Oct 13, 2016For its price Manual Samuel is a short but fun experience that won’t outstay its welcome. Some scenes can become a little repetitive but the novelty will carry you through the majority of the game and the humour will take you the rest of the way.

Oct 11, 2016There are some great ideas in many of the mini-games and the humour is great, but the controls are frustrating and detract from the fun.

Nov 2, 2016It’s a short but sweet game that does something a little bit unique. It’s unlikely to win any Game of the Year awards and it will only be amusing for so long, but considering it’s a budget priced game, I still felt that I got decent value out of the title.

Oct 11, 2016Manual Samuel is a short but interesting title, however its gameplay gets very repetitive and infuriating quickly with the constant blinking and breathing. The game's controversial approach to humour also dampens the experience and makes it difficult to enjoy the best bits without feeling guilty for laughing at something you feel like you really shouldn't.
-
Oct 18, 2016It’s not entertaining, nor is it memorable for any good reason. It’s simply frustrating, annoying, problematic and painful to play. Skip it, and spend your money on something much more deserving of it than Manual Samuel is.
-
Oct 11, 2016I can’t recommend Manual Samuel to anyone, it’s an awful game. A comedy game devoid of a sense of humour that is only interested in sucking all potential fun out of itself and replacing it with outright frustration. I mean, the game works and all but it’s never good, it’s a bad experience.
