Stay away from this one, unless you're willing to be frustrated by the paywalls in the game. The starter pack only lets you obtain 2 minikits out of 10 per story level, and only access three hub worlds out of a dozen. Everything else comes at 15,20 or 30$ a pop. It's very annoying to see how often a gold cube, which tells you you need a premium character, pops.

Only buy this if you like

Only buy this if you like the actual toys and are willing to spend upward of 200$ on the property. Otherwise get an older lego game; you'll find them cheaper and with more content.

I'm not sure I have enough mehs to give this one.
LEGO Dimensions is the new addition to the LEGO franchise, and does it do anything to spice up the series? No, not really. The mechanic of buying the figurines is still stupid, and can we all agree that this is a trend that needs to die? The game itself is dull and boring that it's hard to love having Batman in the Simpsons world. As

The mechanic of buying the figurines is still stupid, and can we all agree that this is a trend that needs to die? The game itself is dull and boring that it's hard to love having Batman in the Simpsons world. As said before, it follows the same formula as past LEGO games. It has some genuine creativity with the levels, plenty of secrets to find, a pretty linear story, and a pretty well-thought out attempt to be funny. It really doesn't do all that much to be original, but it's still a LEGO game, and if you like those types of games with a new setting, this game may be for you, but it's not a game for me.

    LEGO Dimensions gets a 6/10.

I bought this game on clearance for the PS4 but I still feel like I payed too much.
The short story campaign tries too hard to be clever and cute.
I felt like many of the purchasable level packs were way too short and the worlds were very small, even with the nice minifigs thrown in. That being said, I loved playing in Knight Rider world and A Team world and it was neat playing in a

LEGO Dimensions is undoubtedly the most interesting toy to life on the market. We finally have a portal that is part of the game and not only serves to virtualize up to seven minifigures.

Lego Dimensions is the most complete title of the Lego franchise. Irreverent, humorous, excellently transmedia, but too expensive for a young videogamer.

LEGO Dimensions is a solid entry in the toys to life genre, even if it simply ends up repeating the classic formula of all the previous LEGO games with the addition of real-life bricks to play with.
