Imagine a roller coaster that stops for maintenance every 30 feet and doesn't allow you to exit, even after you've already been around the track a few dozen times.

The only thing you should have left to learn is that your life depends on always taking the craziest option available—that you should never bring a knife or even a gun to the game’s gunfights, but should instead bring a fighter jet. Fortunately, Rico Rodriguez is a fast learner.

But hell if I'm not having more fun than ever.

Every day I come home and look at my PS4 game collection and think "these are all great games, but I'm feeling lazy as hell. I don't want to think, I want to RELAX."

Enter JC3. Turn on the game, blow stuff up, cry laughing at the awesome freedom afforded to you.

Thanks Avalanche. You know what you are good at and don't pretend to make this game something it isn't. It's good, stupid fun. And I've been waiting for this since JC2.

There are some problems with this game for example the missions can vary from amazing to terrible and the story isn't anything new or interesting.

Aside from the bad stuff this is absolutely amazing you get to play around with so much stuff it's insane, the physics are really good, the grappling hook adds a lot to the game, the wingsuit makes traversal fun, the graphics style is colorful and beautiful!

This is a great toy box of a game but it lacks in story and it's very repetitive.

Jesus Christ, do not buy this game.

Seriously. Some reviews will try to sell it to you saying "it is fun", but guess what? Fun ends after two or three hours of gameplay. After that it gets super repetitive and doesn't evolve that much from Just Cause 2. Like its predecessor, it has a huge, enormous map. However, every city and enemy base you need to conquer look alike. And there's not a lot to do in this giant map.

Driving is terrible, really, really terrible and the game forces you to drive cars in most missions. Oh, and if you are expecting a minimap, forget it. I mean, what the WHAT??? How can't you have a minimap in a huge open world game??? It makes you open the map all the time to look for things. And with that comes the worst of the problems: Just Cause 3, a single player game, has an always online requirement.

Yep, you read that right. Just Cause 3, a single player game for consoles has an always online requirement. So, if your connection as is lame mine, expect the game to stop and try to connect to the server every five minutes. It does offer you an option to play offline, but it will try to reconnect to the server everytime you pause the game. So have fun waiting.

Graphics and animations are ok, but not mind blowing like MGS V:PP and they also have no attention to detail at all. For instance: when turning a car, Rico will move his arms, but the steering wheel won't move.

Anyhow, don't fool yourself like I just did. Buy another game, get yourself some new clothes, take your boyfriend/girlfriend to dinner, but DO NOT buy Just Cause 3.
