your meter refill.

    Third, there are krushing blows - moves that cause extra damage if performed with the right requirements. For example, use Liu Kang's dragon kick as a punish and you'll get a krushing blow. Counter a standing move with an uppercut and you get a krushing blow. Krushing blows only activate once per 'type' per match, so you want to use them at the right time.

    Finally, there is the same comeback mechanic as in MKX, except this time it's limited to once per match. In other words, if you use it to squeak out a win in round 1, you won't have this available to you in round 2.

    The roster has a diverse set of characters that will suit anyone's playstyle, even if some fan favorites are missing.

    The meh:
    Some of the character's costume redesigns have details that don't quite look right. No, I'm not talking about the complaints that the female characters don't look like throwbacks to the trannies-in-lace getups of MK9, I'm talking about the ninja character's loose hoods that would obfuscate their peripheral vision (Scorpion, Noob, Jade, Skarlet), the fact that Cassie Cage now looks like a backup dancer in the Backstreet Boys video "Larger than Life" and lost most of her sass, and Kano's recessed chin and constant **** eating grin makes him look much less imposing as king of the underworld bad guy.

    Despite the fact that each character has over 16 'skins,' they are mostly palette swaps, so you're pretty much stuck with what the game gives you. But hey, at least Sub-Zero no longer looks like Bob Vila.

    If you are a completionist who wants every skin and piece of concept art, the game is going to keep you busy doing repetitive tasks for a LONG time.

    The bad:
    The game offers the ability to customize your characters' attributes with gear, special moves, etc., which is a new feature to MK11. The downside is that aside from the fact that these custom builds can't be used in competitive play, they constitute the vast majority of items locked in the Krypt. If you're sold on MK11 because of the promise of unprecedented character customization, you'll be disappointed to learn that it's going to take a lot of grinding to unlock these features.

    If you play MK for the story (if so, I question your sanity), you'll also likely be disappointed. After ret-conning the first 3-4 games in MK9 and killing a bunch of characters off in the process, and then fast-forwarding the story 20+ years to retcon the next 4 entries where all the classic fighters are middle-aged, the only way to advance the story would be to drop the classic characters and turn the roster over entirely to the new generation of Earthrealm fighters and outworld/netherrealm warriors who don't age the same. This would constitute a huge risk, even though the replacements are already on the roster in MKX and could be modified to play like their classic counterparts (Johnny Cage/Sonya -> Cassie Cage, Jax -> Jacqui, Scorpion -> Takeda, Sub-Zero -> Frost, Kung Lao -> Kung Jin).

    The solution to this conundrum and mess of dead characters? Retcon the whole story again where a time traveler brings the 'young' version of a seemingly random hodge podge of classic characters to present day. The whole thing becomes a ridiculous mess that relies on slapstick humor, and the Mortal Kombat 'tournament' hasn't existed since MK9.

    Verdict: MK11 offers a rich multiplayer experience. Overall, the game offers a deep meta game. The mechanics are easy to pickup and learn, and you can play at a reasonably moderate level in short order. Still, there are more advanced techniques that are difficult to master but ultimately unnecessary to have fun while playing online, which is where a fighting game should be. There are a lot of extra things to unlock in the Krypt, but ultimately they are of little consequence to the game's experience. The loss of 2 points comes from the lackluster story mode and some poor character redesigns.    … Expand

    My favourite fighting game ever. Online plays well. Looks amazing. Good for both casuals and pros. Cast could be bigger. Biggest fault is krushing blows. This mechanic should not exist.

    Amo a franquia. Gostei bastante das alterações de gameplay quando comparado com MKX. Os gráficos são maravilhosos. Único problema do jogo são a trilha sonora esquecível e o roster que poderia ter mais fanfavs.

I am tired of everyone saying oh microtransactions are all this game is but you are WRONG you dont have to pay for ANYTHING but the game itself if you dont want to buy skins thats cool play story mode or just play online to get coins an online fight (considering you win) gives about 1 to 2 thousand coins PER win each match lasts about 2-3 mins so stop **** about it if you dont want to buy stuff THEN DONT but dont put a 1 star review on a game saying that you HAVE to pay for skins/content ETC. if you dont want to you dont have to just earn it legit by playing. also to the people complaining that melinna/smoke arent in the game they dont have to be considering melinna is dead and smoke isnt really smoke anymore and both have a high probability to being added as dlc (to people who say netherrealm has said they wont add dlc twice Smoke is not Smoke anymore he is Enenra) Also the people who say the krypt is loot crates you are sorta right although its not the type of loot crate your thinking off like cod black ops where you have to buy them as you can just buy krypt boxes with Koins/soul fragments/ hearts. 8/10 game my only problem with it is theres no takeda or kung jin but they might be dlc in kombat pack 2.… Expand

Auch das optimieren das Characters über Fertigkeiteneinstellung bis hin zum Kampstil ist mir etwas zu viel. Hier verliert mich das Spiel. MK bleibt für mich Kurzweil bei dem ich keine Zeit darauf verwenden einen Character zu perfektionieren. Das, so finde ich, sollte man den Rollenspielen und MMOs überlassen, zu deren Kernspielmechanik eine Charakterentwicklung gehört.… Expand

    Best looking fighting game of all time. Only issue with it is the gameplay is nowhere as fun as MKX or Injustice 2. Its too slow honestly. And the whole hook on Noob Saibot instead of the body slam was soo lame.

The characters are balanced, the gameplay is unbelievably fun, and it's at that perfect sweet spot where anyone can learn a character, but time and dedication is required to MASTER a character. The fatalities are more gruesome than ever, the graphics look incredible (it has the visual appeal MKXAs of now, this is peak Mortal Kombat, and likely the best fighting game I've ever played. The characters are balanced, the gameplay is unbelievably fun, and it's at that perfect sweet spot where anyone can learn a character, but time and dedication is required to MASTER a character.     If is the eleventh installment really is the last Mortal Kombat for at least some time, then the developers part with it with dignity. Large number of fighters, great possibilities for editing them and great gameplay make the game one of the best fighter games of recent years. [Issue#295]
